Wilderness belts rock.Very helpful staff. I went into the store to replace the belt that I had been wearing for the better part of 20 years.The new belt I bought was exactly the same belt as the the one that lasted neer 20 years.I dont know of to many things that last long any more.To make things even better they offered to use the buckle from my old belt to save me some money and they did this while I was there it only took 10 to 15 minutes total.As I was leaving they said hope to see you again my reply was I will see you in another 20 years.

Had a vintage WILDERNESS belt refurbished today. Everyone was nice, and M&B were a hoot to play with. Belt looks brand new and ready for another decade or two.

Buy what you need from ANYWHERE else, because once this place has your money, there is no more customer service for you. Make you feel as if you are interrupting/bothering them. Rude attitude and unwilling to help customers. I will no longer use anything from them nor recommend them to anyone. ZERO star rating if I could. STAY AWAY.

Wilderness Tactical Products: unprofessional, untimely and absolutely no help in the customer service department. Don’t waste your money or time with this company.If you are reading this, I’m a consumer just like you. I am posting this review for your benefit.On three separate occasions, I reached out to Wilderness Tactical Products in regards to an order that I had placed. The first time was via email because after a week, I hadn’t received any information (besides the confirmation email) or tracking number for the product. That email went unanswered. A couple more days went by before I decided to call the toll free number on their website. The representative on the other end told me that I should be receiving more information via email soon. Three days later I finally got a tracking number. Another week goes by and I finally received my product in the mail. However, I was very disappointed when I opened it because there was nothing special about it.. in fact, I hated it! I called back and a lady named Sara answered the phone and immediately got an attitude when I asked how I can return the product. “We don’t get many returns here so why do you want to return your item?” Because it’s garbage, Sara. It’s absolutely garbage. But it’s the customer service that ruined it for me. I don’t want to keep something that I don’t like, from a company that isn’t much better. She said I would have to email the company and asked for “an authorization of return”... whatever that means. Still waiting for a reply to that email.Don’t waste your money or time here.

Absolutely fantastic service, having bought one of their 1-1/2 Original Instructor Belts, from a store in Arizona several years back I was wanting to order another one, not a replacement as my original one is still great with no problems. I contacted them to ensure they would post it to the UK and to make sure I was ordering the correct style. Excellent and quick response, which was great and the order was dispatched promptly. These belts are excellent, designed as a gun belt they are also brilliant for everyday use, being secure and reliable, I love them. Great store. Recommended to me by a Mesa PD officer. He told me he bought a belt from them and has had it for fifteen years and its still like new. He said he even uses it for rappeling. I liked that the first visit there the sales lady really helped me find the proper fitting belt and some items to match it. I recently broke a zipper on a pouch( dont ask me how?) and they replaced it with a brand new one free of charge. I bought another very large pouch for my work phone. I just had to get it in one of my companys colors instead of the usual black. It will go great with the rest of my work gear. Cant wait to rock it.

This place is the most amazing local small business ever. This place is family owned and family ran with additional team members as well. I cannot go here often as I spend lots on tactical gear from this place. I have had the honor of going in here a few times and they made me tactical belts on the fly to my size requests. I have also purchased a great dog tactical belt here too. It holds everything that I need for my dog and I on the go for a day adventure.

Amazing service. As soon as I walked in the store a super nice employee greeted me and begun helping me pick out a belt. They made it on the spot. If you are looking for an awesome American made belt and other products this is the place! Im in construction so I need a tough but flexible belt, they exceeded my expectations. And made sure it would fit my in the waistband holster. I will definitely be back for more gear.

Awesome business. I love the retail store, their great products that are handmade on site and the family owned and operated atmosphere and staff. Im a customer for life and have turned all my firearm buddies on to them as well. Anything you buy from them is made much, much stronger than it has to be and that ensures many years of use.

Placed my order on 5/27/2020 for a 12 gauge belt showing in stock, on 5/29/2020, I was worried why I did not receive a shipment statement and a trucking number, so I called to inquire, lady on the phone stated it will ship on the coming Monday 6/1/2020. It is now 6/3/2020, no shipment email, no tracking number, would I decide to call and inquire again. Same lady, and now she tells me they shipped a lot, and now its on back order. What gives? She refunds my account without my authorization of how we should handle this inconvenience. Terrible service, terrible buisness. Totally unprofessional. I do not recommend this buisness to anyone. They didnt even offer it to me free with my refund to make up for their unprofessionalism. Now Im looking for a leather ammo belt, money to me is not the issue. I found this company through research and they were stated as being a great family run buisness with US quality made product with excellent reviews. The pebble is thrown in the pond, and the ripples will spread across the surface. Thanks for nothing

Whats not to love about a local company? I would have given them five stars except they chose NOT to charge me when I brought something in for repair; how dare they honor their product and workmanship. I expect to be gouged for a list Superior product just like every other company. Lol

I got one of their frequent flyer instructor belt several years ago which was a great fit. Pay attention to the video how to determine the correct size. They know what they are talking about. After much daily use the hook/loop material became frayed and didnt cinch up as well anymore. Checking the website to buy another and found they have a recondition program to replace the material. Cheap if you carefully cut off the hook/loop yourself but they will do it for cost. Mailed it in and returned about 1 week. Looks almost brand new or it is a new belt. Yaaa!!

The best belt Ive ever owned the only suggestion I have is if you live in the Phoenix area go see them yourself and get it made while you wait.

I absolutely love their belts. Worth every single penny. Ive used several style belts to hold up to my everyday carry. I destroy leather belts so quick. These belts were a whole another level, I was floored. I use the belts with polymer lining and my god its a beautiful thing. So comfortable. Adjustable to exactly how toght you wanna go. Buckle size doesnt get in way or irritate at all. Ive had some that poke you, but not here. I work outdoors in construction type environment and carry full size long slide firearms and i forget im carrying. Great belts. Wonderful people to talk too. If you thinking of buying, stop and just get it. Their sizing video is spot on.

I ordered the wrong size belt (my mistake, I read the instructions incorrectly). Rather than return it via mail, I drove down to the store to return. The staff was very helpful and responsive - they didnt have what I needed pre-made, but they made a belt for me while I waited! I also checked out (then purchased) the SafePacker concealment holster, and after wearing it for a long hike with my instructor belt, I returned and purchased a frequent flyer belt for everyday use, and a couple of water bottle bags. High quality equipment - very functional and comfortable to wear. Im a fan!
