Well I thought they did a good Job but come to find out they ruined my rim I came in talked to the owner and he denied his machine could do that. So there honesty is a lie. If you have nice Rims don’t take it to this shop. They will mess your stuff up then not tell you and deny they did anything wrong. Scumbags!!!

My favorite place that I go to for oil changes. Ive gone to many different places over the years and Ive settled on this one. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a variety of services that are reasonably priced and they honestly make sure that your vehicle is running safely. I always enjoy getting my fluids topped off and my tires rotated for free when I want to. The tires are reasonably priced too and can get wide variety! Never feel pressured or pushy with extra services.I like to sit down as I wait for my truck to get serviced and enjoy the magazines that they have on the table, watch the news and the bottled water is bottled water complimentary of this establishment. Its very relaxing, peaceful and the wait is enjoyable.

Had my car serviced and they also rotated the tires. My car was in and being worked on exactly on my appointment time. Hands down best tire shop I’ve ever used, outstanding customer service! It’s in their name “tire pros” I took my gladiator there to have my 37’s remounted and balanced because another local shop really didn’t know what they were doing and the tire pros fixed them the right way, no more crazy out of balance vibrations. These guys are great, always straight up and honest about everything that needs done to the vehicle. They dont try to con you out of any more money than what they need, they try to make sure that everything is done right the first time and that youre completely satisfied. Quick and efficient service. I installed a lift myself and had an issue with a stubborn lugnut. They were able to get it off for me. Installed 4 tires with an alignment in under 2 hours. Great work and even better customer service.

I had a nail in my tire, and I had went to a reputable so I thought tire store. It was one of the bigger franchises I guess I should say without saying it’s name. They told me that oh my tire it could not be plugged or patch they show me some cracking down one of the little tire tread areas. And told me I would need a whole new tire. So they just aired it up so I can at least make it home. I called around to about six and seven different places locally as well as online for prices on the tire for my Nissan rogue all-wheel-drive SUV. And on my last call when I called big tires and tire more pros, a gentleman who answered the phone said his name was Russell. I told myself stop right there, this is the place I meant to go, because my maiden name is Russell. I felt as my heavenly father led me to this establishment. I was prepared to spend well I was told the tire would be along with balance and installation . They weren’t the lowest price but they darn sure not the highest price. When I went there and spoke with the manager Mark he had Russell go out and look at my tire. Now remind you when I called him on the phone originally we ordered my tire because he did not carry that one in stock. Russell came back in within minutes and said boss this tire can be repaired! I was so relieved because they just saved me A lot of money. And I definitely will be going back to get my brakes done because I know I need brakes. I highly recommend this place of business because one they are truly honest. ‼️

This was my first time going to this location and I was very pleased with their work! I was nervous at first because I care about my car and they did a great job with handling everything. I got 4 new wheels and tires mounted and balanced and even though they were really busy & I had an appointment, they did everything in a timely manner. Okay as a woman we all know there have been those times when you have car problems, and you immediately feel inadequate about the problem. Well from the moment I was referred to this business, that feeling was quickly gone! The confidence I felt by the staff and the professionalism in the way they spoke to me, you know no Hey little lady or hey young lady they called me by my name! My first purchase was tires which was so awesome that I went back for I thought a brake job. Once they took the tires off and checked I was told your not due for a brake job yet but we rotated your tires and added air all free ! First experience was very good and enjoyable. Was referred here by a friend because I didn’t want to sit and wait 2 hours for an oil change at a dealership like I did another time I was visiting the area and paid a hefty price for it. Service at the counter was excellent, had a nice clean waiting area and was on my way in about 30-40 minutes. Will darken this door again if I’m in need of some service.

We live in uncertain times. I recently lost my husband of 38 years who always took care of everything. I was in need of new tires and have always seen Big 10 Tires on Park Blvd. I decided to stop and inquire on the cost with them. Mark was very kind cause he could see that I was a bit timid and not knowing what I was talking about. I had to explain that I never have done this and that my husband always took care of this. He was very personal and gave me a price I could afford but he would have to order the tires. Big Tires saved me a lot of money, by repairing a nail hole that had not damaged the tire and was very small. My Honda dealer had already told me that it was not “safe” to repair it and that I needed a very expensive new tire. I have been to Big Tires before and feel that they are trustworthy and credible. I plan on using them for all future tires needs.

I went there for an alignment and they told me it will not be worth the $100 before fixing something else. He could have told me $100 and come back to fix something but the honest businessman set me on my way with an estimate. I will definitely return for the repairs when we have the money.the waiting room was absolutely awesome with charging stations for phones and laptops. Comfortable chairs for waiting. They had coffee but I already had that coming in.

We brought our car in for a tire rotation and replacing a bad battery terminal. They told us we didnt need the terminal replaced if it was just fine. Even though AAA recommended it being changed. When we talk to the service advisor he said it didnt need to be changed and it was fine just the way it was. Thats poor service in my book.

I owned a foreign car for 10 years and went to a mechanic that only serviced foreign cars for 10 years, so when I bought a Ford I was on the hunt for a new honest mechanic. After getting new tires the shop told me I needed a hub assembly, I wanted a second opinion so I ask my co workers and they recommend big tires. Mark was super nice and honest with reasonable prices he also told me they have been in business for 40 years. I will be taking my car here from now on.

My husband recommended big tires & more and so I scheduled an appointment for service and an alignment. Once my tires were rotated my alignment issue seemed to be resolved. I was referred to Big Tires & more from a buddy.Which I was skeptical because I live in IRB and they are located a good 25 minute drive away.Anyways had them flush my transmission and add a new filter in a sealed transmission...I had to make an appointment and was skeptical if they would keep there end up which they did....I had a issue with my transmission and they were the last ones to work on it. I call Mark the customer service representative and he told me to call there roadside assistance and they would cover the price of the tow... They Did, To make a long story short they are a great place, They warranty there work.. I had it towed at there expense and they got right to work on it. It was meant to be just a scheduled oil change. But tires rotated, timely service and they even discovered and cared for low air in spare tire. I had no idea why my low tire indicator light was on for an important spare tire! Ha—great job beyond the call of duty.

Wonderful experience!!! I dropped off my vehicle to have tires installed and it was completed in less than an hour and for such a reasonable price. I had worked at big car dealerships for 4 years and I can honestly say that they dont compare to this place. The gentlemen at the desk was so nice and again I am astonished at how quickly the service was complete, a dealership wouldve had me waiting for hours and then charged me a crazy amount. I took my truck to Big Tires after I started feeling something funky happening in it. They took the truck as a drop off previous to the day of the appointment due to my work schedule and the next morning had called me with the results. Overall, they could’ve easily said this is what’s wrong and this is what we have to fix, but instead they had diagnosed the issue and called me to let me know that my vehicle is still under manufacture warranty and they suggest I have it fixed by the dealer to save a buck.10/10 would recommend these cats to keep your wheels groove’n.
