I used to get EXCELLENT SERVICE here a few years ago or maybe just only last year. The old employees left! 😥😥😥Now? All I get is a person who IS NOT ! CUSTOMER ORIENTED and I have to ask all the questions PLYS? EXTRA CHARGES KEEP ADDING ON Everytime I ASK FOR a device be done. The people up there now? Are running their own make up charges! Seems I was quoted three different prices on two tires being put in. I dont want to deal with these ppl!!!😠😠😠😠
Terrible place to get tires installed was told to come in at 11 i dont get taken in until 12 and done get out until 1:10 spoke with the manger of the shop and called corperate twice never heard anything back from the main manager i will never have tires installed at walmart auto center again would not recommend anyone to have maintenance done here either
Long wait but did a good job
The two reps did not disclosure all changes and charges to my auto appointment requested. I spoke to two auto managers, who refused to remove $12.00 charge to keep my paid for previous battery. I was not told of 12.00 fee plus I was told that Walmart would not test battery before I bought a new battery with Walmart. Both manager are rude to me and fought their argument and me to death for $12.00. I did not buy their battery nor pay 12.00.

Had me order a tire that they said they would refund me for under their warranty and then refused to put it on our refund me. Took over 2 weeks to get my money back. Bunch of incompetent crooks.
The service is lousy! First, after having to wait a decent amount of time to even get waited on, they said they didnt have my filter & wanted me to go to an auto parts store, buy one & bring it back & theyd only give me $3 towards it. I told them no thanks, Id go back to Munro where Ive went for years. I only decided to try Walmart cause I was in a hurry & figured I could do my shopping at the same time & kill two birds with one stone.
Called Saturday to make an appointment for new tires, I was given an appointment Tuesday at 2 p.m., the associate confirmed the address and that tires I wanted were in stock.I arrived on Tuesday at 1:45. At 2:10, I was waited on, told the appointment book did not have my name (although white-out was on the 1:00 & 2:00 appointments which the associate commented about), and eventually told the tires I wanted were not in stock but tires could be ordered at $120 a piece more than the tires I asked for.I would up leaving with nothing done, time wasted which the appointment was supposed to avoid.
Bought a set of Goodyear Wrangler ATS tires for my Ford Expedition on Black Friday (Walmart Online Black Friday Special). Got great pricing (saved $80) including free life-time rotation/balance with the tires.Tires were shipped to the Robinson Walmart Auto Center free of charge. Also opted for a $10 Road Hazard Warranty per tire (tires came with Goodyear 50,000 mile tread warranty).Booked an appointment to have tires installed and was very happy with quick installation and professional service!
I wasnt sure what to expect, but the employees were nice, the service good, and everything wrapped up pretty quickly. My TPMS sensors werent reset correctly, but theyre very hard to figure out in my vehicle, so I dont blame them for that.The prices were lower than a lot of comparable stores, so Ill definitely be back next time I need tires!
Absolute joke of a place. Waited three hours (was told it would be 30 mins) to get new bulbs put in my Ram 1500 only to be told they didnt have an extension long enough to remove one of the bolts. This is a stock headlight. How do they not have a simple extension for a 10mm socket? How did they not know this beforehand?Im visiting Pittsburgh so I dont have my tools or Id do it myself. Now it is night and too late to get fixed anywhere else. I chose here because I had some items I needed and its a very simple task.DO NOT USE THEM
Open at 7 well so they say I stood there until 712. They didnt touch my car until 732. When you are scheduled to work at 7 you should be READY TO WORK at 7. Not just walking out of the break room to get your till. Got what I needed in a very untimely fashion.
Im reading all these comments and Im wondering if its the same Walmart that I normally take my car to. The technicians and mechanics here are awesome. But its I bet u guys gave them attitude, so expect attitude. Treat staff with respect and they treat u like royalty.
These guys work very hard. They are a bit understaffed, so you have to be patient. Good work at a fair price. All the staff in the Auto Center are great Anyone leaving a bad review here knows nothing about working on cars. If you think they are slow, then do the repair yourself. Typical Impatient Hipsters. Horrible people.
I just rushed to this Walmart with my toddler in attempt to get a quick oil change to make it home for the holiday. It took me 45 minutes to get there after working all day long the lady at the frost desk say to me in a smug tone “that sucks we can’t take you.” Completely rude and unprofessional and this company gives zero cares about their customers. I’m surprised they have two stars.
A 3 hour wait for an oil change is insane. Great service if you want to spend half your life waiting for it.
DON’T COME HERENot only once but twice I have waited OVER 2-3 hours for an oil change when told an hour wait.They have made me late to work, I would much rather go to Midas on rt 60.If they would’ve just told me they weren’t sure if the time I would’ve left!No more chances.

They can’t answer the phone ( I called three times throughout the day). Went in today and saw a woman on the phone and she laughed at me when I said it was an emergency and I needed a new tire or my tire fixed. At this point I was crying and she basically told me to go anywhere else and that she couldn’t help me or even order the tires I needed and make an appointment.
Went today (at 10AM on a thursday) to get my tire patched after I ran over a nail. There was only one other car in the bay when I pulled up, but I was told it would take 2 hours. The man who checked me in, Greg, was openly cursing in front of my son and I and repeatedly hit his hand held against the table. He threw my keys and made it very clear to me that he did not want to be there. At the 1 1/2 hour mark I went back to check on my car and it was still not even in the bay! I could very plainly see mechanics playing on their phones though! I asked if I could pay for a few things I had picked up and put them in my trunk before walking across the street to eat. I was given quite a hassle about getting my keys back (even though my car was still in the parking lot!) We came back 30 minutes later and my car was finally in the bay. I watched for another 30 minutes and no one was touching my car. Now at the 2 1/2 hour mark I told the attendant that if it was going to take longer than 15 more minutes I would like to just take my car and leave. He says they have been waiting for approval to put on a new tire because they couldnt patch the old tire. I WAS SITTING RIGHT THERE IN THE WAITING ROOM THE WHOLE TIME and nobody tried to call my phone. Three hours later, I have a new tire. I asked to speak to the manager who was equally as rude, didnt make eye contact or apologize once, and told me to make an appointment next time...at a Walmart. Stay far away from here!
Granted theres a long wait at times for services but the employees genuinely care about their customers and were polite enough to alert me to an issue that was worse than I was informed by my mechanic
Terrible service. None of the employees seem to one bit like their job. They are sarcastic and rude. And definitely dont want to be there. Why have the job if it is that much of a problem to be nice to customers?
I ordered tires on Walmart.com and tried to schedule appointment, but the auto center wouldn’t answer the phone. I waited on hold for an hour and then requested to speak with a manager. I spoke with the manager and she said I should have asked for her sooner. The auto center closes at 8 PM and my phone call with the manager ended at 7:57 PM. Terrible service!I canceled my order through Walmart.com
No one answers the phone. Everyone is extremely lazyyyyyy! I cant even describe the laziness. Management is HORRIBLE. Ive been trying to talk to a manager and Ive been put on hold for too long. Horrible poor management, horrible poor service. Worst Walmart Ive ever seen in my life with lazy! Everybody wanting to get paid and no body wanting to work to get paid.

Headache after going in 4-5 times to have tires pro rated, finally they ordered the tires. The day I am in for the installation, they tell me there is still too much tread for pro rating. Tech asked me who I spoke to previously, there 4 different people who inspected my old tires. I had a fit on the tech because he couldnt make that decision to put my new tires on the car. Finally a manager came back and OKd the installation of the tires. The discount of pro rating wasnt worth the aggravation of weekly going in for their inspection. That is my first and last tire purchase(or any other auto service for that matter) at Wal Mart. If I could post no stars, I would have. Dont waste your time and money!

They put the wrong oil in my car and they destroyed my engine! It might be cheaper than other places but you need to always ask why. Go and find another place!
