Ive messaged twice and they have never replied to my message.

I have been recommending them to people all over the city of Pittsburgh saying how good they were. I cant say that anymore.We had used them years ago. Asked them to take down the awning and clean it. They told us it could not be cleaned. They didnt even try. We did the first panel and it looks brand new. I dont think this is a way to do business properly. If you didnt want to take the time to clean the awnin you should have told us and definitely not charge me a $120 to put up a dirty awning that we now have to clean ourselves.I definitely wont be recommending ancur to anybody anytime soon!

Had an issue with our awning from a previous year but Misty was able to finally take care of my problem and returned the awning quickly.. Hopefully this will not be a problem from now on.. The company has a few ways to contact... try various ways if you dont talk with someone.

This company has been recommended by many people and has serviced our residence in the past with previous owners but I will not recommend them to anyone. I called everyday for a week straight, multiple times a day including leaving voicemails with no return call. I sent an email and received a return call. The guy on the phone sounded like he had ZERO interest in helping us out. He couldn’t remember our house or previous owners of the top of his head and says he’ll check the records and get back to me. Well that was at least one month ago. Don’t waste your time and energy with this company!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
