They seem like good people. I was stuck their for 6 and 1/2 hours. For 4 tires and a balance. I will not be going back because of this.

Mike was a wonderful help with getting me what I needed. Upon arrival they went over all the information and even introduced me to the tech working on my car. Couldnt have asked for better service and with me being in the automotive customer service field as well I really appreciate the amount of effort from them. It hard to get good customer service nowa days, so I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles her for future services.

Im very leary of getting maintenance done on my vehicle simply because Im a novice and a single woman. Im new to the area and got no help on the best place to go so I made executive decision for myself. I knew what I needed and was hoping to slide by with the bare minimum but unfortunately, doing that for so long cost me a lot of money.Thankfully the gentlemen helping me were polite and caring. I believe it was Lenn that worked directly with me and the impossible became possible with the financial options Tire Kingdom offered!! I feel so much better knowing my trip out of state next week will be smoother.

I had tires put on my car and they were quick, friendly, and their time estimate was very accurate. At first inspection I did not notice any issues with install either. Just wish they offered a lifetime alignment.

Friendly staff, the quality of work is always good. I have gotten tires, control arms replaced, and now a tire pressure sensor. I recommend them.Went by on June 25, 2021. I had a nail in my tire. They looked at the puncture and my tire tread and told me it would be safer to get a new tire. They also should me work I might need done soon. Not once did I feel pressured to do any work and I agreed to get new tires. The tires were installed and once again, service was astounding. Thanks Len and Mike.

I called 2 minutes to closing after having my donut put on thanks to a flat tire. They took me right in and met me outside the minute I pulled up. We were only there 15 minutes. Super kind and helpful. Not at all annoyed by my late arrival. I believe the new tire was 40 dollars or so. I’ll come back for my other tires needed. Thanks guys!

I took my truck to the Pinellas Park location. I had then do an alignment. A month later it was out of alignment. I took it back to them to do another alignment and they said they didn’t know what caused it that it drives straight now so I’m good. They wouldn’t give be an answer at all. I let them have my truck for a whole day to figure it out. After I got my truck back I went to another alignment shop which informed me that Tire Kingdom probably didn’t tighten the camber bolt enough the first time which would be the cause. They said that because my camber bolds weren’t tightened enough when I had the other alignment shop look at my truck. Tire Kingdom clearly doesn’t care and has people that don’t know what they’re doing working for them. If I could give them no stars I would.DO NOT HAVE THEM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE.

This store takes advantage of women. While my car was up on the rack I was told I needed parts or they couldnt finish my tire rotation. I got my old parts returned to me and had them checked at another place. It was a total rip-off the parts were unnecessary there was nothing wrong with my old parts. I hope this review costs them a lot more money in Lost business than what they ripped me off for

So disappointed in this Tire Chain. Ive used them for several years, most recently for a tire patch on a new car. My brother in law also recently had the same problem, a screw in his tire, however, he had to have it replaced. He made a $112.17 deposit for the tire, and paid the rest when he had it installed. The receipt they gave him did not show that they applied the deposit. When trying to resolve this, they were rude and in cooperative. Len Angelaccio was the store manager and did very little to resolve the issue in a cooperating way. Finally it was settled and all was well, but not without a lot of inconvenience. Shame on THEM!!

Never do reviews but I have been going to this Tire Kingdom for years. They recently fix a flat on my Wifes car at no charge that was surprising! I brought my 2500 Diesel in for Oil Change, Rotation and Balance. They all worked as a Team to get the job done and all were very positive and just made it a great experience. Thanks to the Team at the Pinellas Park Tire Kingdom!

I had the best experience here, the store manager is over the top nice he did everything he can to help and got me to the root of my problem with my tire! He also went above and beyond for me because my driver door does not open and he allowed the car to be fixed without entering my car, That man knows great customer service! I wasn’t there for more than 3 hours and he gave me the lowest price I thought I was going to spend at least 300$ today walked out spending less than 200$ thank you so much for all your help, and taking me very last minute! Wen in looking for the Hankook ST H 735. Those were the tires I wanted. I was told they were only in SC even though the website said they were in stock. Hence the reason I made the appointment. So I was shown a different tire, which I wasn’t thrilled with but I needed tires. While I was waiting I called another location in St Petersburg and they said they could get that EXACT TIRE (the Hankook) for me. That it WAS available. In a set of 4 for tomorrow. By that time they had pulled my car in already. I went back in to say something but he was with another couple. By the time i got to talk to him and I told him I found out the tires were available from a warehouse in tampa. Info obtained from another store, they already had the tires off my SUV. Now I feel like I’m stuck with no options. When I came in and told the guy behind the counter thay they were available at a warehouse and that my mom had called the store in St Petersburg Florida he looked at me like he had NO idea what I was talking about and made no effort or gave me no options to remedy the issue and get me the tire I wanted, because they had already started on my tires. I feel like I just wasted 600 dollars. I came in looking for a specific model of tire on your website and he said they’re not available even though they said they were. “Sometimes the website does that” he said. I made a 330 appointment and I left at 650 pm. They took care of every other customer before me. I am so disgusted that this guy knew I was spending HALF my stimulus check on this and did NOTHING to try and get me the tire I wanted and came in for. I had made up my mind and knew what I wanted. It wasn’t like I was undecided and needed advice. I even showed him the photo of the model. Had the size ready and had decided. Now I just what, wasted 600 bucks? For a tire I don’t like driving on??? So ticked off I can’t see straight. I want this fixed. I want the tire I came in for. I feel like I was lied to for him to make an immediate sale instead of him doing the right thing and providing proper customer service and getting me the tire I wanted. Which was available in a 3rd party warehouse in tampa.

Im giving a 5 start cause I went in there and everyone was nice there very cool people. I told the Manager Garrett what my brakes where doing and he was very confident in his crew that they would solve the problem. So I left the keys and came back before they closed to pick my truck up And again the guy at the counter was even cool. Told me I was good to go and I had questions of course so he told me he would get the guy who worked on it again another cool guy told me my calipers where trash but the pads where good and I know he wasnt lying cause the pads where new. Because from Garrett down the chain of great employees he gets five stars and the crew gets 5 stars Thanks guys Ill be back.

Horrible experience. Do not take your car here for service. I made the mistake of coming here for a routine oil change that turned into a nightmare. My car has 35,000 miles and has never had any type of mechanical issue and has been serviced regularly by the dealership. They broke my oil filter housing while removing it and claimed it was over tightened by the dealership. They initially charged me and additional $130 to replace the $30 part that they broke, which I had to agree to or would not be able to drive my car home. They also tried to convince me that I needed an $800 brake service at 35,000 miles. I got a second opinion on that and was told my brakes are in great shape. When I got my car home oil was leaking all over my driveway and garage floor. When I spoke with the manager he told me to bring it back in and agreed to refund the money that I paid for the part. After bringing it back the leak was even worse and I ended up coming back 6 more times and each time the leak got worse. After 6 visits with no fix, I finally took it to my mechanic and it took them 5 minutes to realize that Tire kingdom had put the O-ring in the wrong place, it was over the threads and would not allow it to seal. Once my mechanic replaced the o-ring the leak stopped for a while, however, a couple weeks later I noticed a small leak. My mechanic said it was most likely because tire kingdom used an after market part which has been known to leak. I contacted Tire kingdom about the part, however, the manager said that because I took it somewhere else they were no longer liable. I explained that I gave them 6 opportunities to fix the leak that they caused, but instead they made it worse and this is why I had to go somewhere else, however, he still claimed that they are not liable. I finally ended up paying my mechanic to replace the part with a factory part and gave up on Tire kingdom just to end this nightmare. UPDATE: I have contacted Tire Kingdom directly through their website as requested in their response below, they have yet to respond. After having the repairs through my mechanic to fix the leak that Tire Kingdom caused, I still have a very small leak. My mechanic is concerned that Tire Kingdom stripped the threads inside my engine block when taking off and breaking my oil filter cover. My car ran perfect before taking it to these hacks and now I have to live with an oil leak on a nearly brand new car or pay for an expensive repair. This company needs to be shut down, they are trashing peoples cars and taking no accountability.

If I could post negative stars I would. Two and half hours to try and reset the tire sensor and change the oil. Very dissatisfied.

Went in for a basic oil change & they tried to charge me $15 more than the cost of the oil change until I told him that wasn’t the cost it says. Got it done and they didn’t reset my oil light. Then I got home and checked my oil a few days later and there was no oil in there (& I don’t have a leak or anything). Never going back here. It seems they just try to take advantage of people.

Ive been here on 3 occations, and each time was a good experience. Like any automotive service company they try to sell you more products, and services, but they are not pushy. Good guys good service.

I used their online portal to make an appointment for an oil change for 4:30PM. I arrived promptly a few min prior to that appointment to check in. During check in my name and appointment time were displayed behind the gentleman that was checking me in. When I gave him the keys I asked about how long it would take and I was told one hour. Being that it is during Covid I opted to wait outside during which time they never took my car back. At 5:15 which was 45 minutes past my appointment time my car had not even been taken back So I went inside and requested my car keys so that I could leave. I was given my keys with not even as much as an apology. I will not be taking my business here ever again.

Very slow and the people there do not handle angry customers calmly. Would not recommend unless you know someone there personally.

I went into the Tire Kingdom on Park Boulevard the manager there Garrett and his team of mechanics went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle could handle a very long trip. Garrett explained everything of whats going on with my car as well did the mechanic also. I will definitely be back at this Tire Kingdom with both of my cars.

Not impressed took my truck in to get front looked at payed them to inspect it thay sead that thay would e-mail me the estimate havent got it yet called them still no estimate ben 3 days and i payed them to look at it so it looks like i got took

Being new to the area I was looking for a trustworthy, honest, car repair shop. This is not the place. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that my brakes were totally gone and that I was driving an unsafe vehicle. They escorted me to my car to show me where the problems were. I am not versed in brakes so I would not know if they were good or bad. The brake job alone was over $650. I decided to get a second opnion as my vehicle records show I replaced my brake pads less than a year ago. I work form home so I do not drive that much. Not only was I told at the other shop that their price for full front and back brakes was $475, I had at least 40% on the front brake pads & 60% on the back. I could go about another year before I need just pads. Very disappointed and will not return to this location or any other Tire Kingdom Center.

Fixed what needed to be fixed and didnt over charge me. I researched the pricing of new brake pads and they actually came in under what was suggested. Ill be bringing my car back here for sure. Great customer service, I had all my tires changed out and now my car runs smoother than ever. The only downside was when my car was done, I drove it off the lot and it took me awhile to notice that the wheel alignment was done incorrectly. If I had let go of my steering wheel for 2 seconds, the car would steer to the left. We went back a few weeks later (I am from out of town) and they changed the front two tires and did the wheel alignment with no added cost. Highly recommend booking an appointment because you will be waiting for hours as a walk-in.

Sooooo badly needed a tire walked in this place first off Chris is rude and not friendly Garrett is polite and amazing he GREETED me first off because Chris looked up at me and put his head down. Garrett listened to my issue assisted me and got my car working again and I spent more than what I planned for but Garrett was very professional. I will be going back and only will be dealing with him. The office is clean and prices are good.

Took SUV in for tire noise...they placed car on lift and proceeded to tell me several things wrong with the vehicle......$2,300 later i am asking DO NOT TAKE VEHICLE THERERip off.....management just as bad👎

Ive only gone to the Tire Kingdom in Dunedin for my car needs for the past 10 years. Ive always gotten an appointment quickly and I never felt like I was being gouged or taken advantage of. However, my last appointment was about a month ago and I needed my air conditioner fixed. After waiting for two weeks for their Tech to come back to work, I finally called the Tire Kingdom in Largo who were able to fix my air conditioning the next day. All in all, it took two weeks and $3,000 to get what I needed. The other repairs were a safety issue and I am glad I had them done.

First, I would like to say that I previously purchased brand new tires from this location. I received awesome service from the moment I entered the building. Certainly, when I arrived at this location on March 3, 2020 my expectations were expected to be like my last experience. Unfortunately, it was not! I was greeted by the first gentlemen who was busy helping another guest. In which, it’s understandable. Although, another guy came up disregarded the fact I was standing there and started making small talk with another guy about his “saints” football shirt. I just walked out and will set an appointment to get receive service at the location on Gulf to Bay. They are consistent no matter when you go to that location.

Brandon was awesome! Super helpful and efficient. Very friendly service and clean, enjoyable environment. It was quick and easy to make an appointment and they were ready for me when I walked in.

Buyers beware - My wife just took her car there to get her tire plugged because she ran over a nail. The nail was just off center of the highest tread point (in the tread) The repair guys said the tread was too low to repair. See the picture of our tires, plenty of tread, well above the tread bar. They were however willing to make a deal on 4 new tires. Posting this because if mechanics lie to make a buck, what else are they willing to do when they have your car. Im going to go up the road to see if anyone else will repair the tire. When I get it repaired, ill be sure to comment on where we went. There are way too many opportunities for the general public to weed out organizations that hire dishonest people to represent their companies. There shouldnt be a reason why this organization is still in business. If youre forced to go here, or if you already have your vehicle there, really scrutinize what youve gotten yourself into. Almost feel bad even awarding them 1 star. But its required to get the message out there.

Worst service ever!!This people are dilapidating cars. I went to them on 2006 to change my tires, weeks later my transmission was broken, cause? They had left the cap of the transmission oil loose. Last week Friday, my 18 years old daughter went to change the tires, and today May/29/2020 we were checking all the screws adjunct to the tires because they were making a noise, and we discovered all of them so loose that my uncle took all of them out just by using just his fingers, no tool needed.Stay away from these place, they destroy cars !!

I was always happy with my service here. They were fast, helpful, and the tires. My experience today was just the opposite. What was promised as less than an hour to install 2 tires took almost an hour & a half. What really annoyed me was their addition of hazard protection on the tires without warning me! They just slipped it into the invoice. Two $140 tires ended up costing me a total of $410.12 - thats an additional $130 over the price of the tires! In my opinion, thats extremely deceptive. If you take a chance on this place, look at every line item before you sign. Better yet, go to a place that doesnt teach their employees to sneak added charges on your invoice. There are many other options.

Great guys here, the manager Jerry really saved our familys life when my wifes brakes were completely shot. Very personable people and much better than the other tire kingdom weve gone to. We will continue coming back here for service for sure, a return customer for life

Even though they were soo busy he was able to let me bring my other car to get breaks and oil change too. Got both cars done in one day was great!!! Definitely recommend them.

Called to make an appointment for an oil change, I was told it was $19.99. They conveniently for to tell me there was a $10.00 charge for labor. It doesnt sound like much money but, it was all I had to get me through the rest of the week.Also noticed my car running rough the next day or two, I had someone look at it and the air intake hose was not connected. This could have caused problems for my vehicle.Staff is friendly but, I wont go back there.

This is for Joe McCollum, the Picture you show clearly shows your tire has dry rot. Those little crack in between the tread caused by heat, the suns rays, chemical cleaners applied to tire and general wear. What is the dot date on the tire? Dry rot weakens the integrity of the tire, if you were suggested to replace the tire I’m sure it was only for your best interest and the security knowing your safe on the road not taking a higher chance risk with an older weakened tire risking a blowout. By the way most new tires bought come with a warranty when you buy from a reputable store like tire kingdom. I’m sure if they did try to rip you off though, they will get run out of the business by honest good people, that’s why this shop has been around for years because they do what they’re told by the customer.

My car was worked on in April 2015. As I was filing away my bill, I recalled my experience and was compelled to take the time to write a review. My experience was excellent. I have been in Retail Management for 30 years and I like to commend outstanding service when I am at the receiving end of it. I enjoyed the fact that employees appeared to be happy in their workplace; this is refreshing to see. I watched staff interact with customers and coworkers in a professional and welcoming manner. The Manager, Lance was very knowledgeable and professional. The waiting room was a pleasant surprise. It was clean and offered complimentary coffee, which was much appreciated. I will definitely use them in the future.

I came in this morning expecting to need a new tire. Mine are under my manufacturer warranty however what was wrong isnt covered. Also they were beyond busy and the wait time was very clearly going to be about two hours! The manager Brendon (I believe) after finding out it was a nail and needed a patch (also Im sure noticing my stress over getting to work) Put Vinny (I believe) right on it for me! I came here because a few months back getting an oil change and being treated so well. I now am definitely a customer for life!!!! Vince is a good guy. Make sure you see him if you go into this location. Every auto place is edgy and they have to ask you if you would like other services, it is a business folks. It is a franchised business at that so their bosses are always pushing the extra services. Just refuse and get what you came for. Let them do their job and understand that. This store helped me when they were closed, reopened the door for me to get me back on the road safely. We are all human, just be nice and people will be nice in return.

Meh. Went in for the 2 for 2 advertised deal but of course its a bait tactic to get you through the door. What I wanted wasnt on special. They offered a special discount and still was more expensive than other places Ive visited. Dont waste your time.

The workers were extremely nice and explained everything to me. When my car needed more done to the brakes than they originally thought they reduced the price for the rest of it. While still pricey, they were very honest and overall polite and genuine. I Recommend this place and will definitely be coming back for any future issues.

The new manager, Vick, was absolutely fantastic. Very customer service oriented from start to finish, and he did everything he could to make sure i was in and out within my time frame... And to top it off he even entertained my two children while I was there, even providing them with paper and colored pencils so they could draw him a picture to put on his wall in his office... I got my window fixed last Friday. It was stuck and wouldn’t come back up. Turns out the motor broke. Jerry was able to get the part delivered quickly and got the job done in a timely manner....he knows his stuff! This is a rip off shop. I went in to have a tire balanced and they tried to claim that I needed $700.00 worth of new shocks. I took my car to another tire shop and they balanced the tire for $9. They told me that my shocks did not need replacing.

They ordered the correct tools to safely liftvmy Tesla. Awesome staff!
