Really great service. They were able to fit me in even though I had no appointment. Sense of humor and professional service.

Very helpful bunch - got me in within an hour of calling. They werent able to fix the problem as it was something specific to Ford hybrids, but they didnt charge me at all for looking/diagnosing it, and recommended me to a few places that would be able to help. Definitely interested in learning, too - Jim asked me to call back after the repairs were done so that he could know for the future.

Ive had two experiences with this garage that were completely different.The first-- I dropped my car off because it was making a strange sound. Mechanics drove it around and checked it out for me, told me there was no problem and no charge for checking out my car. Nice!The second-- I called on July 3 to see if they had any time to change my car battery, which they didnt with the upcoming holiday. No problem! I asked if they knew anywhere else I could take my car, and the guy said, I cant say without looking at your vehicle, so I clarified I dont need you to tell me whats wrong with the car, just if you know another garage. This is when the man on the phone so rudely said You are asking me something and Im telling you I dont know. and I said You dont know of any other garages in the area? and the man said no very rudely and hung up.So, I will never be back! I do not support a business that doesnt even try to help its customers when they cannot directly provide service.

I was having a minor car issue one morning, and I called this garage just hoping that they might be able to squeeze me in. Not only did they do so, they also replaced a belt in my car for a good price, and from start to finish the whole process took less than two hours. Do note that they dont accept credit cards if you plan on going, but overall Id give this no-frills garage two thumbs up.

Wonderful service, extremely nice guys. I locked my keys in my car by accident when i went to drop my car off first thing in the morning for a state inspection. They helped me unlock my car and get me on my way, called me 20 minutes later and told me that my car only needed brakes (which i knew i needed). Charged me 20 something dollars for the inspection. These guys are here to serve you and your car, not their wallets.

Extremely nice guys there. They changed my tire while I waited and were friendly and fun and kind and Id recommend them for anything!
