Well, it was late Friday and battery was not working... i actually had 2 jumps from Mercedes, and second jump i called Crown, on Friday like 5pm, wondering if they were even open. I was not going to even make a 6pm if they closed then. But i made the call, and Crown service was there to take my info and schedule for Saturday. My car was recently flooded. Unfortunately it is a total loss because of salt water damage. However Crown Euro Car and Bruno helped make the transition easier for a different vehicle, dealing with insurance, etc and of course Crowns courtesy car service took a load off me so that I didnt have to worry about how I would get to work while all the other stuff was being done. I ALWAYS go to Crown for service. I recommend them to anyone I know.

My Sprinter based RV gave me the illuminated dashboard syndrome that usually means wheel speed/rpm sensors [AGAIN] so I called for an appointment and left a message for the Sprinter Service Advisor. Bruno Onetti returned my call about 15 minutes later and assured me that the parts were in stock and set the appointment for First thing Tuesday morning. I arrived around 7:30 and drove away two hours later....Its nice to have a Mercedes Benz Dealership thats organized and efficient! Crown Eurocars has dedicated service bays for your Sprinter!

The actual work performed was acceptable.Our aggravation rests with the major repair ($1,700) not paid through Mercedes Extended Warranty. We asked “why not?” and we still have not received an explanation. 2 months!Is it because the vehicle is six years old?The service manager Frank) was going to “get back” to us and never did. We were told “that’s what MBUSA told us.So if you have a shiny new MB or maybe an AMG you are probably fine. Otherwise justGo to an independent MB garage.

I brought my Mercedes in for routine annual service. Andrew Kinner was the service rep that handled my appointment. Everything went smoothly. My intake went quickly. They had a comfortable seating area to wait during the service with a tea and coffee station for our use. They also had free wifi which came in handy.

Very smooth experience in the maintenance department. They have great coffee in the waiting area and wifi. The car was ready and washed within the time they told me. They try hard to please even with some of the pandemic restrictions that have limited all business ability. I would go back for sure.

Recall Service for Airbag was completed while I waited. The waiting area was clean and provided refreshments while customer waited. My Service Advisor kept me updated during the course of repair service regarding estimated completion time. My overall experience at the service center was excellent.

I have owned many Mercedes from other different dealerships and my experience with Andy Kinner at Crown Eurocars was absolutely, the friendliest, most professional, most organized and structured experience. As a matter of fact I would say the best experience I have ever had with any dealership for any car ever. I had an issue with my car, they were able to get me in first thing the next morning. I arrived, a concierge put paper mats in my car and I was directed to Andy. Andy was very professional while being very friendly, he made me feel very welcome and there was absolutely no wait since they assign you a technician prior to your arrival. In just a very few minutes they set me up in a very nice loaner and sent me on my way. Later that afternoon I received a call that it was ready, and I could pick it up that afternoon or the next day. I went that afternoon, found Andy, he sent me to the cashier to get a receipt and away I went. My car had already been pulled around and he arranged for them to buff a spot he saw and had it washed and waiting. I cannot say that I have ever been more impressed. Thank you Andy and thank you Crown Eurocars (no, I dont work for them lol, just very impressed, while I have always received good service when owning a Mercedes, this dealership tops every experience. I do not hesitate to give negative reviews when they are warranted, I think the same should be done for great service). Amazing support from Andy.

My only reason for 4 stars is the fact that the young lady that was suppose to deliver my vehicle back with a complimentary wash and vacuum, did a poor job and when asked to correct it, continued to give attitude and lacked professionalism. It wasn’t about the car wash service bc I can get it cleaned anywhere. It’s the fact that a person designated to do a certain job showed me how annoyed she was by doing it poorly and made sure she openly expressed this with her body language and actions.

Why do they make recommendations for service different then manufacture. For example they told me oils and fuel filter need changed vehicle had 12k miles on it oil last changed at 8k miles. Per owners manual those get changed every 20k miles.

Mr. Andrew Kinner greeted me with a warm smile. He proceeded to inform me that my car was in good hands and that all measures would be taken to fix the problem. During the duration of my visit he was in constant communication with me as to what was going on! All I can say is AMAZING customer service. Car problems are frustrating and inconvenient for anyone. None the less dealing with a dealer ship that has poor communication (like others I tried prior). From the moment the phone was picked up, they were understanding, quick, and accommodating. I dropped off the car Fri. IN PEICES and it was fixed and cleaned by Monday. I worked with Shelly in the MB Service and I cannot stress enough how well she represents his location. On top of the customer service, I was given a loaner car which was not be driven more than 100 miles a day. This was a little difficult considering I work about 40 miles from home. I did my best to stay below but evidently went over. I let someone know when I came to pick up my car and they stressed not to worry about it and they were just glad I could get to and from work while my car was in service. This will officially be the dealership my car goes to for EVERYTHING!

The Technician, Mario Castillo, serviced my E55 and perform an in-depth inspection of the car and identified several items that needed my attention. Andy reviewed the service issues Mario identified and let me decide how I wanted to proceed. Those items will be addressed in a follow-up appointment in the coming week.
