Sold me a tire with pre-existing holes in it; instead of them getting me a different tire. They promised to “fix it”; never did only for me to come back to them to discover ANOTHER hole in the tire they sold me creating a slow leak and they charged me an extra $30 to patch it. I had to take 3 trips here in 24 hours and wasted 2 of my days.Terrible customer service; seem very money hungry. Getting a tire from here was a all around hassle. Never again; faithfully.

I will never visit this shop nor recommend to my worst enemy. First off I went to the shop to replace my tire in the hopes of buying a used one as I was in the area and wanted a quick repair. I was told all tires needed to be replaced due to wear and tear, when I asked the price I was given an obscene amount plus tax. The price I was given was equivalent to brand new tires. I refused and once I requested my original tire get patched the sales woman Spanish with blonde hair said in Spanish, I will charge this pendejo $47 dollars and watch him take it. I found this woman so disgustingly rude and unprofessional I was shocked she would ever speak about a customer to a coworker without knowing I as well speak Spanish. This shop has the worst customer service I have ever seen and experienced. This woman needs to be fired immediately as I am 100% sure I am not the only one she has treated this way. Once I told her I spoke Spanish, she immediately responded with shock and a price reduction, well below half of the original price. I took it but will never, ever go back again.

Flathouse Tires LLC is a 5 Star Operation. They go above and beyond to please you. I got a nail in my tire and pulled up about 5 minutes before closing and the fixed my tire. They notice I had two bubbles on two of my tires, they honored my tire insurance order the tire and got me back on the road quickly and safely. They have service my Ford and my Benz. Have been a long time customer but never going to return after the horrible service I received. Came to the shop to get my tire patched (just the tire, not the vehicle) and I went home. After putting my tire back on I heard noises while driving and I went back to the shop to see what was wrong with the tire since it was just patched. I asked for a sensor replacement, but they denied that they damaged the sensor and wouldnt replace it. On top of that, they charged me for a tire stem and were making a lot of excuses. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend this place anymore.

They took a while to install the new tire but they are good for when youre not ready for a new tire.

Got a used tire for replacement and drove to home. Replaced tire slowly lost air the next two days even if I did not use the car at all. I took it back and they found a small nail after checking it for sometime and re-charged for the fix. Apparently, they did not do a thorough check when they put it the first time. Be aware to make sure the used tire is fine when they do the water soap test in order not pay more.

Never again will I use this business! I went there to inquire about a complete brake job done. I told them I already had the rotors and brakes pads. The manager on duty at the time said yes. The labor cost would be $477.73. So I dropped my car off the next morning around 8:30am.Later that day around 4pm my wasn’t ready. In fact it wasn’t at the location. FLATHOUSE tires outsourced my car to local auto repair shop. Actually drove it there.Come to find out the local auto repair shop ONLY CHARGE $200 for the labor. BUT THIS PLACE UP CHARGED ME $277.73....and for what? To just drive my car around the corner.

Made an appointment at 9:00am for wheel alignment, the alignment mechanic didn’t even get to the shop until 10:00am had me waiting for a hour past my appointment not acceptable

They sold me a pair of bad tires messed up my sensor on one of my wheels I would not recommend anyone to get tires here as well as them being way over priced

I wouldnt recommend. I came in to buy one used tire. The tire I replaced was at 3/32 and they gave me a tire at 5/32. It was a hot day and I was too tired to check. I came by 2 weeks later to replace two more tires and the mechanic said the tire I just replaced looked like it needed to be replaced. He did not know that I just visited 2 weeks ago. I complained and said you just changed that one he looked at the ground and said oh ok its fine. I then asked the manager what the guage size was on the tires he was giving me and he said 8/32 which turned out to be a lie.So basically I swapped out 3 tires that had 2 weeks of life on them for tires that had 2 months of life on them for $200. Worst mistake of my life. Manager said he would give me better tires if I swapped out all, but what kind of shop sells used tires with so little tread on them?!?!?!?! I was hoping the tires would last until winter, but Im now forced to change them before fall.Morale of the story is dont do business here, and if you are desperate to bring a TIRE GUAGE!And oh before the manager tries to complain that he has no record of my name. Im not going to put my full name on here. Hopefully I saved some future customers money and more improtantly thier lives.

I didn’t call ahead or make an appointment just showed up and was taken care of. What seemed like the owner spoke to me very professional and clearly someone who knew their craft. Dropped of my car at 430pm, I was told to come back @ 630pm. 2 hours may seem like a long time for most but for not having an appointment and getting there right before closing was for me a blessing. Above all else the service and quality of work, I’m a completely satisfied. And for the previous reviews speaking of price being expensive or in accurate, stop being cheap! Mounted & balanced 4 new tires and 18” wheels with programmed TPMS And a wheel alignment for under $400!!! Can’t beat that. Thank you Flathouse Tires I will forever be a customer!

Ive bought from them before, but it was several years ago. Decided to purchase 4 Michelin tires for my SUV used, in excellent condition. Besides the price (which is, of course, very important), I was really impressed with the business. They were very busy, but were very professional throughout. Rodrigo, the owner, is a great guy to deal with. I exchanged several messages with him before stopping in to get the work done. His staff is really friendly and professional. It took a little while, but it was understandable given the number of cars they were working on. I was just happy to be able to be accommodated. And drove out of there with great tires at a quarter of the cost of new..

These guys and the owner are great they get you in and out as fast as they can and their prices are reasonable . the set up is cool too you pull up into the bay parking lift your car up tires out and new ones in . I recommend highly

Took two hours to finally put on the tires, the two workers looked like they didnt know what they were doing. Find out the final price of everything before you head over there and definitely before you get your car lifted. Dont forget the $2.50 per tire fee if you dont want to take your old tires with you.

Love this place. Been coming here for years for all my tire needs. Rodrigo is very professional as well as his employees. They get very busy at times so its expected to have to wait a bit if you dont come early, but worth it every time as their pricing is very reasonable and their work is extremely professional. I purchased a used tire from here yesterday and it was flat in hours! $50 for a used tire which is more than one brand new! And you leave and it’s flat!! I’ll be going back there to see what kind of customer service they will have but I’ll be damn if they gonna charge me a reduced rate!!!

Went in for a slow leak the guy advised me to patch it I agreed then he came back telling me that the patch didn’t work and I had to buy a tire and and still have to pay for the patch he put in waste of $28.50 never go back there my friend and neighbor told me he had the same experience with them

Great place. Long time customer of close to ten years.In and out today less then 30 minutes.

After seeing an ad on craigslist for the specific tire size I was looking for, I called them to verify the price which they stated was $200 installed for all four and that they were still available, which they were. I arrived the next day first thing in the morning and asked to see the tires before purchasing them. I showed them the picture off of craigslist and verified the price of $200. It took over an hour for them to show me the tires. Once I stated I wanted them I verified the price one more time, which this time they stated the price would be $275 installed. After verifying the other price twice and waiting over an hour just to see the tires, I left. Definatley not great business practice.

Thiefs, I took my pick up truck there for a wheel alignment yesterday after driving for a while I noticed the wheels were worst than before, when I took the truck back there for them to fix it, the owner was blaming the bad alignment on the suspension and refused to to a proper alignment, these guys dont have the slightest idea of what a wheel alignment is, even tho they charge through the nose for the job. Take your business somewhere else people. They are simple scammers.

This was the first time I used a mobile tire service. From the time I first called to having the service completed was about an hour and a half. Everyone was courteous, the service was fast, but I did have to go to their shop to pay. If the driver was equipped with a payment device I would have given them 5 🌟. All in all a great experience.

Got a couple used tires there a month ago. I guess balancing isnt included so got a terrible vibration up around 65mph. Im at Sears right now having some brand new tires I got from Amazon for around the same price as paid for the nearly dry rotted tires from flathouse. While there a disgruntled customer showed up wanting his money back & the police had to be called. Unless its an emergency, I would avoid this place. Some of the tire changers are inexperienced and it may end up costing you more trying to save a few bucks.

I made the mistake of bringing a friend (a Honda driver) with me for this alignment special only to be treated to the ole bait-and-switch routine. How embarrassing. (My friends rely upon me to help them with sources for mechanical work that we cannot perform ourselves.) The sign says any brand but when you get there the story gets complicated. I dont remember how many times we heard the line: Too much work, more money! . Seemingly the only five words in English they use regularly. I can see how they get away with it since I have a vehicle brand where most amateur butchery shops will try to boost any costs to astronomical levels. But my friends old Honda??? Of course, I made the classic mistakes coming here: relying on the veracity of the signage, not being sure the owner was present and getting bait&switched for tires that they charged far, far more than similarly sized ones advertised on Craigslist (by the same place!) I was even stupid enough to make an appointment only to be kept waiting around for over 45 minutes. On the bright side, the front desk people actually do speak passable English and tried to help us by convincing the workers to simply do their jobs. In the end, either they wanted to leave work early or clearly they get a commission of some sort on the suckers, like my friend and I, who end up paying more. How incredibly disappointing. This could easily have been our entire auto clubs go-to place for all wheel, tire and alignment work. The search continues...

Not good

Ive purchased 6 tires on 3 visits and Flathouse has never failed me. Good Perrelli tires for my Mercedes truck and BMW car. If I can trust them with my babies you too can feel confident you will drive away very satisfied customer. Good tires good value.

Good service. The owner hustles to take care of you! My only critique is that when you call to inquire about the wait, staff could be a little more accurate. If its crowded, then maybe suggest a better time to come back. I dont think this place will lose business. This is my 2nd time here, so Im satisfied. But, knowing how long Id wait before I came would have been helpful.

This place is a joke. Not busy. My car & one other lady car here. Two hours & a half to put on 4 new tires. Ordered an oil change as well... took so long for the tires, i don’t even want the oil change. Seems to be under new management. They’re gonna have to do something & fast or they’re gonna lose a lot of customers.
