Awnings by Paul provides a superior product compared to others we have seen. This is our 3rd project by Paul. Our first awning still looked new after 10 years! This install is at our new house. We had a new patio installed and looking forward to enjoying many sunny days on the patio under our new awning! Great work! Great employees!

We had a very positive experience with Awnings by Paul. When Paul first came for an estimate, he answered our questions and offered great ideas for installing a permanent awning. His son Derick (and helper) did a wonderful job of installing the awning. Everyone was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.!! Couldn’t be more pleased!

In 2010, I originally had Awnings by Paul install a motorized awning over the back deck of my newly purchased home. The afternoon sun made it almost impossible to sit back there without the awning. Just this year, I noticed that the fabric was wearing and decided to have it replaced. They sent me a quote, came within a reasonable amount of time and not only replaced the fabric, but showed me where the awning anchors were coming loose and fixed those too. The two installers did a great job and I appreciated them making it safe again. Highly recommend them.

They did my side porch and patio. Looks great and price was reasonable. The only complaint I have is that they did not clean up very well. I had red brick dust everywhere that my dogs tracked into the house because it was dark when I came home after the install. I also had to clean up several pieces of sharp aluminum from the patio and yard. They did a fantastic job except for cleanup.

Paul and his son Derek did a phenomenal job on the motorized outdoor shades I selected for my client. As a designer, it was my first time using a product like this and they were gracious enough to walk me through every detail and possibility.They also turned the project around in time for my deadline. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I hope you see them again for new projects.

Paul was prompt and direct with communication, very professional- said the awning would take 8 weeks and it was right on time. His son Derek came to take measurements and I had the opportunity to meet him. Super nice guy! The awning was installed today and I am THRILLED! Great attention to detail and craftsmanship. Derek was even thoughtful enough to re string the lights I had up and put my ganging plants back. Cant recommend this company enough!

They were a great company to work with. What sets them apart from others is their communication skills. I had two questions about the install over the weekend : Friday night and Sunday night. Each time I called they immediately answered the phone and answered my question. They also did an excellent job with the install and most importantly cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

Our awning was torn off the house during a bad storm and was laying on our deck. As I try to keep business local, I called every awning company in the surrounding area in an effort to get it repaired. Most never even bothered to return my calls and the two that did never followed through on anything. I finally called Awnings by Paul. Called to have them put an awning on. They claimed to have taken a look and would be out that Monday to put it up. That was about 2 weeks ago!! Didnt call to reschedule. I really dont think they were interested. Gonna find someone else. Very disappointed.

Very poor, service, gave deposit in may was told 4-6 weeks, I called on July 22nd and got excuses that he forgot and had my order underneath other papers on his desk, he was all to eager to offer my deposit back, then made arrangements to have awnings installed on August 5th only for him I thought you were going to call, He very defensive and argumentative then just said I will send you deposit back. II took the man at his word and gave a second chance to redeem the first time, after the unprofessional talk about having my awnings done I will never do business with this company, person ever again and urge others not to as well

We decided not to use Paul,, but I was at his shop,, very nice staff,, he also came to our home and did a on site meeting with us,, he responded very quickly,, everything was very professional,, so I give him a five star for my experience with this business.

Paul told me in September that he does winter work, took my 1/2 deposit, and said hed be able to do the work whenever the weather cooperated. Then he was suddenly out of town the very few times the weather was decent, although hed previously stated he would be available. He failed to respond to emails inquiring about his availability in a timely manner, and when I asked for a copy of the bill of materials which had supposedly arrived weeks prior, he failed to produce it. After 4 months of this behavior, and another email informing me that he would be going out of town for another 3 weeks, just as the weather is due to improve, Paul offered a refund. After I simply said thank you when he told me the check was in the mail, he emailed again to tell me that hes not GOD, and cant predict the weather. My husband called him from a deployment in the Middle East to express that we would like our money back immediately, and Paul swore at him, and then hung up.Extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.
