I had the best experience with Bethany today!!! She was so helpful, patient, and thoughtful throughout the entire appointment. I’m from out of state so I was there alone, and she helped take pictures for me and helped when FaceTiming my mom. She gave great advice about finding the right dress too! Overall, it was a wonderful experience working with her. The other team members were also so helpful throughout the appointment and provided such a positive shopping experience! I’m so happy and grateful that they went above and beyond to finally help me find the perfect dress. It really felt like it was meant to be, and I couldn’t be more excited!!

Jen was very bubbly and encouraging. She is a great stylist and very friendly. Even if you don’t live close, it’s worth a visit. Great place!

I wanted to share our awesome experience with Julie at BHLDN. First of all we made our appointment online on Saturday night at MIDNIGHT. Our appointment was for the following morning before the store opened. We knew we were taking a risk that the store wouldn’t even know they had an appointment but it was the only time we could make it so we gave it a try.We showed up and Julie greeted us with a warm beautiful welcoming smile. We found out later that it really was a surprise when she came into work that morning and saw there was an appointment but we never would have known that. She was warm and very down to earth and we immediately felt comfortable with her.She had such a way of putting together styles and colors of dresses that resulted in the most beautiful unique mix and match color palette for bridesmaids. There were dresses in every price range which allowed each bridesmaid to choose the perfect dress within her budget. Our bride was not ready to choose her gown yet and there was no pressure at all. (However our experience at BHLDN made our bride WANT to go back and work with Julie to find her gown) Julie spent lots of time with us, finding the best dress for each bridesmaid and our morning at BHLDN was definitely a success. I would highly recommend this store and also Julie for your wedding!!

Visited this location to purchase a a wedding dress for my daughter. The consultants never introduced herself to me or to the bridesmaid. Because of covid Im thinking that people just arent as friendly as they used to be absolutely not much customer service.

Felt rushed to make a decision on a dress and also felt judged for being plus size. I understand making sales but I left in tears. If I didn’t feel this way I may have bought the dress that day. I ended up ordering the dress online and got it months before expected. Was very disappointed with this appointment but love the dress.

I loooooved my experience with BHLDN, and specifically with Grace, my consultant. I felt like she was a little bridal angel sent from above to help me figure out exactly what I want in a wedding dress. She has an amazing eye and consistently picked out things she knew I would like, but I maybe wouldn’t have found on my own, and was able to gently guide me and my mom away from things that probably wouldn’t look as good. She also picked beautiful accessories (like a stunning veil and crown!) This was my first appointment ever and I was a bit nervous, but she just made me feel super comfortable and I really appreciate that. Super glad about this whole experience! Thank you Grace!

Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Julie was my stylist and she was so so sweet and made me feel so at ease! I came to the store to try on a few dresses for the first time and also pick out my bridesmaid dresses. She picked out the most beautiful and unique color palette that I never would have thought of for my bridesmaid dresses. 1000% go to BHLDN Pittsburgh and and ask for Julie!!!!

Beautiful classic gowns. The staff at the Pittsburgh location are so helpful. They go above and beyond to help with all aspects of the wedding dress! Highly recommend.

First time trying on wedding dresses and it was well worth the trip out to try dresses on in store. Shelby was amazing to work with and was really invested in making my sister and I feel comfortable. From her comments about how the dresses I chose would fit in great with my color palette and venue truly showed her dedication. She also gave her honest opinions but never made me feel like I wasn’t being heard. Highly recommend her for a bridal consultation! The other staff in the store were also very friendly and courteous too. Given all the new circumstances because of COVID-19, I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality service while still respecting social distancing!

Literally just left the store and had the best experience ever. I was shopping for a dress to wear to my sister’s formal wedding. The staff was super helpful and made the entire dress shopping process easy and comfortable! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Bethany was super wonderful! I didnt entirely know what I wanted coming in, and she and Grace (who was shadowing her during my appointment) were so sweet and attentive to the thoughts I was voicing as we walked around the store. In the end, Bethany put me in a gown that pulled together all the elements I liked in other gowns I had tried on earlier without the things I didnt like. She was magical. Bethany was also super helpful in discussing sizing with me and recommended local tailors for me to contact so that I can make an informed decision when I purchase. She also helped me take photos and bring my friend on Zoom closer to see the dresses I tried on. Would definitely recommend BHLDN Pittsburgh and Bethany to any of my friends looking for wedding gowns in the area!A note - BHLDN is inside Anthropologie in Bakery Square. I got a bit lost because of Google maps navigating me to an office building. (It seems BHLDN is on Maps twice.) Also, the music is a tad loud since it is within Anthropologie. Regardless, 5/5!

Oona was incredible! Even when the system wouldn’t ship my outfit on time, she did everything she could to still get it for me. While it didn’t work out I would absolutely recommend working with her, especially for someone shopping alone: her honest feedback was incredibly helpful.

I really can’t say enough good things about my experience at this BHLDN. Katie was a total rockstar and made picking a dress easy and pressure free! She had the best vibes, gave her opinion when asked, and had a great eye for what would work for my elopement. Thank you!!

Natalie was wonderful! She had great suggestions, and I ended up going with a beautiful set of separates (which was unexpected) for a unique and perfect wedding dress. Note that the BHLDN store is inside of Anthropologie.

My friend and I drove from Toronto to Pittsburgh so she could try on a couple dresses in person before making her final decision. Our consultant Julie made it worth the 6hr drive. She gave invaluable advice you just don’t get from purchasing online. The whole process was seamless in a potentially stressful situation. In the end my friend found “the dress” and a cute after party number that Julie recommended.

I travel for work 10 months out of the year. So planning a wedding, on the road during COVID has been slightly stressful. I made an appointment, not knowing what to expect... I was BLOWN away by Bethanys customer service. She went absolutely above and beyond; thank you!!!

I had an amazing experience at the BHLDN in Pittsburgh, PA! Julie was my stylist and she made me feel amazing about myself! I am a size 14/16 in bridal gowns and was extremely nervous to try on dresses because I am self conscious about my size, but Julie made me feel 100% at ease and beautiful! She even picked out the most flattering dress of the bunch that I hadnt even considered for myself. Ultimately, I said yes to the dress (not the one in the photo, but its too pretty not to share!) and I cannot thank the Pittsburgh staff enough for their amazing customer service, especially my stylist Julie!

I had a great experience with the sales rep, Julie. She was personable and made me feel comfortable...as if I was shopping with a friend. Then, a zipper got stuck and we had to call her manager in to help. The buzz got killed abruptly when her manager stormed in with scissors clearly annoyed of the zipper being stuck and her having to cut me out of a dress (which is neither my fault or Julie’s fault). We apologized and she said no worries we just won’t be able to zip it ever again. And stormed out. I picked up on her negative vibe the second we walked in and this encounter solidified my feeling. Wedding dress shopping should be a relaxing experience and she does not put her customers at ease. I could sense the fear in the sales rep as if she was going to get yelled at by her manager. It is sad to me that Julie made our experience one to remember but it was ruined by her manager with the bad attitude #justiceforjulie

Mixed feelings about the customer service. Had an appointment on Saturday for 1 hour, Kelsy was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing. Made the first time trying on wedding dresses the best of the day for sure! She was so excited to help me and was so genuine!There was a women in the background though that kept hovering and listening to our conversation (I assume the manager) and it honestly made me very uncomfortable. Im sure she was just doing her job and trying to keep everyone on a time frame so I didnt say anything.I went to another shop later and kept thinking about one dress at BHLDN, so I wanted to try and go back and try it on one more time and get a picture with their sign. Unfortunately the only appointment left was at 1:30 pm and they opened at 12. We also are not from the area and we drove over 5 hours just to go to BHLDN.So we decided to get to the store at open and see what they could do for us without an appointment. When we walked in I let the girl know at the bridal area what my situation was and we realize we need an appointment, but we just needed to try on THE ONE dress (so why would I need an entire appointment time?) she told me they were booked all day but she would see what she could do if we could just wait and look around for a bit. There was also 3 consultants standing around with only one other bride and family there yet. She eventually came and got us, and this is when I noticed how rude and passive aggressive she was being. This is the girl who I assume to be the manager from the day before that was hovering. I believe she said her name was Katrina? Tall dark hair. She tells me we can try on very quickly so I agree to be quick, but she had this tone that was not very nice. She helped me get in the dress, but as shes helping me get into the dress she very rudely and loudly tells me I need to make an appointment next time because they are booked all day (which everyone outside the room could here). I kindly replied with an apology, that I realize an appointment was needed but my family wanted me to try on THE ONE dress one more time. So the rest of the time she was absolutely rude and very short with us. Also tightened the dress too tight around my neck. Told us we need to place the order ASAP or the dress will be unavailable and they did not offer afterpay. Which I was told they did the day before, and I also checked and they do online. So not only did she lie, but she made my moment very uncomfortable, and if it was that much of an inconvenience then why let me try on the dress?? She absolutely embarrassed me and looked at me and my family like we were trash and that she was doing us a favor. So we didnt end up purchasing with them, and I would have if Katrina didnt treat me like that in my moment. Still had great service with Kelsy, wish she wouldve helped me the second time. I will be submitting a formal complaint as well.

Worst experience possible! If you are considering looking for dresses here DO NOT waste your time. I had a group of 4 ladies with me. We live over 2 hours away and due to poor weather we left home at 8:30am for our 12:45pm appointment. On our way to the shop we unfortunately got a flat tire. We were able to get the tire fixed and ended up only being 5 minutes late for the appointment. I recieved multiple nasty and rude calls from BHLDN as I was literally walking into the store. Hannah my bridal consultant was rude and rushed us through the entire appointment. She said I was only allowed to try 5 dresses due to us being 5 minutes late. She then proceeded to tell us they have nothing at the store for me better luck somewhere else. The dress I ended up kind of liking was a reception dress. Hannah proceeded to tell us that is not a bridal gown and continually pushed me to try dresses I was not at all interested in. After the appointment we walked to Panera next door for a very late lunch. We were more concerned about making the appointment time then eating. Hannah proceeds to walk in behind us and sat in Panera on her phone. SHE RUSHED US OUT OF THE STORE FOR THAT?!
