Great Job, we have a knock down door that was loose at the top, David came in accessed the situation and took care of it. He explained what and how the frame was affixed to the building and why it was doing what it was doing. Very impressed with his professionalism, definitely recommend without reservation.

I contacted Atlas in May for an issue I was having with my sliding glass door. Matt came out and was able to fix the issue, which was some rotted wood causing the door to sink down and not open properly. Fast forward to August and some strong storms, water was coming in at the base of the door, which had never happened prior to the door repair. I called Atlas again, Matt came back out and caulked some areas where he thought some strong storms could bring some water in (I have no over hang protecting this door). They did not charge me for another visit and happy to report no rain came in with the strong storms this past week. Thank you, Atlas and Matt! Great service.

I am a property manager of a commercical building in Des Plaines and Atlas Door Repair came out to fix our automatic doors that were not working. I had called another company who told me both sensors needed replacing and it would cost $2000. I wanted a second opinion so I called Atlas and David the technician diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a blown transformer and ended up costing us a fraction of what the other big name company quoted me. Davids honesty and promptness was refreshing and rare these days. I highly recommend using Atlas and we will be using them for all our door issues in the future.

Atlas Door Repair did a great job at a reasonable price. The dedication that Rick and Matt had when repairing our doors was exemplary. They had lots of extra parts on their truck and were able to solve the problems right the first time. If you have a more complex door system like we do in downtown Chicago they are definitely the company to use. They fixed our sliding door, our DGA card controlled door, and our entrance doors.Fast work, reliable work. A+++

Did a really bad job. I paid $325 to fix my store lock. They gave 90 days warranty but it broke right after the warranty expired. I opened the handle and found out there is part missing. DO NOT USE ATLAS DOOR REPAIR.

Very professional, I called and recieved same day service. I called and they gave me the number to their tech. I reached out to David and he came out and was able to fix my issue. David knows exactly what he was doing, hes a door surgen. He made sure every part of the door and hings were working properly as well. My fiancée James came home to a shattered balcony door and was able to call Atlas and they were able to arrive within the hour to clean up all the broken glass. Rick and Roman did an excellent job of taking down and cleaning all the broken glass. They were able to explain to him the repair process and what needed to be done. Atlas came out to look at a very sticky door and had it fixed in 30 minutes, for FAR less than another company had quoted us. They were friendly and efficient. They offered several solutions but never tried to hard sell the most expensive option. For future needs, I will call Atlas!

Great experience. David and Rick came out to replace a door handle on a door at my business that had experienced a break in. The work was high quality and thorough. They even re-keyed the new handle lock to match the key that is used for the original deadbolt that remains on the door. That way we dont have to have two keys to open one door.

Called at 3:30 pm on Monday and the women I talked to took my name and phone number and said she would relay the info to one of their guys who would give me a call back. Received a call back Thursday afternoon by that time I had already contacted another company.
