I needed a safe broken into and replaced with a new on. I was kicked down the road only to be told three days after the initial call that the cant donit till the falling week. Jeff offered an apology which is an admission of poor communication. They are fine without our 6 restaurants calling them for service so we are moving on.

I just had my mail box lock changed since I lost my key. They made an appointment with me showed up on time. No price gouging at all the entire job was done quickly and I was given 2 keys. I will definately be using them again. Definately recommend them!!!

A key broke off in my trunk lock and I busted the lock trying to fish the key out... trapping some urgently needed work materials in my trunk. True professionals! Got my wifes replacement Dodge key fob programmed, and changed the battery on the old one for much less than the dealer charges! Also great selection of keys, locks, safes, etc. in the store. Only place I will go for keys now!
