I called about a truck and talked to Marty. I said I was coming to get it. I drove 2.5hrs to sit in the parking lot for 30 minutes just for them to say they just sold it. Very unprofessional. No courtesy call to ask how far away I was or anything. Waste of my whole day.
Had my Jeep in for state inspections, an oil change, and a 30,000 mile check up. My Jeep has been giving me a warning message and a ding at startup saying my oil is required to be changed.So needless to say the oil was never changed, BUT I was given the option for “recommended” fluid flushes at an additional cost. Let’s give these incompetent *insert choice words here* that maybe the oil change request never made it to the mechanics. Fine, mistakes happen.How do you run a 30,000 mile checkup and not look at the oil?!? Shouldn’t you be able to tell hmmmm this oil “looks” like it needs to be changed. Oh wait... what is that warning message and dinging at startup? Oh well, your Jeep is ready and safe to drive!Words cannot describe that level of incompetence. I’m surprised they can even wipe their own behinds properly.

They are the worst took my car to them to fix it rides different it wobbles new car said they gave me a wheel alignment my car shakes go to the other side of the road went to pick up car it look Like a abandoned car caps missing tired was all low this is the worst place to go horrible experience like a nightmare!!!! Never will go there again
Had oil change performed there and they did an excellent job. Attempted to schedule the oil change on line, was unable to schedule on line. They were very apologetic and were very sorry I was unable to schedule the service on line.
Good dealership so far, friendly staff and get it done in reasonable time 👍
If I could give 0 stars I would. The WORST service I’ve ever received in my life. The customer service was incompetent, I spent 30 minutes placed on hold and even when I spoke to real people they were no help and would again place me on hold. The reason I had to speak to their customer service is because they recently “fixed” my car and charged me $1200. They did not fix my car and now my battery light and engine light are on. They overcharge and lie. They’ll tell you your whole car is a mess and several parts need fixed just so they can strip you of your last penny. Disgusting and pitiful.
Terrible customer service! just another greedy corporation who takes your money but dont wanna put in the proper work that you paid for. To service ur vehicle at This Robinson location. They had 3 MONTHS to properly fix my dodge vehicle. Needless to say 10 GRAND later, & my vehicle still hasnt been serviced accordingly. If i were you i would seriously consider A different LICENSE Dodge dealer before you take ur business there. Terrible customer service by the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. 👎 I heard from other dodge friends that south hills, & monroeville are the places to go if u want your dodge vehicle taken care of and performing like it should be. This place shouldnt be allowed to affilate them selves with dodge. A stand up classic American brand. They should handle Honda accords or something! now i see why they will be 1 of the LAST PLACES in Pittsburgh to receive the Demon cause theyre sales and service sucks! Just A heads up for the next hardworking family man who wants to spend their HARD EARNED money at such A terrible dealership like this. I know their turnover rate has to be terrible, theres never anyone working there permanently for long. I see new faces every time i go in. I am from this Area, & i can remember when micks was in that location. Boy do we miss such a stand up, class act. Now i have to travel 20-30mins just to get an oil change which i dont mind at this point cause i will give my money to any place other than DIEHL Robinson.
