I have been working on cars and stuff for many years, this yard is the place to get anything you need. The parts are your choice, the employees are the best in any business, polite, helpful and courteous to everyone.I have 4 vehicles of my own, have been there all different days and always am pleased with the parts, and the EMPLOYEES!The people are the BIGGEST reason to get your stuff there.
It was a wonderful, amazing adventure. My daughter and I had a spectacular experience removing our own car parts today. All the employees were professional and helpful in guiding us in the right direction to several models of our particular vehicle. We were offered assistance while removing our parts by a really nice gentlemen when we were having slight difficulties, but we managed and was able to remove the part. My daughter and I were able to leave U-Pull & Pay with so many car parts today and is very much looking forward to returning soon. Thank you all for helping us save money on our much needed car parts.
Great place for auto parts. Definitely cheaper than other places.
Got a bumper and other parts for a wheelbarrow $65 deal. The bumper alone is $50 normal price. Look on the website for specials and deals. $2 admission fee. They take debit cards, cash. They check your bags when you come in. No torches or power tools without batteries. Can bring your own drinks. Can buy drinks in the vending machine and coolers. Worth going to. Checkout the website to make sure if have your vehicle.
Another great place to get your parts! Just make sure you have all the tools youll need to do the job. Theyve got a massive inventory and low prices as well as special sales like 65$ for a wheelbarrow full of parts. Or 10$ a bucket on Mondays! I come here often!
Easiest way to junk a vehicle! Received a fair quote. Then a quick call back within an hour to arrange a pickup time. Tow truck driver was prompt, courteous, and good at her job. Highly recommend and would use again if needed.
Place is well set up. Wheel barrels to use, to haul parts and tools. Competitive prices.
Prices are good. Employees are friendly. My only complaint is the lack of carts to haul big parts. Even the ones they have weigh a ton and have flat tires. Its a nice yard, lots of gravel and not much mud at all.
Great service and very organized will 100% be coming back. Very cheap parts that are still in great condition.
Great place to get parts cheaper, however you must pay a small fee to enter ($2) and you must provide your own tools and remove all parts yourself so come prepared to spend time there especially depending on what you are looking for. I highly recommend sending your unwanted junk cars to them as well because the payout is higher than a conventional junkyard.
The best...of the best...Ppl that have given 5 stars is because theyre lack or experience with any u pull yard...always have what I need and then some...the staff Is more than accommodating than other places and their sales are unmatched. The place to go for sure.:)
Awesome used parts yard. Easily the best that I’ve been to. Great selection of vehicles from classics to late models, inventory is constantly kept up to date and is easy to find online, extremely friendly and courteous staff, great sales and deals that happen often, and just all around a great place. Every time I go, I get all of the parts I need and more. I couldn’t recommend U Pull & Pay more.
Great prices, great discounts, and great promotional deals. Bring your tools, pull your parts, pay for em. All the diy mechanics need this place. Neat rows, sorted, and website is usually updated pretty well.
The people there are friendly and very helpful and you can look up on their website to see what cars are available to go look at and where theyre located. Very easy to find parts.
Good prices. Went with a friend for a car hes rebuilding. Didnt have what I was looking for. But I guess its up for grabs at a junk yard
Cleanest and best kept junkyard I’ve been to. Visited a friend in Pittsburgh and wanted to kill some time... bought a few parts and prices are verrryyy reasonable. Will be coming back!
Fast and easy if u know what ur doing 2$ a person to get in to the yard very nice people
Great customer service. Very helpful
Great place to find parts very wide variety but they dont have it there they most likely can get it all I would check them out before going to other junk yards
Called left message. Call was returned quickly I agreed to their price quote for the junk car. car was picked up the next day. Real easy no hassles. Would use their service again
Good selection. Found most everything that we were looking for.
Always excellent fantastic deals help yourself !
Great prices of friendly staff everythings easy to get to and work on just ive never had a bad experience here every time ive been able to get my parts and a lot of times can get a good deal on them
They crushed the parts car I needed😞 but other than that theyre alright with me thanks guys hopefully youll have another one soon
Our experience at pull & pay was good. We dropped off the vehicle got paid and left. No issues.
Great prices and variety of cars, however, the check out line took over an hour and the line continued to grow. No effort was made to have another check out open until I was about to leave... an hour later.
This is one of my absolute favorite junkyard chains around. They keep a very clean and organized yard. As far as U Pull junkyards go, you probably aren’t going to find another one that is this organized. Great selection of cars, they completely flip the yard every 60-75 on average. Nothing sitting around too long. Also they have a fantastic inventory system available online that will let you know what’s in the yard before you make the drive down to pull anything. The Pittsburgh location is by far the best as far as prices go. They consistently have sales that make this locations of the best spots to shop in the state!
Big help on finding what u need very friendly service the people here and management are great would highly recommend
They offered me $400 for 1986 Porsche 928 - no start/runPeddle.com offered me $4000I think they just offer everyone the same $400 no matter what car you have😭
They have a good number of wheel barrels, carts, and hoists available. Prices seem fair. Good selection of late model vehicles. People at the counter are pleasant. No complaints.
I totally despise the drive from my home to here but once Im inside the yard, I know the trip was worth it. Vehicles are spaced nicely and most are UP IN THE AIR for ease of removing parts. Their inventory listing gives you a list of available vehicles, location in the yard and days that vehicle has been out in the yard. Well worth the $2.00 entry. Bring the tools youll need to remove the parts your looking for. Enjoy your visit and stay safe inside the yard.
Disorganized and expensive for the parts you pull. Customer friendly and polite but the yard personnel were swearing up a storm
They didnt have what I needed but the experience and the staff were excellent
This place is great. Just make sure you have them label stuff properly on receipt and have them mark it. If not they will say you were never charged for the part via security camera footage.
Great place. Prices are very good.
Pretty decent selection. Just wish you were able to see condition of certain parts before driving there
Bought our used van for a good price. Staff very knowledgeable
Tripping hazards. Icy everywhere. People just peel off tires and leave them. Probably ok, when ground isnt covered by snow and ice. Otherwise, great experience.
Sold my car to them and scheduled a pickup. Got ghosted by their tow driver with no communication
I stop every few months for something or other here. Almost every car or part Ive needed has been available and the prices are pretty fair. There is a decent stretch of rows to cover if youre looking for certain types of vehicles and the parts Ive got have all worked fine for me. Staff is very friendly and its easy to get locations of cars looked up. They give you a slip with row number and diy and you can grab a map, just walk on down the clearly marked rows and find what youre looking for. Awesome place, rating only because some parts Ive needed have been off list online but there when I ask about them in person. I would definitely recommend it thought if anybody needs anything, old or new, theres even old Firebirds and cars to the 70s! Pretty great experience and knowledgeable workers all the time.
Love this place. Always friendly service and reasonable prices on parts. If you go there to pull parts yourself, just take into consideration that others may need parts that youre working off of, so dont just tear things apart...think of the others after you!!Have fun!
Like a super market for car and truck parts great place to get a good price
Totally awesome they have everything that I needed
Great place to get your parts. Kind of pricey for me.
Great prices on parts forsure!!!, teams gotta keep up on it the info provided tho, never got an email alert about a vehicle hitting the yard that I’ve been waiting on, had to find out via Facebook outside of that always a good experience headin out into the yard, it’s well kept flat area so can’t complain about that all vehicles are in the air which is nice aswell. Keep it up!
Amazing deals nice people defin
Im only giving 3 stars because they need more help on weekends had to wait in line to get in on Saturday at 11:00 for 25min. Because only had one person working. The other 3 people there were helping one person check out.
Love this place. Easy to find parts and great prices
Fairly well organized and friendly staff. Wheelbarrows & carts available.
Paid $65 for wheelbarrow sale for all you can fit in it.no tax. $2 admission fee.
Typical pull and pay. Wish they would clean a lil though. Kinda extremely dangerous waking the yards. No reason they cant like attempt something from time to time....
Fair pricing good deals Im pretty decent service
The best auto salvage place in Pittsburgh
Nice people very well organized salvage yard
This is a mechanics heaven especially if your in need of parts that are too expensive at an auto parts store or you just dont have enough money. I love the fact that you can pull your own parts and if you bring someone whether its a friend or your family it give you a chance to bond over the experience.
Great service and very courteous the staff is very nice I will come back again
Bring plenty of hydration. =)
When they first opened it was very organized. Not so much anymore but still a good place to go if you want to save some money.
Very disappointed, every car I looked at the doors are smashed from the loaders caring them out to the yard.
I love Cheap parts, and this is a good place to get them.
They are over priced rude and they want you to do all the work. I’m not coming here again All Foreign does better for me but I was forced to come here since they didn’t have the room they charge me $45 for a Toyota Camry still rim with the tire . Other junkyards charge you way less about 20 for the tire 35 max and this is just outrageous what they’re doing. They charge two dollars to get in no junkyard charge .
Looking for tires 225/75 / 15rDidnt have what I needed
Best junkyard around
Prices to high and they dont leave the cars out long enough
They didnt have the truck or parts I needed
Good selection and prices! Check their website for a listing of parts cars.
As a regular “picker”, this place blows other pick a part places away. This is the type of place that Arizona has: organized, inventoried and well priced. Carts are free as well as engine hoists and you don’t have to dread going there after a rain! All flat and graveled, this place is awesome!I do hope their inventory rotates frequently as with the raininess in Pittsburgh, rust could ruin a lot of untreated parts. A++++
Hands down the best towing company! I was struggling getting rid of a vehicle in my drive way for well over 6 months. Everyone I make schedules with made excuses such as “You live on to steep of a hill. Your driveway is to narrow. The vehicle has to run.” Ryan showed up and within 10 minutes, which includes signing paperwork, had the vehicle out and on the tow truck. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Pittsburgh area!
Great place for cheap parts
They cant tell me nothings over the phone just keeps saying come in
Excellent yard fantastic helpful polite staff
Pull n pay is awesome I love the fact you can go out into the yard and get your own parts and the way they set the cars up is great and very helpful the selection is also amazing as long as they are in business I will always be there when I need a part
Great place. Easy to move around the yard, no hills, or mud. Inventory always turning over, so new stuff is always there.
I go here Almost every weekend even if I don’t need anything . The staff is awesome to deal with and super helpful . The parts are always good and very reasonably priced !!! Very clean yard ! And they even make it fun and have events monthly and some days are certain percentages off . I give this place 10/10 recommendation.
I visit twice and it was okbut its difficult to some time locate a perticular vehicle in the lotand the information and image on website needs to be updated fortnightly or monthly so that actual conditions of the vehicles be seen before visiting the lot.Hope my input will be considered for smooth experience of customers visiting the yard.
I had to take apart with me to match it up because I had several problems buying brand new and could not get the right one was not allowed to take the old part into the yard with me to match it up when they could tell it was not theirs that I brought it in could have marked it or seen what was wrong with mine when I took it in and also the same when I brought it out with the new one I was paying for from their yard
Nice people, good selection of vehicles.
Check inventory be for you go and bring your own tools it cost 2$ to enter the yard whether you find your part or not
Little pricy but good spot
Best pick a part yard in the greater Pittsburgh area. They regularly turn their inventory so everything isnt completely picked through. They also offer a return policy on many parts, have free carts and engine hoists for your use, and run regular specials. They have a great website which is always up to date and clearly lists inventory and prices.
Of course it is a junk yard, but it is pretty well organized. The rows are labeled on the side of the cars on the end of the rows. And the makes of the cars are in different sections. A list is provided in what row the vehicle you are looking for is in.
Big selection of used auto parts and friendly staff.
If you need a part and dont mind getting your hands dirty this is the place to go the prices are really great and they even run a lot of specials so check it out if you need a used motor transmission you cant beat the price I havent purchased anything there yet that wasnt the bargain of the century if you check the bulletin board theres even a few number a guy that will pull a part for you for a small fee theyre independent they dont work for U-Pull-It but they know what theyre doing
Found exactly what I needed. Well organized yard.
Told me what row the truck was in and the truck want then and they never told me that on every vehicle it tells you what row it is.
Nice place good variety of cars from the 40s to a few years old fairly clean not a mud pit and you cant beat the sales when they have em
Great staff. Wide array of products to choose from. Great pricing.
The staff was very helpful and the yard was well organized. Well worth the trip from Columbus Ohio
Nice place to get parts got gravel parking lot youre working in everythings elevated makes it nice and easy
Went there for an alternator for my 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Cost $2.00 admission. I asked the girl for a printout of vehicles that will fit my needs. She gave me 93 & 2 99s. They looked worse than mine. Mine can fit 95 - 98. Nothing even close on body style or engine. I went back in and told them nothing to fit my vehicle. I thought at least give me my money back but didnt. Told me to go to the website and sign up for notify me when get mine in. I said ok and left. Not very happy with the poor business practices and attitude.
Love part picking the best in the trip state area best concept ever
The best store, used part in Pittsburgh
Needed a vehicle towed & dreaded it.I spoke to a very nice Samantha who gave a great quote with the timing to fit MY schedule. The Tow service (412 Towing, Sean), honored the verbal quote honestly & he as well was a very nice guy. On that note...GREAT PEOPLE… GREAT SERVICE…& HONESTY!!! 5★+
