They installed an awning at my house 6 years ago. Under warranty for 10 years. Broke last summer. I have been trying to get ahold of these people and cant get through. Nobody answers and the mailbox is always full. Told in huly that it would be a couple weeks due to being backed up which i understand totally. He was very rude and hung the phone up several times like a little kid. It cost good money to have installed but not very friendly or business oriented to blow off customers, take the money and run type thing like im being shown. I would give a lesser rating at this time if i could

Deck King installed a permanent, insulated patio awning. Very reliable company. Finished in a timely fashion and cleaned up appropriately. Love my awning
