They did work on my car 1st time for rear bumper collision and everything was fine. Went back to get minor work on my front bumper and to fix my temperature gauge for outside temp, and omg. Dropped my vehicle off at 8am and didnt get it back until 5:15pm (after calling a few times to remind them its my only vehicle and need it back same day). Didnt even touch the temp gauge saying they didnt know it needed to be fixed and charged almost $40 over estimate given. I communicated everything needed a week before my appointment when estimate was given. Not even an apology for not fixing everything I asked for.

I was able to get my car looked at in a timely manner. I received friendly service

Just picked up my car after having repairs done for a fender-bender collision. While the repairs did take longer than originally estimated, that was due to finding additional issues when they started taking things apart. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. However, the best thing was that when I got into the car to drive it home, I found they had detailed it on the inside. What a nice surprise!

Good job and honest people dont just add needless things or try to squeeze extra pennies out of you and they do a great job quicky!

I wanted a estimate and they told me I would have to come back, even thou two estimators were sitting in their offices. Went to a competitor and they had the estimate done in 5 minutes. Where do they get there work from If they wont do an estimate?

I had a classic car painted. I chose a color that was later told to me did not have a warranty. Even though all paperwork states it would very clearly (Paperwork stated all work has lifetime warranty). After paint was peeling and falling apart. I went to have car fixed they told me they won’t do anything. To me if a business doesn’t believe in basic integrity it shouldn’t be around. If you decide to have work done here just know this buisness has no back bone and doesn’t believe in INTEGRITY.

I took my car here for an alignment, but turned out I needed a new CV axle, both tie rod ends, and both control arms. Car was completed a couple days later and at half the cost of other competitors. I intend on going back for any future work.

They did a wonderful job on my wifes car.

Stopped by on a Friday 20 minutes before close to get an estimate for a 12 long scratch. 2 employees and a receptionist standing around talking. Not other customers. Refused to give estimate without and appointment for the middle of following week. Stated it would take longer that 20 minutes. So much for customer service. Funny thing is I just came from their competitor, ABRA, and they were happy to assist taking only 10 minutes. Im guessing the extremely rude receptionist who refused to give me the manager or owners name is losing them quite a bit of business. Poor owner probably has no idea so hopefully this opens his eyes. Needless to say ABRA has my business.

Ive had work done after a collision that my insurance paid for and it seemed okay so when my passenger mirror cracked (just the glass) I called to find out how much it would be if I could order a replacement piece from them. They quoted $90 to replace just the glass (I clarified it wasn’t the housing for the glass too) and $80 if I did my own replacement! I found the same glass mirror replacement for my car on Amazon for $24.99 plus shipping. I dont mind them making money on mark-up, but that is RIDICULOUS!!! Needless to say they won’t be getting any more of my business and I intend to warn away everyone I know.

Yes, they absolutely take a long time but if you want quality work then it is worth the wait. Plus, they detailed the hell out of my car when I got it back.

They said it would take 4 days. It actually took 8 days. The repair was fine though.
