I called ahead to verify that they had a part available for my truck. Without even having to ask, the gentleman on the phone asked me if Id like him to put it aside with my name on it. I arrived shortly thereafter and everything was ready to go. So nice not to have to stand there while someone cross references a dozen different options on a computer screen before you can buy sosomething and be on your way!

Had some issues with my car and they went above and beyond to help me.

Walked in to an empty store on a Tuesday afternoon with no other customers on the floor, both reps made no eye contact or acknowledged me for while until I asked for help and they asked me to wait. Other staff were not wearing masks. This will be my first and last visit to a NAPA.

Called to get a quote on tires. Person who answered the phone had a horrible attitude:

For your car that you cant find the part off the shelf at the regular auto part store this is where you go

I purchased spark plug wires a long time ago specifically because they were life time warrantied. Well without a receipt the warranty is no good .The brand name of the wires, BELDEN is printed right on the wire. This is not the same as it use to be. They still have the same brand, SAME part number, but not the same warranty.I do not recommend this or ANY NAPA store.

Commercial prices really arent that great the discount isnt even as good as buying online.Overall I like this store but whoever the manager or owner is should be embarrassed every time Im in there he is constantly yelling at employees who seem to be doing nothing wrong right in front of customers.The parts counter guys are really good Mike, the one girl and Dave are superb. A+

Over heard 2 employees sharing their inaccurate views of slavery. Heavy anti black overtones. Not the place for them to share their misguided racial fears. Person who waited on me was great.

They always have the parts I need. Staff is fast and friendly. My favorite auto parts place.

Fablous part store. Huge on site inventory. Staff is super helpful and always willing to go the extra step. Misheard car make once (only happened to me once in all the years I have been going here). They took the opened parts back and upgraded all the parts to premium free of charge and gave me a couple napa hats to boot. They clearly care about their customers and are willing to show it.

Good customer service! My complaint is management gave the employee a hacksaw (20min wait) to cut exhaust pipe with, when there is a shelf full of DeWalt power tools in the store!
