I cannot say enough good things about this particular franchise. Eric, Peter, and Kevin were super professional and very thorough while fixing my car. They worked with me and my budget to make sure I was able to get my a/c fixed. They gave me the lowest quote out of 4 other places and they also gave me the best time line. Everyone wanted to keep my car for a week and they did it in 2 days. I highly recommend this place. Also, I know how frustrating going to a mechanic shop is and you never know if they’re over charging you or if they’re trying to pull one over on you. I did not at all feel that way here. They explained everything and as I said before, gave me the best quote!

Years ago i brought a durango in to get a/c fixed and they w were great! So a week ago brought in my f250 and they took care of a/c new radiator 2 pulleys and a turn signal issue. Everything is great except turn signals. So today i took it in and they took care of it no questions asked and i couldnt be happier! Eric was and is awesome. Absolute worst! Constantly understaffed ( currently 1 technician working) and even when you wait days for an appointment they say they may have to keep your car because they put other people ahead of you. Constant employee and technician turnover in this Pinellas Park branch, which now after dealing with them, kind of makes sense to me. Misdiagnose and then blame it on your car or some other malfunction instead of taking responsibility. Literally told me the technician that worked on my car was incompetent and still not even a ounce of good faith effort. From my perspective Its not cheaper to go here if they cant get it right and use every means possible not to take responsibility for their mistakes..disappointing and costly to say the least. Hopefully, all the franchise owners are not this way. Because they are a franchise there is little accountability, which I should have taken into consideration.

I have been a customer here for years and the mechanics are fantastic. They are honest and respectful each time I come in. And working with Ken (manager) is the great, he is always professional and kind with a smile on his face (under the mask, of course). Takes appointments but has nobody to work on the vehicles. They had our vehicle from 7:30am to 2pm, and they still managed to return our truck with a broken blower. They charged us 165 for that, of course.Bring your vehicle here for overcharged parking space, not to get anything fixed. Theyre not capable of it.

I went in 7 weeks ago for air conditioning to be repaired. They didnt check my compressor. Changed the relay and condenser and recharged. They charged me 726.00 the a/c went out a week and anhalf ago on fri. They had me bringnitnback up. Kept it for a few hours and called to say my compressor is shot and i need a new one for 922.00. WTH. Theyre highway robbery.. i feel because Im a woman that they purposely neglect compressor 7 weeks ago just to get the extra 900 plus bucks. I wouldnt recommend them for this reason alone. They will taken advantange of women. Especially if they dont have any mechanical inclination. BEWARE... oh i might add. The condenser and relay are under warranty so itll be replaced free after compressor is replaced. Geez Louise.

Their scheduling is flexible. The people are professional and theres no bs up sales. They get down to the point and honest. I brought my car to these people to fix my AC a few months back. I was in and out in very little time, and the price was very fair.A couple weeks ago, I was told that I needed a TON of work done to my car from Honda that I was questioning, I brought my car and the paperwork to the team at Ice Cold Air. They looked over and explained everything in detail to me. Then Brent came out and looked over my car with me and pointed out things they may or may not need to be changed in the future and explained why or why not.I will definitely be bringing my car back to them in the future and I have already referred a friend as well. I was looking for an honest shop that I can trust and I found it.

A place thats actually honest, what a rare find!I had to write a review and give them 5 stars as they could have upsold me (last place told me I needed to replace my front brakes, after I did a total rear brake replacement) these guys did my oil change and tested and checked my front brakes and told me I was good for now no issues, no extra $ spent that I didnt need right now. I will get them to do my front brakes when they are ready to be done. I highly recommend them, the tech & the manager Ken are good guys!

Man so far NOTHING but AMAZING words for these guys all three of them! Kyle was professional knowledgeable straightforward and honest very helpful not like other companies scamming people! Brenton and Chris worked all day to fix my AC I took it to THREE places and Kyle did what he said matched their qoutes and beat them! Helped but just my AC but also added putting in new headlights with it as well! Those guys worked fast as they could and went above and beyond to make SURE my car was done early for me after the fact of adding extra things to my car to help me out that didnt have anything to do with the AC even though the AC is on the lowest it goes!! Its so cold!! I highly highly recommend these guys!

The people that own this particular store are really nice and caring. I was transporting animals when the air went out in my car. I thought it just needed to be charged but the compressor had actually gone out. They were really nice and checked my air immediately when I told them I had animals in the car. Thankfully I was only a couple of miles from my destination. So, I dropped the animals off and went to another store closer to me near US 19 and 3rd Ave N. in St. Pete thinking I would get the same treatment. How wrong I was!! They were like a bad cliche of the old used car salesman. I felt pressured. I was talked down to when I question their decisions and their prices were really high. It was a terrible experience and I left there in shock at how different the 2 places were. Im assuming these are franchise stores because theyre run so differently. So, I can recommend the one store only.

Went to get an oil change and tire rotation, not only did they do a great job with no hassle but they helped me with some extra problems that I didn’t even ask. Due to my car having some problems with the oil change the manager was very kind and gave me ice cold bucks for a next visit. Great costumer service and quick service. Being far from my usual mechanic, I was very hesitant to trust anyone. This place has gave me comfort in knowing they will take care of me in an honest way. Very pleased with their service and I recommend them to anyone who wants a trustworthy place with fair prices. Also every employee I have talked to have been super nice and easy to get along with. This is my go-to place for any of my cars needs.

I got to give it to Kyle behind the counter, and his employees in the shop at Ice Cold Air, especially the tall guy i call the Wizard.I brought my 05 Dodge Ram in there for an a/c problem to find out what the problem was. Kyle said lets do a Freon check to see where we are at, unfortunately when doing so it all leaked out on the floor and my problem was bigger than expected.After giving me the best price in town it looked like i needed a new evaporator(which calls for the whole dash being taken apart), and a new compressor located under the hood.Nervous about my 05 Dodge Ram getting worked on in new places because of my interior being done, and Custom paint job Kyle said i have nothing to worry about, so i took my chances.The next day Kyle took his time to send me pics of my dash being taken apart, and the evaporator that needed to be replaced once it was taken out. I have to admit the pics were scary to look at but much appreciated..Kyle and the Wizard(thats what i call him for taking my dash apart and putting it all back together without a scratch)got the job done with Customer Service that made me feel like part of the family....If you guys are looking for Quality work, Customer Service without the fake smiles, and an unbeatable price in the Pinellas Park area i highly recommend this place for all your a/c, and mechanical issues..If you go in to get an a/c check tell them the Grinch sent ya..lol..If Kyle is behind the counter he will laugh and know who it is..I had a Grinch on the hood of my Dodge and that was the name they gave my truck while getting worked on..My truck will be back there if anything goes wrong, from bumper to bumper these guys know their stuff..💪

Went in for a power window motor replacement. I did recieve professional and polite customer service from the service manager. Although the price I paid for the work was higher than I would have preferred, it was still more or less within reason. I give 5 stars even with this because ultimately i ended up with professional service and quality work at a fair price.

Used a Groupon deal to get an oil change and tire rotation and service was great. Manager in the lobby was very friendly and helpful. When job was complete, manager took the time to explain the diagnostic report and offered an estimate for what repairs they could complete. They werent pushy on selling services or extras and just explained what they felt needed to be done and left it at that. They gave me paperwork detailing my visit and brochures of services they offer. I will be returning to have some work completed and to get oil changes.

But thats not the reason.So Im putting on new brake pads on my truck over the weekend and I cant for the life of me loosen the factory caliper bolts on the passenger side. I call up Kyle over at the Pinellas Park location and ask him if he can help. He said come on in around close and well take care of you. His guys cracked those bolts in like 5 minutes and I was on my way. I have used the 6401 US-19 N Ice Cold Air location for other repairs in the past and the manager, Roman has always provided great technical service and great customer service! In August 2015, I used this location for a valve cover & intake plenum gasket repair on my Nissan Maxima. The repairs that were done by Roman and his crew have been great! I have no oil leaks from under the hood, which proves the repairs were done with quality and perfection! I will definitely use this location again for my future repair needs as Roman and his staff are always upfront and very informative about the nature of my repairs along with associated costs. Also, they often give me a ride home while I wait for my car to be serviced by them, so that is an additional bonus that boosts their customer service level to new heights with me! I sent my mother in to have her Honda civic diagnosed. So their service writer Adam has her come back the following day and when she gets their he says that the car needs all new AC components. My mother said Adam was extremely rude and did not even put eyes on the vehicle. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Great service such nice and genuine people who work here. Took my Saab in as the a/c stopped blowing cold air, had been to a mechanic before hand who checked the system over and put some freon in told me I needed a new compressor for $600. The lads here where amazing they checked it over and agreed that there was a possible leak in the compressor they flushed the system and refilled the freon there where still not sure of the leak so they flushed the system again put some dye in and refilled it with freon so they could actually identify the leak. Told me if I found my own compressor they would install it for me, but since they have looked at the car the a/c has never blown hot since this was a month ago.

After many shady mechanics we brought Moms Murano here. They found the problem with one coil. They also found some other problems that other mechanics were unable to locate and fix but still charged for. They seem to honestly care about the work that they put in. Relieved to have found an honest shop for my a family and me to go to.

Ive used Ice Cold Air several times for a wide range of repairs, and couldnt be happier with their service. Their prices are more than competitive, everyone at the shop is incredibly helpful and friendly, and they have stood behind every repair theyve made on my vehicle. I would absolutely recommend Roman and his crew to anyone who needs some work done on their car.

Took my car to get the AC fixed and a clunk looked at. They diagnosed the clunk as a bad transmission mount. I Gave them the okay to fix both. Took the car in on a friday and got it back on monday. The AC was fixed and the clunk was gone but the transmission was now leaking. I took the car to a transmission shop and had them flush the trans and replace the pinion seal hoping Ice Cold just screwed up something small. Transmission shop says the front transmission seal is likely the problem and they want $700 more to fix the leak. Also the AC unit Ice installed sounds like a volcano after the car is shut off.I regret doing business with them.

I have been an Ice Cold Air customer for a few years now, Roman is an expert mechanic, his staff is very knowledgeable as well and really care for their customers. They will tell you what your car needs or does not need. I am very happy to have reliable mechanics!

As a former automotive technician myself, I know a quality shop when I see one. I still do most of my own work on my cars except for oil and fluid changes because its such a hassle to properly dispose of used auto fluids, and not worth the time and energy to do so for the savings. I took one of my cars here last week for an oil change and asked a few questions about other services I may need in the future, partly for inquiry and partly to test the integrity of the people there. They were certainly honest, and I felt the pricing was fair. I even learned a thing or two I didnt know before about engine oil from the tech who did my oil change. While their name implies their specialty of AC systems, this shop is definitely worth talking to if you need any kind of automotive work. This location is individually franchised, so their work and business doesnt necessarily reflect that of other locations with the same or similar name.

New management doesnt appear to be concerned about Customer Service/Care; just creating a successful business. Good Customer Service equals a successful business.

I just got my oil changed this morning and it was a great price but you do get what you pay for. I knew there were a couple things wrong on with my car and Iwas looking forward to going over them to get my car back in shape. The guy at the desk told me that one thing was wrong and then I was left to decipher the rest of the inspection list myself. When I tried to ask the mechanic who actually did the oil change he acted like that explaining it to me wasnt his job (which it wasnt). Im not gonna rule out ice cold auto but next time Ill try a different location

I had a serious issue with my coolant wasting out, fan not working. As a female Im used to men taking women for everything realizing we may not know any better. However, besides the awesome customer service shown by Roman and James (kindness and professionalim); I verified cost with my father. I discovered these guys were actually endeavoring to save me tremendously. Trust and quality service is a rare find especially in the auto industry. Spoke with a man named mark as well as front desk customer service. Thought I had a bad transmission problem, they did a complete diagnostic in 10 mins and instead of a $400 replacement of my TCC Mark recommend a $15 bottle of formula from another place to see if it would fix the problem first before shelling out that kind of cash. Whether it works or not I dont care thats the best type of customer service I have ever run into. Honesty is hard to find but they have it down pat. Would definitely recommend
