These guys might not work the fastest but, from my experience, when they call to tell you that the job is done, expect nothing less than perfection. My 2009 miata was damaged in the front by a hit and run driver which was a whole headache. But when I picked the car up from the shop, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of repair. Not only could you not tell the car was ever in an accident but the vehicle felt new by the way they cleaned it up and polished even the parts of the car that werent damaged.

Very professional and showed great attention to detail. I recently bought a pre-owned Nissan that had some unreported damage. Dan was very thorough when doing the estimate and even found ways to reduce the price of repair. The office staff was always responsive and very friendly. Work got done quickly and they did a fantastic job cleaning the car before I picked it up. Overall I was extremely pleased with the experience and would highly recommend Northeast Collision.

My car windshield, frame and hood got damaged pretty badly from a tree branch/limb during a storm and having Northeast Collision do the work was a breeze. Northeast Collision is a trustworthy business that acted professionally throughout my car repair. They were efficient and provided timely updates on the status of completion. In fact, my car drives better even before my accident. I recommended all my friends and family to use them.

I hit my side fender on a metal barrier and needed the whole thing replaced. They quoted a price for replacing and painting the fender. We ended up needing more work done on the pillar, but they worked with us to keep the quote the same amount, but accommodate the extra repair. They made the car look like nothing happened! Absolutely impeccable work. They also gave me a chocolate, car air freshener, and lottery ticket when I picked the car up! We have worked with them in the past and they do a consistently great job. Will use them for any and all repairs in the future.

As we all know having to deal with damage to your vehicle be it post accident or as a result of a bad storm is never fun. The fear of first finding a fair, reasonable and naturally efficient body shop is inevitable. I was fortunate enough to have already been using their service & repair shop so I gave their body shop a call. Since that original call and their outstanding workmanship on our new Infiniti they have done work on my daughters car and most recently my leased vehicle. I have also recommended several neighbors. The team at Northeast has always been great and makes a difficult situation much easier. Starts off with the always very cheery and comforting Leah who starts the process and provides updates along the way. Frank the owner has always been very reasonable and there has never been any surprises. I would highly recommend this place.

My bumper was banged up on my Honda Pilot. Dan and Leah were so easy to work with. Part was ordered within 24 hours and scheduling an appointment was very easy. I had to have my car repaired for damage to my driver door. The team at Northeast Collision was great. I’m a thorough person and the team was very patient explaining what everything on the estimate meant and why it was important. When it came time to schedule the team ordered my parts in advance on purpose to minimize the time I would be without my car for. The team finished their work nearly two days ahead of their original eta. And when I got my car back it looked great. And I don’t mean just the part that needed to be repaired. They wiped down my dash and windows, provided me with their written lifetime warranty with the completed work, and even taped a chocolate to the envelope and put a lotto ticket in my gauge cluster.In summary, the team far exceeded any previous expectations I might have had. Having three cars in the family and a young son means you need to have a reliable body shop you can trust. Unfortunately, Northeast Collision knows me by name whenever I call them. I have had many cars repaired (some multiple times). At Northeast Collision they were in my corner, fighting the good fight; especially when dealing with insurance adjusters, who want to cut corners at every step of the way trying to put inferior, cheap and used replacement parts to repair your car. Northeast does not cut corners and do amazing work. If your car is towed somewhere else after an accident, contact Northeast and they will pick it up for you. So please do yourself and loved ones a favor and contact Northeast Collision when you need to get your car repaired right the first time. If you have not figured it out by what I have wrote already, I highly recommend Northeast Collision; they are the best!

An Honest Review!Overall it was good experience specially they did an awesome job on affected (major) area which was front bumper (they painted and fixed big scratches) on my Black Honda Civic 2018....But an additional work for buffering / compounding on full car to remove very light & dark scratches was not done as i expected (I wish i could save my $200 about it) even they said i will see the difference after buffering but i didnt see any changes at all....Anyways i will give them 9/10 for their major work on my car....Also Id definitely go to NC Inc in the future if i need any services, i would recommend them for everything except car buffering / compounding (specially for black cars)....Thanks...

My car was hit by a driver who lost control of her footing on the accelerator and this occured right before we went on quarantine. So imagine the frustration. I already didnt want to think about being without my car for a few days and now I had to be extra careful when dealing with strangers but the folks at northeast were extremely professional and they handled everything with the insurance so I was pretty much hands off. They communicated with me via email rapidly. Their timeline on when the car would be ready was accurate. I wanted to go with a local small business and I am glad I did.

They did a great repair job. Matched the paint, finish and pin-striping perfectly and returned the car cleaner than when I brought it in.

I got into an accident. Car was banged up pretty bad and was towed to Northeast because it was not drivable. I have had good experience with their sister company Frank’s Auto which helped in many ways. My insurance company does not have NE as their list of vendors and suggested the car to be moved. I was not sure if that was necessary. Besides, I had to deal with the aftermath of the auto accident, plus a million other things and could not spare another minute to change vendor.Through out the process, NE kept it professional and provided information to me that I did not know. I think a big part of it is because I’ve been a long time customer of their sister company, thus allowing me to trust them. To my understandings, they were able to work with my insurance company with whatever the normal process is.I will be missing my car. It was still in great shape. Low mileage and with minimum maintenance cost. It’s just too bad that the repair costs was much higher than the value of the car, thus was declared totaled. As far as the banged up car is concerned, I was advised by NE that there was no need for me to do anything else. And I am glad I have one less thing to worry about.

Very qualified staff who are always friendly and welcoming to any and all questions you may have throughout the repair process. Capable of repairing even the most extensive damages to brand new condition. I brought my Hyundai in with severe damages and they were able to make the vehicle look even better than it did before the accident!! When they return the car to you they will return it with all sorts of small, but appreciated gifts. Definitely will be coming back here if any more repairs are needed.
