We had a very large window high-up in our dining room replaced. Mark and his team were here at the time promised to start. They were very efficient and worked together cooperatively to remove the old window and install a new window. Trim was removed and replaced with no damage or paint chipping. They cleaned up after their work. You could not even tell they were here!! We greatly appreciated their workmanship.We would use them again for other services and recommend them to others. I had a sliding glass door that was very difficult to open. Mark and his partner were able to unstick it and it works like new again. They had to remove some molding and they were very careful, and they cleaned up afterward. They were polite and pleasant and wore masks without being asked. Mark was able to advise me on repair for some non-Anderson windows, even though they are specifically and Anderson service company. Highly recommend them.

Mark and his co-worker did a full house window inspection and then returned to repair all the windows in my home. Mark did an excellent job replacing hinges and adjusting french door. Mark even found important parts that were missing and repaired it. Door now works perfectly after several attempts by builder.

The Window Pros technicians arrived on time and were very professional. The lead tech Mark replaced our family room Anderson sliding window balancer and helped us understand how the Anderson windows in our home can be better maintained. The technicians vacuumed up the balancer installation residue and made sure that the required repair work was accomplished completely. This was the first time that we used Window Pros service but I am certain that we will consider them for future window repairs. We are totally pleased with their work.

I was not having much luck getting window companies to help us with our small window repair job. A dormer window’s glass had a broken seal and was “fogged” up. Window Pros came out and gave us a reasonable quote. Other companies told us that they were not interested because it was only 1 window. Mark from Window Pros was very professional and personable. If we need new windows in the future, I will definitely call Window Pros.

Window Pros was recommended to me by the Andersen service team and I just wish I had used them to do the initial install - very pleased with their service. Mark and Jeff came out well prepared to check my patio sliding door because weve been experiencing a significant draft. At first we feared the doors were bowed, but upon inspection they noticed that the door seal needed to be upgraded (shame on Andersen for not doing that proactively) and that the original Andersen contracted installers did a poor job of aligning and securing the entire assembly. In about an hour the two pros had everything corrected, repaired (came with the parts!!!), and aligned the door perfectly. Both gentlemen were very professional, courteous, and COVID safe :-) - thanks for taking care of our door!

We had a problem with a draft in our Anderson Patio Doors coming from where the windows meet in the middle. Mark came out from Window Pros (the part was covered by Anderson but labor we paid).Mark was really knowledgeable about the patio windows and fixed our problem plus readjusted our doors as they were not in alignment. He gave us a lot of good information about how to use our doors and what to do and NOT to do.We were going to attempt to try to install this piece ourselves, but so glad we called a professional. More needed work than we realized!!I love a patio door that opens and closes smoothly PLUS keeps the drafts out.Would highly recommend.Very pleased so far!! Would recommend this Company!!

Mark came out to fix the lock mechanism on a casement window. I had ordered the part from Andersen online. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Mark walked us through the repair and gave an abundance of info about how to grease and care for the windows.When I ordered the part from Andersen.com they offered to have me prepay for the repair with a contractor of their choosing. Online the cost would have been $250. Window Pros. charged us $160. This is the third time we have used them and will do so again.

I called Window Pros to service my Andersen windows. The tech (Mark) came out today and quickly assessed the situation I had going on with my windows and proceeded to install all the needed repairs. It was a matter of upgrading the windows with new seals at various places on each window. I couldnt be happier with the professional way in which Mark conducted his service job. He showed me what he was going to do and then had me open and close the windows to hear how well they now seal. I will use them again if a need ever arises. He assured me that our windows will last a long time and I was pleased to hear that. I highly recommend them.

Have used Window Pros in the past to order storm windows. This year we felt we were having a problem with leakage on our windows. LIFE SAVERS! We presented a real challenge to Mark at Window Pros. Our contractor (Prime Carpentry Group) CAULKED our expensive, wood frame window shut and wouldnt come back to fix it.. Setup an appointment 10 days in advance and they didn’t show up. I called and received attitude and excuses. When I said I had an appointment I was met with you probably did. Our computers were down. I could accept that but, I would like to hear we are sorry can we reschedule or something. Not a frenzy attitude. This was a size able job.

I give them 3 stars for arriving as scheduled and doing the repairs. This company is very aggressive with their pricing. The tech had to come back for a second call because he grabbed the wrong part the first time around. The agreed price for the second call was time actually spent, with no minimum. It took him all of 15 minutes to install the part, but he insisted on charging for 1/2 hour, claiming that job is rated at 1/2 hour. I refused to pay double, especially since the second service call was made necessary by the technicians own, admitted negligence the first time. He called the boss for permission, and the boss allowed the lower charge. When he gave me the pre-printed invoice he had brought with him, I saw they had already pre-charged me for 1/2 hour, without knowing the actual time on the job. If I hadnt stood my ground, Id have been stuck with a charge of $80, for a $40.00 job. Cute. Next time I need service, I will definitely use a different company. There are plenty of Andersen authorized technicians around.

I had a window that needed replacement in my bathroom. Jeff came and did a quick & professional changeout! It was s pleasant experience, no unnecessary selling and very knowledgeable! He even changed out a broken lock for me on another window for no extra charge. I highly recommend Window Pros. because they are that...Window Pros!

Absolutely poor customer service. Hired the company to address the left and right operators, (hinges) on a bow style window- tech was solid and articulate. Had to order two handles for another window and when I called to make inquiry on the shipment and delivery, it was near Armageddon. The woman on the phone literally denied any responsibility for addressing the shipment of the part, including verification of a ship to address, essentially combative. Zero listening skills and would talk over me. When I petitioned to speak to another party it became worse. A man jumped on, and to paraphrase he replied with, what is your problem, or what do you need, then hung up the phone. Shop for service wisely.

I called Anderson Windows about a condensation issue on my of my windows. They put me in touch with Window Pros. The office manager called me the next day and was very helpful in idenifying the problem. I scheduled a service call for a couple days later. Jeff, the Window Pros tech, showed up on-time and fully explained what he was going to do. He serviced 30 window panes in about an hour and could not have been nicer. Im very happy with Window Pros and would highly recommend the company to anyone having window issues. Honest. Fair. Good Work at Fair Prices.

This company was a great find! We were ready to install storm windows but Window Pros came out, made some adjustments and installed new weather strips free of charge bc windows were still under warranty. They did a great job and we will can now hold off on the storm windows. They were very professional, removed their shoes and explained everything. I would highly reccomend this company.

Repaired patio door, which was not closing & not locking. The owner new the problem within 2 seconds. He fixed the problem very fast and gave us maintenance tips.

I was incredibly overcharged for a part ($193 for a ß119, checked online) the overall service was a total of $360 for a 20 minute service call. Never will use them again !
