I see I’m not the only person to have been helped so well in this way, but I’m happy to add my voices to the others! I came in close to closing time with a a tire leak, with very little time to get it checked out before a long trip to NY. Not only were they extremely straightforward about scheduling, to avoid putting me in a bind, but they ended up going out of their way to fit me in and found a giant nail in my tire!! Thanks to them, I’ll be safe on my long drive home, and I just can’t begin to express how grateful I am. Everyone was so kind and friendly, and the gentleman who took in my car was so reassuring and professional. I’m so thankful that the team here was willing to help take a look at my car even though I know they were so busy, and I don’t know what I would have done without them! Thank you!!!
THIRD UPDATE WITHOUT OFFER OF RESOLUTION OF THE ISSUES or even a response:I have reported your lack.of response to the FTC. PennDot responded and they are helping me report you falsifying the work done to my car during the state inspection.SECOND UPDATE WITHOUT AN OFFER OF RESOLUTION OF THE ISSUES: My appointment was for July and it is now almost October. They continue to not address the issues I had at this appointment. Attached is the estimate from the dealer to fix the damage that Pep Boys did to my car. The other issues include not honoring the advertised specials, falsifying the work done on my car, and I recently found out they installed the headlamp incorrectly. I emailed the addressed I was instructed to do in the last review and they never responded.UPDATE: The Regional Vice President contacted me and told me that he would not read the evidence that I submitted. then he changed his mind and told me that I needed to resubmit everything. I have already submitted everything multiple times. Then he said that he isnt going to do anything to correct the issues. The email listed below has not returned my email.I went there 7 weeks ago for an oil change, state inspection, state emissions testing, and the manufacturers 50,000 mile service. They damaged the trunk of my vehicle, did not honor the advertised special, and lied about the work they did on my car. When I contacted them, the store manager screamed at me, called me a liar, and vowed to pull the recording of the phone call to prove that I am lying, For weeks, I got bounced around from dept to dept in the corporate offices until one person said that if I go to consumer advocates for assistance that Pep Boys would get their attorneys after me. And they did. They actually got one of their Attorneys to come after me and was beyond rude. All I was asking for them to fix the damage to my vehicle that they caused, tell me why I didnt qualify for the advertised prices, and tell me what work they did on the car. I know they didnt do the work because if they did, the wrench light would go out when the car is hooked up to the diagnostic computer.

The two associates working in the garage Wednesday night we’re super helpful. They went out of their way to help me out in a pinch, even though they were closing. Very much appreciate their willingness to help, and will be back because of it.

Make sure you ask a lot of questions I was shared 1,200 to get my brake line fix .Only thing is I had no brakes a day after .I payed the money I Then had the car towed back To Pepboys only to be told it was another break line I asked well how many do I have? they told me my car have 6 lines (😥)Well that wasnt told to me At all.. I felt like if I was told I needed To replace 6 lines I would have waited longer to fix the car But thats not what happened I spoke to the General manager about not being told or giving a choice He counter acted by offering me to fix one line for free or take my car with no repair (😥)What was so wrong with telling me .Hey Maam You have 6 break line 3 are leaking We recommend you fix them all or fix the 3 thats leaking How Im I suppose to know How many Brake lines My car has and if a mechanical engineer cant or dont tell you Then who is going too? Again why Are All these big Company set out to hurt there own community?

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My daughter was visiting friends in Pittsburg. On the way home, she ran over glass on the highway, her tire was cut and blew out. She was parked on the side of the highway for 3 hours waiting for help. Unfortunately, her car was towed this store for one new tire. My daughter had recently purchased 4 brand new tires. This store told my daughter she had to pay $700 to buy 4 brand new tires. WHAT A RIP OFF. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. Greed is the name here. Go down the street 5 miles and you’ll get better and more honest service at Midas. They helped get my daughter back home to Hanover PA. Pep Boys wanted nothing to do with her unless she bought 4 brand new tires. The receipt for her tires was in the glove box of her car and I asked the manager to check her glove box for the receipt. This is NOT A PA law but a POLICY OF PEP BOYS IF YOU HAVE A 4 wheel drive vehicle. This is an exampleof what is wrong with this world. CORPORATE GREED!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I took in a tire that literally just needed blown up so the bead would catch as I was broke down in the middle of the street was a 5 min issue. They proceeded to tell me I would have to wait several hours since there was only 1 tire guy. Meanwhile 4 of them were standing around doing nothing. I took it to Vinnys Tire down the street and he got me in and out 5 mins. I know where our 8 vehicles are going from now on.

Ive had two services done here. Once for tires, which went okay other than making me wait an extra day because their inventory records were inaccurate. Another for brakes, which apparently was a hack job. Found out at the next annual inspection that the front pads were installed upside down and the rear rotors and pads were of such poor quality that they both required replacing after just 6000 miles. If you go to a national chain like Pep Boys, know that youll get the bottom rung quality and expertise. Thats the business model and shouldnt be a surprise. Go to a small shop that actually relies on word of mouth and reputation to sustain their business.
Extremely rude without provocation.Left the car overnight for a scheduled state inspection (Im just moved to PA... not a student). I received a call this morning from Carol. Keep in mind, I havent interacted with anyone yet. And before I even say a word, he tells me that they couldnt find my insurance/registration and Dont bother to tell me to go look for it.I knew were the papers were - they were with me - I didnt know they were needed for the inspection. There was no need for the disrespect.

The people here messed up patching my tire which started to leak again. Then when talking to manager I was basically informed that it was my own fault that I happened to run over a nail while driving in the already chaotic streets of pittsburgh. Save your money and go to discount tires and get it done for free
Had a flat tire due to running over some metal parts in a construction area. Initially we were told that all four tires needed to be replaced due to wear and other factors. Due to travel plans we went ahead and approved the work. It was done within the time frame quoted and we came back to pick up the vehicle. Noticed that the tires were not replaced and went inside to see what happened. They were able to patch the flat tire at a fraction of the original cost. Appreciate their honesty and customer service. You shouldnt take your car in for an oil change and get hassled with a list of needed repairs totalling over $2000. Especially when my BFF is a mechanic who does all my work and fixed the ONE issue that was legit for $40 bucks. Im aware of selling/upselling jobs and all, I get it, but cmon now. Take it to Walters and if you dont know who that is, do yourself a favor and look it up. 👍
I had an appointment at 4pm solely for a diagnostic in order to better schedule future repairs. Got there at 330pm. I asked about how long was I looking at; and the front desk person said about 5-530pm. Im fine with and its not worth me getting an uber home to come back in a couple of hours. I wait, and wait, 5pm comes and goes, 530pm comes and goes, their retail closes, and my vehicle hasnt moved from where I parked it. I walk down to get some food, eat, come back, car still hasnt moved. 645pm rolls around and realizing they close at 8pm I ask if my car is going in tonight and Im told they are finishing a brake job and then my diagnostic (which costs $120) will start. 7:00, 7:05, 7:15; now Im just like I want my keys so I can go home, but theres no employees around 7:20, 7:25, 7:30; car not moved. After more than 4 hours Im given my keys. I lost three hours of work I wont get paid for, spent 4 hours in a public environment during a pandemic and I didnt even get a sorry. I thanked her out of habit when I got my keys and she said have a good night.
I was visiting from out of town when my car broke down. These guys were understanding and got me back out quickly
They have had my car for almost a month and have yet to even do a diagnostics. I have 2 jobs during covid and 3 children, they act as if you dont need your car. I am so upset and will never use them again after this.
I go here for regular anual state emissions and safety inspection. Good for emissions on old cars b4 96 that arent obdII compliant. Theyre also good for auto repairs. (Although, I do all of my own repairs, as I am a trained auto tech) Better prices than others. Be prepared to smell the rubber from the tires they sell, as you shop or wait here lol. Also, great place to buy wheels, tires, and audio equip for all your automotive needs.

Sat on the hold for 30 minutes on two separate occasions without response. Scheduled online and walked in for diagnostics, they turned me around stating that they believed it was the transmission and wouldnt do the diagnostics. Recommended I go down the street to an aamco and stated it was open. It was not open, terrible experience.
The first time I came here was good. I was in and out with an oil change in 30 minutes and the staff was friendly and helpful. But today’s visit is a different story.It has now been over an hour and half since I brought my car into my 3pm appointment for an oil change (I made this appointment at 11:45am that day online) They are still not done. There is no one here. The waiting room is empty. There are no cars in the service bay expect for mine. There are 4 cashiers standing around doing nothing but talking to each other and goofing around. What the hell are they doing?! This is not how you run a business.This place has horrible service and the staff is rude and extremely off putting. I am never bringing my car here ever again and neither should any of you. I have never been more dissatisfied with the service at a place of business.
I came in to check for a slow leak, and I was happy that they found no leak. The service was slow but they checked the tire for an hour and a half so I felt comfortable with their judgement. Two weeks later I noticed a considerable amount of shaking while driving. I checked the air in my tires and the tire Pep Boys examined was over inflated almost 2 times it’s recommended amount. Ultimately this led to more issues than before and I’ve had to replace the tire.
Worse than badThe 1st time I got an oil change they did not include the free tire rotation because I didnt specifically ask for it (no one asked me, you just have to know) The 2nd time I got an oil change they didnt rotate my tires (I asked) because they were all the same (color? size? brand? Im guessing they meant tread depth) Of course the tread depth was the same because I ROTATE THE TIRES!. I didnt have time to wait so will have to do it myself. Fortunately I had a coupon to bring the price of an oil change (did they change the oil?) down to what I would pay at a quick change place. I wont be getting a 3rd oil change from Pep Boys. Pity.
As usual the folks at Pep Boys, Shadyside were up to their same old tricks....providing excellent service with a smile to boot. Ive been around enough to get a sense when people like what they do,you can just feel it when its there. Thats why when I need something automotive thats where I go.
Employees could use a some customer service training. The Monroeville location is great this location not so much employees are rude and make you not want to come back.
Don’t even bother to attempt to use this location for service. It’s hard to get to the point that you can even book an appointment because they don’t answer the telephone and on the rare occasion that they do they have no problem leaving you on hold for over 30 minutes. This is no exaggeration! Obviously they don’t need the business. Go somewhere else!
My brother had taken his vehicle to this location to have new tires put on. Twenty minutes into his drive home from this establishment, his tire pressure light came on. He drove the car home and let it sit over night. The next morning he noticed one of his tires was flat. He took his vehicle to Pep Boys in North Huntington where they said his rim was cracked and was attempted to be repaired with bead sealer. He returned to this location after obtaining this information and they denied that they had damaged his rim. He contacted corporate, spoke to them and was told they would be calling him back. My brother did receive two missed calls in between his four calls and a text to the company. His last call and text was months ago and he still has not received a returned phone call. My brother’s three year old son has been receiving chemotherapy so he doesn’t have the time or energy to battle this company.
Went there to get my tire plugged and it took them 3 hours, no one was even there and then on top of that they lost my hub cap to my mercury. At least they were able to plug my tire I guess
Make an appointment for an inspection, show up for the inspection and they say that they dont do inspections after 5. So why would you accept the appointment then? Never will go to pepboys again.

If you want to get ripped off this is a great place to go! I went in for an inspection and one of my tires had a nail in it, so instead of offering to patch it up for a small fee like any other place they told me that I had to replace that tire. They then said that they had to replace all the other tires because its all wheel drive (this part would generally be true for replacing a tire on an awd car depending on how worn down they are but the car is new enough with only 10,000 miles) and this would cost an extra $500. I think they earned 2 stars because they did successfully change my oil and windshield wiper without too much of an overcharge.
While we initially had a frustrating experience with getting new tires, the manager there (Ray) made everything right and more. He was professional, respectful, and diligent with his service. He was able to replace out tires and fix a multitude of other issues our car was having, all on Christmas Eve. We couldnt be more appreciative and we will definitely be back to this location in the future!
Associate was very polite and helped me find the wiper blade I needed. Another customer rudely interrupted while he was helping me, saying man hurry up i need to get out of here. Associate asked the manager to come out and help the rude customer so he could get on his way. He paid for his item and left. The manager was very disrespectful to the associate helping me. She told him to watch how he talked to her. He, in my opinion did nothing wrong and handled the situation perfectly. This manager should be held accountable for her actions in the situation.
03/12/2021On my day off I need new tire on my Ram Truck. Nothing special as I plan to put some premium tire on before a road trip Im planning for the summer. I check pep boy they have a tire I want I make an appointment for 11 am. I show up at 10:30 Im the only customer waiting at the tire service counter. While there are 3 to 4 employees behind the counter they all see me standing there waiting not on of them acknowledge me. TWo black shirts and two blue shirts. FINALLY a female employee comes from across the store and ask if Im being waited on. I order the tires hand over the keys sit down in the waiting area for what should take no more then 45 minutes to an hour to change 4 tires. It is now 3:18 as I type this review. At 1:00 I went to the desk for any up date and I was told there was one tire left to chang at 2:30 my keys came back to the counter. How do I know this I was standing ask for an update when the mechanic brought them around.To say the least I am dissatisfied with the customer service here a will never come back here a would never recommend this pep boys or any of them to anyone ever

What a pathetic joke. Left my car there four hours ago for an oil change, never heard from them, I even had an appointment. Went back at almost close assuming they had forgotten to call me and the lady nonchalantly tells me they did not get around to my car yet and it would have to be tomorrow. Unbelievable. They weren’t even going to bother to call me before they closed. Pep boys when did you get so terrible?? I just left, suggest you don’t waste your time.
I had an oil change appointment for 11:30 and it took over 2 hours for them to even touch my car. Whats the point of scheduling an appointment if its going to take so long? I brought my own oil and filter because the drain bolt was stuck, otherwise I wouldnt have ever set foot in there. Honestly, it would have been less annoying if I wouldve sold my car instead of wasting so much time in their waiting room.

Terrible service. I booked an online appointment on 2/6/2021 to change 4 tires. Appointment was confirmed but when I went there, turns out that the tires are not in stock. Fine, systems fault (although a big chain like PepBoys should figure out online appointments. So, they ordered the 4 tires from their warehouse and asked me to come on 2/10/2021 at 5:30 PM. On 2/9, I get a call asking me to come at 3 PM as they dont have people at 5:30 PM. Fine, COVID. I go at 3 PM and guess what? I have to wait till 6 PM to pick my car. I ask why since online it states only 1 hour to change tires and they say I am in line and there are others ahead of me. So I say why couldnt I have just come later then? They say well I have to come to be in line but the work could start later. I dont know about PepBoys but I am SURE thats not how appointments work. I walked out.
Awful service. Super slow when I first went here. Bought wiper blades that the clerk said would fit. They don’t fit because of design. Went back to return. Clerk kept interrupting me and telling me they should work when I was trying to explain to him why they don’t work. Continued to tell me they should work while again not letting me explain it is the profile of the blades and not the size. Just awful customer service.

DO NOT TRUST FOR REPAIRSI bought some tires from this location and wanted to get the alignment done. They said they could not do alignment with out first replacing the tie rods, because they were supposedly loose. I got a second opinion from a neighbor mechanic who said they were fine, but he did not have the equipment to do alignment.I the took it to Firestone and they aligned it just fine and said there was nothing wrong with the tie rods. If I didnt get a second opinion they would have gotten me for another $500-$600.Also, they wanted $1400-$1500 to replace an AC compressor ($1,000 for the part alone!) Everyone else quoted around $500-$700. Their labor rate alone is $105-$118. Even dealers are only $95, and local mechanics are more like $65.Complete rip off operation, I only hope they honor the tire warranty if I have issues. Save your money, go elsewhere.

Very bad experience! I was trying to do my inspection yesterday. When I got there there I was a server who was talking on the phone with a customer I guess. He was very upset and bored on the phone I guess since the customer was trying to ask him questions. After the phone I tried to communicate with him about my inspection and he told me I need to make a appointment next week. During our conversation I cannot hear him clearly and the server yelled to me extremely loudly and rudely. I do not know why he behaved like this and I swear to the god I will never ever go there again any more.
They had an odd tire I needed and changed it quickly. Id stay away from their mechanic services though. They quoted me $425 to replace my oil pan. They claimed it needed changed because the Allen plug was stripped. Total BS. I used an EZ-out and put a new plug for $3.

Its Saturday at 10:55am and I just made an appointment for 1pm today. the Shop employee just called me to tell me they have to cancel my appointment and they cannot give me an appointment until Wednesday and that the online system cannot tell how many cars they have. What? You lost a customer. Do not trust the online portal and if this is how th employees conduct themselves I should thank them because they would not have given my car good service.

PITT AND DUQUESNE STUDENTS BEWARE. Took my car in for an inspection, after waiting 2 hours they told me I needed new brakes, brake pads and rotors, totaling over $1200. This didnt seem right as I had my brakes replaced a few months prior. Took my vehicle to the Jeep dealership the following week where they had my car in and out in 30 minutes with no repairs needed. Strongly recommend avoiding this particular Pep Boys for any maintenance.
Really lackluster communication and lack of customer service at this location! I needed a state inspection and made an appointment, came in, gave them my documents and keys and they said I could wait – it would take about an hour. Sat there for TWO HOURS and only after I asked for an update did they let me know that no one had even begun to work on my car and whether I could leave it at Pep Boys. It had gotten dark and cold outside and I didnt have anyone I could call on short notice, so I left instead, but really disappointed with the service and lack of communication. I was there the whole time! Anyone could have updated me before I wasted two hours of my life sitting around Pep Boys! Also, almost no one wore a mask and those that did wore them just under their nose, so it was virtually pointless. Do not go here they do not care about your service. :(
Never again. I went here for a new car battery as its close to my work. At other auto part stores a battery swap is a 15 minute process; in and out. Here, I had to drop off my car and it wasnt done until over 9 hours later. The price was also about 20% higher than most stores. Absolutely ridiculous.
November 3rd 2019 at 5:00 pm I came in asking if I could get my tire plugged and the nail taken out because I was on my way to Ohio for work, I was met at the counter by an employee telling me that they couldn’t do it because it takes to long and they closing early for the day! He then proceeded to tell me to go to Jiffy Lube or NTB and they’ll be able to help me out better! Don’t visit this location because they don’t care about helping out the customers what so ever!
The first time I came here i had a new battery. Put in and they took the car and it only took 30 minutes and everything seemed good. They mechanic said the car was in good shape. I brought it today for oil change. I asked the guy at the front of the shop if I could talk to the mechanic and he said hes to busy. So I asked if they could look at my cars messages that said low oil level. I know the oil is fine it doesnt use a drop. He said to me it will cost 105 dollars just to look. Not do anything just to look. I didnt want it for free but I thought maybe a hours labor or something like that . I was thinking about coming to pep boys to service my car. I just bought a nice used Corvette and i was looking for a good shop to service it. But NOT ANYMORE. I THINK IT IS OUTRAGEOUS . I urge you not to bring you car to PEP BOYS I know I wont
This pep boys is one of the friendliest knowledgeable places I have been. The service writers, Harold, Matt, Ray are very helpful. Even the manager Tim is very helpful. For example my car was taking a little longer then I thought and the manager jumped in and help get my vehicle finish. They seem to go out of there way to help you out. There prices are fair. They don’t leave my vehicle dirty with grease marks like you would find at some other shops. I like how Knowledgeable the mechanics are as well as how detailed and straight to the point they are. I have a 2017 car and I bring it to this pep boys over the dealership.

If I could vote 0 stars, I would. This is the second time I went to this Pep Boys location. For the second time, the staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. They would not help me when I asked questions and continuously gave me attitude. The last time I came, I wanted an oil change and they said my car had $500 worth of damage. I didnt ask them to look for damage but they said I needed to get everything fixed immediately. I was driving across the state and my dad was nervous so we got it fixed even though we were pretty sure the claimed issues were bogus.This time, I went in for an oil change and an inspection. They again, told me there were hundreds of dollars worth of issues that needed to be fixed before it could pass inspection. One of the issues was that my headlight was out. I was trying to find a replacement headlight that would work for my car so I asked an employee. He looked it up on the computer and continued to mumble the answer. I told him that I was sorry that I couldnt hear him and I asked him to repeat himself. He threw his hands up in the air and laughed, turned the computer screen to me and did not say a word. He did not point to what I was supposed to be looking at and so I bought the wrong headlight thinking I had the right one. I also asked the store manager at the front desk for help and he said that if I had been helped by the other employee then it was obviously correct. OBVIOUSLY not. I dont trust the people at this store. They try to take you for all of the money that you have. They are shady and nonetheless unprofessional. If they think that being rude in customer service will get them business then they have another thing coming for them. They have definitely lost a customer and I have told all of my friends never to go to this location.

Pep Boys helped me out of a jam. I got a flat tire at 7PM on a Friday night. They were open and they managed to get me a tire that night. I was so grateful because we were fairly far from home and I would not have been able to afford a taxi home.They were also very nice and helpful. They were all working hard to help those of us who needed help on a Friday night when everybody wants to go home. I highly recommend them.
IF I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS 🤷🏾♂️😡🙅🏽♂️🦶🏽🚶🏾😑 I WOULD! THEY SAID THAT I HAD TO WAIT FOR AN HOUR TO DO A DIAGNOSTIC FOR MY TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT STAYING LIT AND THE TIRE PRESSURE IS GOOD ON ALL 4 TIRES!!! IT FEELS LIKE 2 DAYS 😴
Should have read the reviews first; horrible customer service. First I made a same-day appointment online, only to receive a phone call that they were full for the day, and the online system didnt recognize that. Fine - so I came in the next day. Drop off was easy and the employee was nice. I was verbally quoted a price of $30 for my oil change. Upon pickup, a different employee was working. I was charged $40. I mentioned that this was not the price I was quoted, and the employee shrugged and said sorry, but made no attempt to rectify the situation. On my way out, another employee (male) told me (woman) dont forget to smile! ... this is EXTREMELY sexist and absolutely not OK!!! I will NEVER be returning to this location!!!
Horrible service. Please dont go this place for service. They just want to sell parts anyway. They made sure with total cost of 800 dollars. I said ok but . They called me for pickup. I asked them if they did the test drive. They said yes. I paid n went to pickup but same problem I found. Nothing was fixed. They said they could not fix the problems. This was my last try . I will never go there.
I swear I’m the only customer sitting here at the store and they’re talking more than 2 hours to change my front breaks, RIDICULOUS!!!
Did not have any problems for I knew what I wanted, but if I did not know what I wanted I am not 100% sure I would have gotten assistance needed to achieve my end goal. But the story is well organized and clean. Their computers are very helpful when looking for parts if you do not have to wait for a Salesman to become available, the fact that they are so busy is a testament shes a good job that they do do.
Update: After my less than satisfactory experience the manager contacted me and apologized and got me in quickly to fix the issue. I am glad customer service still exists and they responded to my negative experience and I will probably go back.Made an appointment to get my car inspected and specified I would wait with the car. Showed up 5 minutes before my appointment and the sales person asked me if I was dropping it off. I said no, I need to wait with it. He said that it would be at least 3 hours before they got to it. I said “but I made an appointment to wait with it, I can’t wait 3+ hours” and he said “well there are a bunch of appointments in front of it.” I honestly felt like Jerry Seinfeld at the rental car counter, the person was rude and uninterested and completely did not even try. Won’t be going here again.
I mean theyre work is...work. Seems like whenever you bring your car in much more is wrong with it than what its its originally brought in for. But I have no actual evidence of this.What is absolutely absurd is their price point. I dont understand how an electronic and leak inspection on a/c is 150 dollars. JUST THE INSPECTION OF IT
Came for a tire change, most staff were friendly but the one taking care of orders was not. He said he had to back order them since they dont have it here. However, he told me that unless I pay 150+ for next day delivery, there is absolutely no guarantee when theyll arrive. Even if I pay for 2-3 day shipping, they might be able to get it next week if Im lucky. However, if I pay the 150 I can have my car done the next day morning. I dont know what kind of magical shipping system they are using but Im 99% sure the tires I need are sitting in their warehouse right now. Would not recommend
“pepboys does everything for less”They really need to find a new slogan. Never going back again
These guys have great customer service, treated my car like there own, and even gave me some great extras that I really needed.
DO NOT go here!!! Employees are rude!!! My daughter had a nail in her tire, they didn’t even offer to put the spare on, they said they couldn’t find it! The offered to sell her 4 new tires. Her tires are a year old. She needed up buying 1 tire to get back on the road, but her spare and tire with the nail in it was brand new! I will be contacting corporate Pep boys and the attorney general about his location!
I had a pretty good experience here, but I may have just been lucky. I came in with no appointment, for brakes and oil service. Herold was especially helpful and gave me some coupons that saved me almost $100! He also came out to the parking lot afterwards and looked at my tire treads too. Helpful folks here
They are very knowledgeable and are able to fix cars relatively quickly (depending on the repair). Customer service is ok and could be more personable.
Got in around a little after 10 on a Saturday morning to have an oil change. Girl behind the counter told me it should be done around 11:30, so about an hour. It was me and one other person in their waiting area. At some point the other person got called that their vehicle was done. 11:30 rolls around and I look out to see my vehicle in the same spot where I parked it. Then 1 pm comes and I go up to see whats going on. At first they cant find my folder with my name and whatnot but the people know they worked on my truck because it has a very distinct dent on it. So my truck has been done for a while without them telling me at all that it was done. I was the only person in the lounge in plain sight of the counter and no one even wondered why I was just pacing around in there. Also heard one of the guys who worked on my vehicle talking to another worker that he was ready to push it off the lift, real cool guy.Save yourself a headache and go anywhere else.
