Ive always had great service at various Discount Tire locations, including this one from past experiences. This time I was a little disappointed based on those previous experiences. I bought a set of new tires, was in and out in about 30 min. But when I pulled away I noticed one tire sensor was reporting 55psi while the other three were reporting 36psi. Went back and asked to recheck, they found the one tire overinflated and also reset the TPMS.

Important....pay for the tire insurance! I have popped 3 tires on 465 and each time it only cost me $14 and change for a new tire! Always nice and quick service. Free air in tires and tire rotation. The one in Plainfield is the place to go!

Had a GREAT experience here getting new tires! Called in on a Tuesday to set an appointment, they had to order my tires and told me theyd call as soon as they arrived. They arrived by Friday and they were able to get me in the same day! They were able to get the work done in an hour, even though they were clearly busy. Special shout-out to Kenny who explained everything clearly, was very patient with questions and super nice as well! Will definitely go back in the future as needed.

Very pleased with the service here. My visit was very pleasurable and they did an excellent job. Points of improvement would be quoting an estimated shipping time, said 2-3 days, took a week. Granted a national holiday was in that time frame.Other suggestions are follow ups on orders. I called a couple times starting day 5 for updates. I realized why they werent necessarily expedient on updates as they were extremely busy my entire visit.Couple minor grievances, but overall very pleased. 100% will be returning to this store. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and demonstrated clean practices.

I highly recommend the Discount Tire shop in Plainfield, IN based on my experience there this morning. Three mechanics worked as a well oiled machine to remove, find and repair a puncture in my Honda Civic tire, re- balance the wheel, and check the air in all tires within 15 minutes while I watched from the waiting room admiring of their efficiency. There was no charge for the service since I am a returning customer and no attempt to up-sell me on products or services. I will definitely come back when its time for new tires.

Got four new tires on my truck here. I ordered them online from the Discount Tire website. It only took one day for my tires to be delivered to the store, which was great. The place was very busy on a Saturday morning, but the staff was very professional and friendly and pretty efficient at getting people checked in and out.They did a good job with my tires and Im happy with them. There are only two reasons I didnt give them a fifth star:No one informed me when the job was completed. During checkout I had opted to get a text when they were done, but that (automated) system failed and I was left hanging.My tires were inflated to 35 psi vs. the recommended 39 psi. I could not placate my vehicles tire pressure monitoring system until I added pressure to all four tires later that day.Overall excellent experience, though.

Robert at this discount tire has been awesome to work with. He price matched my online quote for several of our company trucks. He also introduced me to their insurance/warranty for my personal low profile wheels. I’d highly recommend you go see Rob at this location!

I went to Discount Tire for a repair on one tire. Because of a mistake they made during the original installation, they installed a brand new set of tires on my truck. My tires had almost 50k on them!Very pleased with their customer service. Definitely a customer for life!

Would totally recommend an appointment when visiting. Theres several tire places in Plainfield, but this one is always busy. Defiantly a lot of testosterone in and around this place. Every visit Ive been there, Ive not seen a girl working. This isnt a problem, but keep that in mind when visiting.

Had new 1.2k rims installed on my truck and they didnt even bother to put my valve stem caps back on or wipe off all the bead lube of the rims so i had to scrape it off by the time i got home. Kept the allen wrench and socket for the lug nuts so if i had gotten a flat i would have been stranded. Charged $300 for tire warranty i never asked for and they were used tires so that’s against company policy anyways. Going to be driving the extra 30 minutes to go to pfm in carmel next time i need tires.

Got checked in and as I was waiting I looked thru their window at the work bay. Everyone was very busy doing their jobs, no horseplay from anyone. I was in and out pretty quickly. These guys are the best in the business. Will never go anywhere else for my tires. Courteous, HONEST and trustworthy. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need... instead they do what they can to get you back on the road safely. Bought 3 Tires in January 2018 and they fixed the one tire I didn’t buy from them in July. Gave me an explanation as to why it is so important to keep up on rotation and balancing of my tires... seriously goes a very long way in my book... highly recommend these folks!

This place is great ........as long as they aren’t busy. Even with a new larger facility it’s extremely understaffed. The fall early winter is the busy season and instead of embracing that, they use it as an excuse. When they work finally gets done they do a good job and their prices are fair, but lack of staff just leads to a poor experience.

This is an outstanding tire store. They are fast, do good work, and are very friendly and accommodating. They take care of the tires on 4 family vehicles and they balance them to perfection. My Jeep is a particular challenge, because mud tires can be very hard to get just right. They seem to nail it every time!Also, their show room is very clean and comfortable, and the restrooms are very clean, too!

This visit makes 10/10 exceptional services. We buy all of our wheels and tires here, as they beat even internet prices. Ive never had a vehicle or wheel come back with so much as a scuff. I get that management sets the tone for professionalism but their service crew is exceptional by themselves.

I was out of town with my kids, and discovered a large screw was lodged in my tire. I stopped by to see if they could salvage my tire. I was greeted by a nice technician who took my information. Fast forward 1 hour later, and the tire was fixed and at no cost! Amazing customer service!

I specifically called to ask if I should get an appointment for air pressure check and tire rotation. Was informed to just bring it in. They are the best! My low pressure light kept coming on. It was corrosion on the rim causing a poor seal. They took the tire off and cleaned off the corrosion and didnt charge me! I am a repeat customer and I feel comfortable taking my car there. I highly recommend them for tire service!

This place was hopping when I walked in. Had 4 or 5 cars in front of me in line and it still only took about an hour and a half to get 4 new tires balanced/installed. Super friendly staff also. Way better than Walmart.

Even with having a bit of a wait today, I didnt mind with the level of service I recieved. This is not my regular location, however I felt right at home and it was good to see that the quality of service is not just limited to a store by store basis like most corporations.

Ruined my Saturday. I had made appointment and checked in advance to make sure the specific tire I wanted was in inventory (I would normally go to the Avon Store that is closer to where I live but they only had 3 or my tires in stock.)They took my payment in advance so that my check-out would be quicker. Went and grabbed some lunch across the street and got a call an hour later and was advised the car was ready.Picked up my keys and as Im walking out the employee advises me that they switched tires on me and did an upgrade at no extra cost because the supposedly in stock tires that I verified on-line were not in stock. I now have some no name brand of tires on my car and have to make a separate trip back to their store to get things done right when my tires come in. This may be a one -off because Ive had good experiences at a couple of Discounts other stores but switching tires on a customer who comes in with a very specific order deserves an upfront call at the least.
