Being from out of state and having to leave the next day, I desperately needed new tires and they delivered! Tim the service advisor was extremely helpful and Kyle the technician did an excellent job. I had to wait there for 4 hours due to circumstances beyond my control but the staff was very friendly with everyone! I will be back in the future! Thank y’all so much!!!

I went in for a simple tire patch and the person at the front desk, a middle aged man with glasses and very significant lisp was extremely rude.He made it very apparent he did not want to help me and was more concerned with getting to his fun size snickers that he pulled out while dealing with customers.So glad I went across the street to Tire choice where they were extremely helpful, got me in right away, and acted liked they wanted my service.I’ll be leaving them a much different review!!

We brought our work truck in and we had it repaired for an oil leak the same day. We need a shop that is flexible and will work with us. We are not looking for special treatment; just simply communication and understanding for our particular needs.We received a well written estimate for a couple of concerns, and we were given the flexibility to plan out our next repair visit. This is invaluable to us.The store Manager, Tim Jordan, was kind, patient, and answered my questions graciously. Andrew, who I settled up with, was a pure Joy. Thank you!

Im extremely annoyed and frustrated.....I dropped my vehicle off Wednesday evening before 7:00 asking them to do a diagnostic on my starter that there is a delay. Before taking it to the shop I went to advance Auto where I had the warranty for the battery they checked it said everything was fine. Thursday morning after looking over my car we check the battery and said they recommended a new battery and I said everything is fine with the starter - response was yes paperwork recommend new battery. When checking out I asked for a diagnostic for checking out the starter I paid $28. Get back to advance Auto check the battery my vehicle will not start got towed to the shop - shop looked over it says you need a new starter. I did everything right called shop - got my vehicle to shop - got a family to pick me up - didnt rush them let them take your time follow it up with him on my lunch break work for mechanical breakdown coverage dealerships all day long. Paid over the phone to make it easier for me leaving. For this!!! I asked for diagnostic on my starter when I dropped it off when I followed up with him when I checked out. To know have to pay for a tow and a starter. In a second day Uber!!! This was my very first time working with Firestone.

Wow what a surprise to find an honest automotive place. Went in to buy tires, ordered three because one was new due to a recent flat. Tech comes out and says you know you only need two tires the other one is really good. Thank you for the honest work and a great price.

Had my TPS monitoring sensors transferred from my old tires to my new tires. Scott was extremely professional, efficient, and his customer service skills and technical knowledge was second to none. Firestone is lucky to have an employee like Scott working for them. I was in and out in less than an hour... impressive!

I brought my 2013 Hyundai Elantra in for a wheel alignment. After leaving, my steering wheel shook radically and my car pulls to the right hard. I called and spoke to Cory a day or so later since I do not stay very close to their shop. Cory was very unprofessional. I explained my issue just for him to respond with you have a lifetime warranty, just bring it in another day or whenever. My vehicle is not safe to drive and that is the response I got. Poor service and I left with more issues then I arrived with. If I could attach the video of my car shaking while driving I would love to show everyone.

Took my 4Runner in for an alignment ONLY, got the truck back not aligned %100,didn’t give me the diagram of the alignment of what was done. Hood release and latch don’t work and fluids leaking. Nothing was wrong with this truck when I dropped it off for the 2 hours it was there

We came at closing because we needed air. The tech Nick took care of us even though they were closing. He was friendly and didn’t even complain.

I was having car issues for a couple months & today it just wasn’t driving normal. I recently had the alternator & battery replaced. We brought the car in on a Sunday, busy day for them but that’s understandable because no other place. Andrew was so professional & knowledgeable! Mark was also very nice & knowledgeable. They were able to fix the issue, we are so thankful for them 🙏🏼

Told me I was 2 hours late which I wasnt. He talked to me on the phone the day appt was made.He put the wrong time in. Said he didnt remember.. Called the Dealer. Dealer called him. Next thing hes screaming at the Mechanics. 😠 We were about to walk out.John was awesome. Polite. Knowledgeable, and got us in.John cares about customer service.We wont ever go back there. If John opens a Shop, Id go to him..

Made an online appointment for 8am. dropped off vehicle and at 11:30am had a call that truck was ready. New tires, new front brakes, flush brake fluid, rear brake cleaning, air filter . my truck drives like its brand new again. i would recommend this firestone. Also sales guy in front was very nice, do not remember his name.

A rubber fuel line let go in my car that was very accessible and easy to replace. I could see exactly where it was. Firestone insisted they much charge me the $130 diagnostic fee “to make sure”. I already had an appointment for tires and alignment, I cancelled when Andrew said there was no way around the diag fee. I fixed it myself for $10.

We needed tires badly. Our car was unsafe. We didnt have the money for 4 tires, but we called and they were able to get us a line of credit for $1500 with zero interest for 6mo. We were treated wonderfully by the staff and by the time we were through having lunch at Sonic across the street, our tires were mounted, balanced and aligned. Our bill came in around 900$ for 18 Bridgestone high performance tires with the alignment. Not bad at all!

Popped a tire on our last day on vaca, suppose to drive home at 6 AM the next day. Called at 4pm & picked new tire up at 6 that night! and still made it home on time and spent a couple hours at the beach waiting. 10/10 took the spare off and replaced the new one onto car for free!

Came in the day before Thanksgiving to have low pressure checked. Turns ou I need new tires. Have new tires installed. Low pressure light on after service. Suggestion from tech bring it back over the holidays. Staff conversation was about who is being fired next and why they cant fire more than one or two techs at a time because firing more would affect store profits. This used to be our go to place for tires and service. Guess we have to find another shop. It is a shame.

Actually awesome care too expensive but whats new the manager treated a challenging situation very respectably and with integrity so WOW so I was impressed it is rare yet still out there( integrity) sometimes,way too go management one other employee I met with on my matter just wanted to not treat a customer properly yet the boss fixed that up when the fuss was strong enough, just got the run around. do it(fair treatment) first next time and Ill go base jump at a place of your choosing ha ha.

Tim gave me every professional courtesy (rare in this day and age) and the best deal I could get on the tires and alignment that I contracted for. I didnt get the name of the tech that did the work but he did a terrific job and now my GTI drives like new again! Even my wheel lock key was returned to me without having to ask for it. A friend referred me to this Firestone location and after seeing the good reviews I decided to bring my car here. I dont know much about cars so I was a little nervous about being taken advantage of, but these guys took amazing care of me and my Chevy Aveo! :)I had a complete inspection done since I had just gotten it and as expected it needed a couple maintenance things done; although surprisingly a couple things I thought it may have needed I was told it didnt, so they dont try to fix things that arent broken and only recommend services you actually need which is hard to find.They are a little pricey but not too bad and the peace of mind you get knowing that your car is in good hands and that their work is honest and essentially guaranteed definitely makes it worth it!Will continue to go to this location even though its further from my house.Facundo, Will and Kyle were all very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thank you guys for the quality work!

I cannot express that this is the worst mechanic I have ever been too enough in words other than saying it just how I have because these people are the most careless and self centered shops I have EVER seen I have a 2006 kia spectra and I go in for a simple oil change a few weeks ago and they come back to me with a 1800 dollar estimate with all sorts of things I didnt need and when I declined the offer they tampered with my vehiclei came in there for a simple oil change on a Wednesday and not even a full day later Thursday evening I start my car and begin my 10 min journey home and without even leaving the parking lot my radiator completely explodes and coolant is sprayed all over my engine and also my alternator belt (in brand new condition I might add) completely snaps off and causes me to have a dangerous ride home with little steering control and fear that the car couldnt keep itself started and the next day ended up have to pay over 600 dollars to have a mistake they created fixed and then to yet again have my car tampered with my clutch is completely fine bringing it in then leaving the clutch was extremely loose to the point where I could have pushed it all the way in with only the pressure of my pointer finger and now I cannot even drive the vehicle currently because it needs to be replaced, these mechanics pray on anyone they think doesnt have knowledge on automobiles and completely screws them and basically drains their bank accounts truly the worst shop Ive ever seen and Im just confused as to how they are called mechanics instead of con men and they do not treat their customers with the slightest bit of respect

This is the worst place you could go. They don’t tell you anything that is going on. You make an appointment and they do not honor the appointment times.

I will say without a doubt theyre the BEST. They have looked out for my elderly mom who has been taken advantage of at other places. Theyre trustworthy and I know my mom is well taken care of.

Although the gentleman working the counter was polite,he told me that our rear tire that was punctured by a screw was not repairable and we would need a $122.50(cheapest he said they have) tire. Went down the street and had it plugged and mounted for $10. Makes me wonder if ALL Firestone do business like this as we had a similar problem with the 2 in Bradenton. We currently have a Firestone Credit Card,but am contemplating on not using it except for DIRE emergencies!

Since I moved to Florida 2 years ago I have come here for all my car needs. I trusted the workers, they where welcoming, understanding, explained everything to me and I do not feel like they ever tried to right me off.Now the past few months it is a total difference staff and they are unreliable... or reliably horrible.This is the 2nd time I came when there is totally different staff and I am disappointed.1, I dropped my car off for a battery change and he tried to charge me to test my battery when if I understand correct that is a free service?? Anyways.. when dropping my car off when the guy told me they will be doing a courtesy inspection I thanked him and advised him I would be driving over 1,000 miles in a week to see my mom.When I come to pick my car up no inspection has been done, how do I know? Well this is well over my 5th time at this location alone probably over my 10th and I did not get a paper with the follow up of the inspection as well as the recommendations. Meanwhile I know there are recommendations and things I need to get done for my car based off my last visit here as well as with Hyundai... Anyways when I explain to the guy they did not inspect my car and where were the recommendations that they put together from the inspection he kept saying my tires are excellent and said it about 10 times honestly.I get down the street before getting on 19 and pull over because something wasn’t right with the way my car was driving and my steering wheel was pulling.... MY TIRE WAS BASICALLY FLAT. So much for inspecting my vehicle and my tires being great.Since I have a life and a job I could not go back again at that moment because I had no way of getting back to work and back to pick up my car once again.. I now have to pay for a tow truck to take my car somewhere so they can figure out what is wrong with my tire.Bring the old employees back. They took pride in their work, were good at what they did and didn’t try to rip people off

Let me say this, I have learned the hard way about auto repairs AND oil changes. Taking it to a shop like this due to they say they can save you money is BS. Most of these shops are not even certified to work on American or German cars. Backyard grease monkeys is all I have found. They hire people to just change oil with no auto background. So for total peace of mind, I will only take my car back to the dealer. The dealer is factory trained, up to date on the oil needed and computers etc. Plus you get real American and German parts, not some aftermarket junk oil or junk parts from the local corner parts store these guys markup 100% . The oil they use is garbage, you cannot even see them putting in it due to they use a hose that connects to a holding tank. You have no idea what they are using. The oil filter is some off brand trash. Save yourself trouble down the road, go back to the dealer! You might pay a little more, but you get peace of mind the job is done right, fully backed parts and they treat you like real people. I hate the corner grease money shops. The State needs to crack down on these ripoffs!

Zero would have been a better rating, but that’s not possible. The absolute worst tire place I’ve ever taken a car. I set my appointment online with what I needed to have done and got an email confirmation and received a phone call also confirming everything. So far so good.Nothing good happened after that. I went to drop off our car at our appointment time and had to give all my information again to the guy behind the counter and tell them what needed to be done. Replace the two rear tires and do an oil change. Pretty simple. It took 15 minutes to check in when I should have been able to hand them my keys and walk away.They called two hours later to say it was ready and we drove back to pick it up. We were in the process of paying when we discovered that they put four new tires on our car. Hold up, I stood there for 15 minutes checking in to have them still screw it up. Two tires and an oil change is all we needed.Here’s the best part, no apology or saying “sorry we messed up”. Bob, customer service guy, said we’ll pull it back in and swap the tires and then Bob walked off to the service area and started smoking his huge e-cigarette, you know the ones that put out an entire cloud of vapor. Attention businesses-stop letting your employees use e-cigs in front of customers. 10 minutes pass with four guys standing around laughing, smoking and one guy eating with nobody touching our car. When we asked when they were going to start on our car, Bob got confrontational. He said they were working on it, when the car was still parked outside and had never been touched. If you screw up something just take care of the customer. I didn’t ask for anything other than my car and a manger, but the manager was gone for the day.They swapped the two tires out and our car is finished and instead of telling us it’s ready and taking care of us they keep taking care of new customers. We waited 35 minutes for them to swap the tires out, but they called me two hours ago to say our car was done. There is no customer service left in the world.

By far the worst service Ive ever experienced at a Firestone shop. 1 hour and 35 minutes to diagnosis that my tire didnt have a repairable leak. (And I had an appointment) This process should have taken no more than 15 minutes.

Ive been going to this Firestone for years for tires for my vehicles. I do comparable prices and they always seem to have the best prices. Even if theres are a couple dollars more I seem to always go back to them. The staff is friendly and dont try to upsell you something. Great job.

I just bought 4 new tires, break job, oil change and wipers. The guys at the shop are very honest Im not sure why other reviews on here say they are not I think they are and its the other places that are not. For example I thought I needed all 4 breaks done front and back they told me that the front are like new and it was the back that needed down now if they were not honest they could of charged me to do all 4 and I wouldnt have known at all and paid.2nd they gave me a great deal on tires, oil change and break job I was over here googling to insure that I did in fact get an awesome deal and Ive spent about an hour on this and I cant find anything cheaper at all!These guys were freaking awesome gave me great prices, great service for all that needed done, answered all my questions treated me like a respectful and desirable customer not once did I ever get the impression that what they where telling me was wrong.Ive been taking my cars here for years and the reason for that is the above mentioned each and every time I go here I get the truth, great service, great pricing and respected.Please guys these guys truly are the best place to take your car too and plus you get the firestone warranty which I really like some places dont do this.My rep was 2 William, 03 Mark and Steve or a Scott? during this visit and I gotta say thank you!PS This isnt the first time Ive been here all their reps are great and the guys doing the work if you happen to get a chance to talk to them....very good people and place to get work done.

Always great service here. They are always very polite, professional, and informative. They let me know everything they are going to do to my car before they do it, inform me of any issues they find, and provide solutions for those issues. They are the only place I trust with my car. You guys rock!

After 7 months of having my AC serviced by them I got the same problems with my AC so I arranged they re-check EVERYTHING again.Even though I replaced my blower motor 3 days before, I was told I need a blower, resister and wiring.At over $900 estimate, I looked online for parts and I already know the time it takes to install being I am VERY mechanically inclined.Their parts charge was at $430 when I found the EXACT parts for $80.Their labor charge was at $250 when I did the install in 20 minutes.At their $689.87 estimate, I did it for $24.99 and 2 hours of my time.This is FRAUD what they TRIED to do to me.

I had to take my daughter here for an oil change for her car. The place I go to for mine dont do her kind of cars. I gotta say, they are very good here. I just think the day and time we went was not the best. I think everyone was on lunch break lol. But the one guy that helped us out was very good. They forgot to put the sticker on her window though. Omg we need that people. My daughter made sure to get it though lol. I will say, for my daughter, we found a very good place for her to take her car now. She was very happy with it.

Shouldnt have had to go back to have my hub caps put back on properly after having my tires rotated.

Just purchased a set of 4 tires with alignment, requested no road hazzard ins. $42.00 its always pro rated, not worth it, they slipped it in to the final bill, of course didnt notice expecting my request to be honored, stop coming here 5 yrs ago because of same tactics, always prorated, one day old service seems fine so far, saddens me to post this, there are other tires places around. Not happy because of this, padding the bill is not good business. Disappointed?

Great fast service for a nail in my tire

Needed 2 new tires, alignment and oil change. Very quick and professional. These are our go-to guys.

Said it would take an hour or less for a tire replacement. Took two hours. Left my car lifted up and didn’t work on it. Took people in after me for the same thing and they left faster then me. Frustrating experience. Will never be going back to this location. And to mention, I did have an appointment here. Took way too long. Only visit this location if you are fond of waiting two hours for something so simple.

I took my truck there to get it checked out for engine shudders when down shift.William Tidwell greeted me courteously, he paid attention to me as I explained to him whats going with my truck, and he asked Jon to look at it.Jon Burgos the lead technician test-drove my truck around the block and was able to figure out what the problem is quickly. and he did a complete vehicle inspection for $10.69. Amazing Price!I had best customer experience there, they both were honest, and professionals, especially Jon is very knowledgeable about cars.Thank you guys for your professional service.Highly Recommends this place for a complete vehicle inspection!

Every time I go there it is a pleasant experience. I was 2 hours late to my appointment and they still got me back on the road quickly. Professional,informative and friendly.

After dropping off a company fleet vehicle for oil change and maintenance check, I never received a call that the work was complete. 2 days later, I do a follow up call and am told its ready.I go in for pickup, and first am given someone elses vehicles keys, then see the oil life meter wasnt reset and the check engine light is on.. I reset the oil meter, thinking thats why the engine light is on, but it stays on. So I wait another half hour while they run a diagnostic (why wasnt this already performed? With a fleet vehicle, a warning light on, and a requested maintenance check??) to find there is a catalytic converter code.Incomplete/poor workmanship, poor team communication(someone was lazy?), mismanagement of customer time.. If my job didnt have a national fleet account, I wouldnt use them.The only positive was that they gave me a bottle of fuel additive for free that may help the cat.converter issue.. But it wasnt offered, I had to ask for it after pointing out all the ways this experience was unsatisfactory.

Dishonest employee: my wife had a flat Firestone tire but the guy will not patch the tire but did offer to change the tire for $192. Are you kidding me??? I took my vehicle to the shop near my house, the repair the tire without any issue. I mean it is low to try to take advantage of a pregnant lady. It is just a shame but I am now a former long term customer.

Popped a tire while on vacation in Florida. Had vehicle towed to this location and new tire was installed along with an alignment and damage check before 11 am the next day. Truly grateful and appreciative of the fast and accurate servicing. Made it home the next day with no issues!

Will did a good job initially, but apparently there are some communication issues in-store. I expected AND NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL YESTERDAY. Then after calling late Monday and requesting a follow up call on Tuesday, no call was forthcoming.The original repair was done half assed with incorrect parts & I came back here from South Carolina to get this situation rectified. When I talked to the general manager on Monday, he told me that I would have to pay for a repair that I was under the impression I had already paid for (per Will). Will never mentioned anything about further charges. Furthermore, they were informed that I needed the alternator returned so that I could return it to Advance Auto Parts. It wasnt returned & Im out $220.I wouldnt trust these guys with anything beyond tires & oil changes.Zero stars if it were possible.

This shop is awesome ans the staff even better! My tire had an egg in it.. Car was shaking seriously bad.. Im surprised i made it there without my tire blowing out. Thanks to the staff who put my nee2 tire on even though you were like 30 minutes from closing time. Everyone else around kept turning me away even though it was kind of an emergency situation. This happened about 2.5 years ago, but I am finally writing my review. I only wanted to buy 2 new tires at that time. So, I specifically told the guy I spoke with where I want my new tires to be installed. I repeated my request at least 3 times cause I wanted it done at a certain spot. The reason I wanted it that specific way is my 2 old tires were really worn out and they needed to be replaced ASAP. When I came to pick up my car, they did not fulfill my request cause they installed it where they wanted it, but not where I wanted it installed on my car. Then I came back tomorrow to pick up my car and what they did is they only moved one tire, but not the other one. This meant I had a new tire on the front left and rear left side of my car?!!! I was very upset when they could not get it done 2 times even though I told them every time over and over what I exactly wanted. When I came back to pick up my car the 2nd time, I had a feeling that they played with me and did that on purpose. Basically, it took them 3 times to replace my 2 new tires. What a time wasting experience this was to go there 3 times to have 2 tires replaced. That was insane!!! I never went back to that place. Bad customer service.

For those of you who are unaware, yes a garage makes its money from repairs. However this shop will never try and be misleading. I have come to the realization that everyone behind the counter is paid by the hour and have no incentive in trying to make you buy more then you should. There is no benefits from a car leaving the garage at $1300 and one that leaves at $24.99. All they do is there job, which is to inform the owner of the vehicle of the problems/typical maintenance issues needed for a car. I have been coming to this shop for a long time and always take into consideration what is brought to my attention by them. They are honest hard working people. The people who go into a garage expecting to have their car returned with no suggestions simply cant be pleased. If thats the case, do your own oil change. But if you want to be treated right and leave happy go to this Firestone.

Used to go to this place for a while. They had some nice and friendly staff (Chris, Mike and some other guys), after merging with Tire Plus people changed, so did their attitude and professional skills.Adam a service advisor is very rude, unprofessional. While dealing with him you dont feel like you are welcome there at all.Better go to a different location!!!

Went there yesterday with a dead Interstate battery problem because they are an Interstate dealer and it is still under warranty. Jumped the truck in North Clearwater and drove it there. Guy told me the alternator was bad because his little machine told him so. You cannot get from Clearwater to Pinellas Park with a dead battery to start if the alternator does not work. He said he was going to replace the batter too of course since it was under warranty. Why replace a batter that is only a year old if the alternator is bad? Because if you replace the battery for $25 and the alternator for almost $500, it will surely fix the problem. Told him to stop, replace the battery and sure enough, alternator is charging new batter no problem. Took them almost 2hrs to change a battery. The guy who was actually replacing the battery brought me the little print out from the test machine that clearly stated charging system is working normally, after replacing the battery. He tried to tell me to keep an eye on the alternator because something is wrong with it. Truck has run a good 3hrs since they replaced the battery and not one problem. Firestone also own Tires Plus who tried to rip me off by replacing a master cylinder for $800 when all I needed was plugs and wires about 4months ago. These guys are a rip off.

The only firestone I can trust in the Tri-County area. I only deal with Timothy. He has been with the company for over a decade and specializes in customer satisfaction.

I have been going here for the past 4 years and the management has changed hands a lot. I have been a loyal customer of Firestone since 2000 and I have had really good luck with the managers from all the locations including this one. That was until a year ago at this location. My son in law went to this location Summer of 2013 to get his AC fixed. When he left the AC worked but then the power steering was shot. He took it back and told them what was happening. They said they didnt know why.I was out of town so I could not deal with them. I chalked it up as a mistake some where and I figured it was just a fluke.Then in June 2014 I went in to get an oil change for my 2006 Camry with 76K miles. I told him I had a coupon from the website. He told me that they would take care of it. When I got the estimate ticket it was for $40? I went back to my office and brought up the coupon which was for $21.00. I called him back and told him about he coupon price that I had and he said the coupon was for newer cars or something like that? I told him I was selling the car and I did not care what type of oil he put in the car, I just wanted the $21.00 special. He told me that they would not do that and it was company policy to only put in high mileage oil into this year and make. I got mad and said OK. I paid the switch and bait price for the oil change and I do not plan on ever going back to Firestone again. I guess a 10 year customer is worth nothing to them.

I have been doing business with Firestone all over the country for the last 25 years. 3 years ago a firestone that I have been using 20 years in Huntsville Alabama tried to charge me $1,100 4 something that really didnt need to be changed out. It still hasnt been changed out. It left a bad taste in my mouth.However, Tim and Bob at this location were very nice and professional and since I had road hazard they took care of the tire that blew out and even sold me on a new air filter.

3 hour wait time??? Got there at 10 am left at 1 pm

I have gotten four new tires and it was cold inside it was a long wait but it was worth it because they fixed other things that needed to be fixed like my wheel in the front left squeaks while I was driving now dont squeak they fixed it I think I will go back and get my oil leak fixed there when I get enough money saved up. So thats why I gave them my five I think they did a good job my ride home was so smooth.
