Great roof and siding replacement; Ryan’s firm did 5 Star work. I would recommend R.E. Duchene for siding and roofing work. They did exactly what they said they would do. That doesnt happen too often these days.

I cannot recommend R.E. Duchene highly enough. They did my roof in 2016 and siding in 2018. From their office staff to the roofers to the owners everyone is top notch. I noticed a tiny siding trim piece was missing underneath the furnace vent (which you couldnt see unless you were laying on the ground). Obviously someone just forgot about it because you couldnt see it. The owner himself came out to fix it within 24 hours of me notifying the office. This is the type of business you want to have work on your house.

After going through several other roofers evaluating my roofing job, I called Duchene because my neighbor recommended them. They evaluated the job quickly, suggested things that I thought were important and necessary, and their quote was exceptionally reasonable, especially compared to the other quotes I received. My neighbors commented on how quick, quiet, and clean they were and what a great job they did. I couldnt recommend them more highly.

Unfortunately for me, my house has been damaged twice since moving to Shorewood. Fortunately for me I called R.E. Duchene both times to repair my house. Both times I have had smooth transactions from the estimate process to the final repair. I received a high quality repair with attention to detail and excellent customer service. Replaced 35 windows and had a ton of wrapping to do. Im so glad I went with a reliable company with a good reputation. I couldnt be any happier with the results.

Unbelievably poor customer service. Miscommunication between office and field personnel. After a month of phone calls and waiting I was told to look elsewhere for help because they are just too busy. Last week they claimed they would be out in a day or two, and today they say we just dont have time. If you are too busy to take care of a customer please tell them right away so they can find a company who values their business. What a joke!

Came out to review problem said someone would call with estimates. Never received a call.
