I have been dying to go here! It’s spacious calm & relaxing clean environment. Had a wonderful meeting with no interruptions. The woman who waited on me was simply amazing she made me a specialty drink to my liking with no problem ❤️❤️

A medium cup of iced coffee was around $4.35. It MIGHT have been 8 oz. with 4 of them being ICE! Should have gone to Get Go and bought two cans of Starbucks or Monster for $5.00 AND would have earned points towards gas, or groceries! It was a first date so he wanted a REAL COFFEE PLACE. Felt sorry for him overpaying, big time, A N D it is tough to find parking on the street -At least Get Go has a lot!

Went to a popular Cheesecake establishment in Pittsburgh a week ago and was told we had a 1 1/2 hour wait. With a quick Google search and a phone call we found Crazy Mocha within walking distance. Friendly staff, good prices, clean and quiet enough for me and my friends to relax and engage in good conversation. And dont forget the Cheesecake...VERY good!

Love this place! Open super early, relaxed atmosphere and the coffee and teas are always delicious. Jamaican me Crazy coffee and Spiced Chi Latte tea are some of my favorites.

Our barista tonight was fabulous. My friends and I lost track of time and stayed until closing. In college we closed other establishments, at mid-life its Crazy Mocha! When we realized how late it was we tried to kick it into gear and get out, but we had to use the bathroom first. (Because, midlife.) Our barista couldnt have been more patient or gracious.(FTR, closing Crazy Mocha was more fun!)

Great experience. Every night I come I am greeted with a smile from Lindsey who is very knowledgeable about crazy coffee. She demonstrates great customer service. Has the ability to change your mood after a hard days work. I will be back to the Brentwood and south side locations.

Good coffee but they do not have microwave to heat up pastries

They open early, and the barista was friendly. Theres a lot of seating, and the atmosphere is nice. I dont understand why Google Maps still have this coffee shop at the old location?!?! It has moved one block down the street (next to the LA fitness) many years ago! Please fix this Google!

Great service, decent prices, and always tasty drinks and snacks. I wish they had not renovated their space, it was amazing before. The only thing lacking here is the atmosphere.

Went in and waited 5 minutes. The one and only barista went into the back.. 5 minutes later I knocked on the side door.. She came out with an attitude, the drink was fine.

I’m a barista myself and went into this coffee shop with high hopes! I went in on a Thursday night and asked nicely how they made their iced coffees! Being a barista I know iced coffee is a very general term and can be made like an iced latte, americano, or cold brew. When I asked the man working he was very rude and treated me poorly!!! Needless to say I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Staff is pleasant. Hot chocolate was good and tasty.

Service was fast in the morning and the coffee was good but there was only one person working who wasnt very friendly. Also, this location has very limited seating and street parking only.

I was at this location this past November for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the interior of the place, very nice to say the least. Coffee was very good as well. To bad the girl I was with wasnt as nice. When Im in the area next I will have to make it a point to go back here.
