Long time customer of this company (13 years) until today. Cant deal with them anymore - they are just rude and unhelpful. Poor customer service - I recommend you go somewhere else.

I went to get the awnings today from them. My mother has been waiting for 3 months for them to be put up, and when she called about it, the woman rudely told her, if she wants them, come get them herself and hung up on her. I was livid and called to make them aware of this, which they did not deny. I gave them another week. No awnings, so I got them back myself.. I reminded them of their website slogan of reputations built by many and lost by one. Well, this is the one. Such a poor advertisement for a business not only looking like that but with an attitude that is just as bad. Never again!

DO NOT use this company. If our family could give them a Zero, we would! HORRIBLE quality and customer service. My best advice is “Run!”

Nice awning, poor customer service

Weve been working with Rothman Awnings since 1993 and couldnt be happier! Each fall they come to our house to remove our awnings, store them, and then reinstall them each spring. Theyre incredibly kind, responsive, and responsible people. Its wonderful that they are family owned and operated. I look forward to working with them to have new awnings made for our front porch. If youre looking for quality, great people, and fantastic awnings, look no further!

Weve dealt with this company for over 30 years; had 4 canopies during that time and all were wonderful. BUT, the last two years their install and removal service has been spotty, with numerous calls and delayed or no service.

This is the worst place I have ever dealt with!!!!!! Every year I request a time for my awning to be put up and taken down. My awning is put up when THEY want to and taken down when THEY want to, most of the time it is snowing. There prices change by the hour and when I called to complain about the prices always changing, the woman who owns the business hung up on me 4 times and finally told me to go to hell and that if I didnt like the way they do business to go elsewhere. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. I would never recommend this business!!

They were all gung-ho to take down my awnings but never mentioned that they leave the frames at your home. When contacted to put them up in the spring they were nasty about the dates and claimed they had only one worker who could find my place. (never heard of Mapquest or a GPS??). Costly and difficult to deal with. We switched to a different company.
