This was my third time having one of my vehicles repaired through service king and all three times they went above and beyond. The quality of the work performed on my vehicle is definitely a 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend service king to anyone seeking collision repairs. I will definitely do business with service king again.
Collision repair, body panel repair, replacement. Frame repair. They did an outstanding job from beginning to end. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire repair process, contacting my insurance company if they found issues that the adjuster overlooked. The repair was completed ahead of schedule and the car looks as if it had never been in an accident. It’s flawless. It was returned almost cleaner than it was when I bought it new. Not a spot of dust or overspray. It’s impressive. I won’t go anywhere else.

The repair on my car was done to perfection, inside and out. It looks absolutely amazing. Service was great and staff kept me updated during the process. They were very informative about all that went into repairing my vehicle. They also explained that Service King has top of the line equipment to repair any vehicles. I feel safe in my vehicle knowing that they have a life time warranty and they obviously know what they are doing. Car looks great and I couldn’t be happier!

The staff at this location are top notch. Had my Audi in for repairs from a minor collision. Service King set up my rental car reservation, kept me very well informed on the day by day progress of my repair and over all did very good work on the repair. Car was repaired and returned to me earlier then promised. The entire process was smooth and stress free.
After looking for places to take my car I took it to this location and I’m so glad I did. Everyone was very friendly and answered all of my question. I also love the fact that they keep me updated on the progress of my car. I want to send a special thanks to Katie who kept me informed with everything that was going on. Received excellent service, both with my car repair and customer service. The repair left my car looking new. As for customer service, my Service Adviser was great. And, I cant say enough about the front office team (phones, fielding questions, and day of car pick-up). Theyre well-informed, professional, and friendly.

Awful Experience. Working for one of the largest insurance agencies in the State I feel terrible having recommended Service King over the years. They are very prompt texting and calling to schedule your estimate and repairs but when it comes to customer service non-existent. After I took my vehicle in to get an estimate I was told I would hear back within 24 hours. 3 days went by with zero correspondence. I called and the lady said the adjuster they use was sick.... but no heads up, phone call, text, nothing. At that point I was hesitant to use this shop for 2 claims I had one on each side of my car. A few days later I get a call and message about my estimate. I call back within a few minutes and am told the guy who just called me, Dan, is with a customer - I leave a message and no call back the rest of the day. I get a call back 2 days later about bringing in my vehicle. I tell Dan that I would rather have the first side fixed and then go from there on the second side - he tells me it is easier for the mechanic (who cares, Im the customer) to do both sides at once. I tell him fine, and my main concern is setting up a rental car. I bring this up at least 4 times and am assured they will have everything booked down the street at enterprise. I show up for my repairs, walk down to enterprise and sure enough no record of a rental car being scheduled. Walk back and get deer in headlights look and am told they will look into what happened - At that point my head was going to explode. Zero customer service skills.
If I could give negative stars I would. I had my car fixed at this location July 31. I thought the fix would be relatively easy and fast. The shop said I would be called with status updates about the job. I never once received any status update phone calls. After I received my car back(8.9.19), I went to go drive it that night, and to my surprise my headlights were never aimed and looked like a teeter totter. After noticing that issue, I decided to look at the repair further since no one offered to go over the fix with me when I got the car. I noticed that there was a split in the headlight lens which was a manufacturer defect, and there was debris in the paint after they repainted my bumper.I brought the above issues to the shops attention after calling the main phone number and asking what they recommended (8.12.19). Daniel had the headlights aimed, and informed me he would be ordering the replacement headlamp and I would be given a phone call. I never received a call. I called back the following week (8.20.19) and asked what the status was with the part, Jordyn from the front desk informed me that I would receive a phone call later that day from Daniel. I called the shop once again today (9.3.19) spoke to Amber and she informed me that Daniel would be giving me a call today. I have yet to receive a call from the office. I just want my car fixed the right way.Update: I called today once again (9.4.19) and was finally able to speak to Daniel, who informed me that he called this past week and left a message; yet AT&T doesnt have any record of his call in their system. I would think that to be an honest company they would have representatives that spoke the truth and didnt lie about contacting customers.
I recently had my car repaired at Service King Plainfield. The staff was professional and truly cared about making my Truck right again. I was in a really bad wreck, not my fault, and I needed what seemed like a whole new front to my vehicle. They repaired it faster that insurance said they would and they really did a great job. They walked me through everything and made it easy. I am very picky about my truck and I have had bad experiences with car repairs in the past but Service King is awesome!
Customer service is excellent. Service advisors always kept me up to date on the progress of the vehicle and the quality of the work done is good.
I am quite surprised to read negative reviews for this location. I have personally taken my cars to this location, sent my parents here, and as an Allstate insurance agent, have probably sent 100+ customers here over the past 7 years. I get paid nothing for referrals but continue to do so because of the outstanding service provided to each and every customer. Thank you!!

After visiting this establishment this morning, now I understand why they are rated so poorly. The people behind the front desk were very unfriendly and would not give me an estimate without my insurance claim number. I took my business elsewhere, I would highly recommend Crash Champions down the block. Dont waste your time with this place!

I had an unfortunate bit of vandalism damage done to my brand new car. This was my first ever accident. I decided to report the claim to my insurance. I was totally unsure what to do, where to take it, etc. I decided to keep it local and take it to this place in Plainfield. IM SO GLAD I DID! Service King was extremely professional and sent me updates 3 times a week on what was going on. They did an incredible job on my car and it was done fast, on time, and didnt hurt my pockets. Thank you Mike and the rest of the staff!
After an accident, we brought our car here. A few days later, we find out there is going to be an extra charge for our back window to be replaced because it broke when they took it out.......and it was taken out by a third party, not Service King. First of all, we had no idea a third party would be working on our car. Secondly, when we brought the car in, the window was fine; however, we somehow were still responsible for the window breaking, and it was added to the insurance bill. Ironically, I was hit again about a month later......damage was worse. We went to Car Star in Bolingbrook. MUCH more professional than Service King. From Car Star, I received daily updates regarding the work on my car and received a thank you note for my business a few days later in the mail.
I picked up my shelby gt 350 for p.d.r service which took about a month. I found foot print all over the floor mat and finger print on the roof fabric. Wow.. even they made lots of scratches...Be aware before you go to this shop. I was so stupid to drop my car to Service xx King...
Brought my car here to be repaired after someone hit my car. The faulted drivers insurance recommended service king and I am so very sorry I listened before doing my own research. Long story short, I decided after talking to them and insurance that I didnt want my car repaired here and called them to make them aware that I would be picking the car up. When I got there, the person I had been talking to just slid my key across the counter without a word or eye contact. Seriously?! Got out to my car to see that its in worse shape than when I brought it in a week ago. Bumper cover significantly less secure and two tires completely flat. Very unprofessional. A complete waste of time.

Worst mechanic shop i ever been into.disrespectful manager and she lies too she make you feel youre nothing.she doesnt know anything about cars specially German car. Their work is not the best. Couple parts used to work before they touch them and now they dont work puls they want us to pay to fix it. Dont recommend it.
After having my vehicle for 5.5 weeks, I have to take it back. The window does not open, the bumper does not sit flush with the quarter panel and the rubber trim by the side mirror was not put on correctly. Called my insurance company today to report the poor work. So frustrating

We over heard the mechanic tell the state farm insurance agent that a part on the vehicle needed to be replaced and she said just bang it out. Very unprofessional. I would not go here if I were you.
