This store really has some great deals! Like most of the stores in the outlets, the womens sales are much better than the mens section. Either way, there are some really good prices if you need some winter gear on a budget.

I was had by the cashier. Pants advertised for 60% off, they didnt apply the discount at the register, I trusted them, swiped my card and left. I do not live in Phoenix and they wouldnt straighten their mistake over the phone. Very disappointing!

Great selection of outdoor gear. It is hit or miss as they recieve new merchandise quite often. The staff is well informed and very helpful and friendly.

It would have been nice to have a bit more variety but it was fine. Primary issue was the lack of organization. Staff was friendly and attentive. Just fix the flow of the store and its 5 stars all day.

One of two in the nation (or so Ive been told). You can find some good deals here for outerwear. The sample items are all size Medium and priced to sell. Clearance items are a steal at 50% off retail PLUS an additional 70% off that price

Bit of a drive from Phoenix, but the have some nice stuff. Prices are reasonable & I dont mind getting the styles from earlier collections.

Great if you like advertising for them... everything there has huge North Face lettering and logos. They should pay me to wear their stuff!

Amazing deals!! Excellent customer service

The google search page said that the hours were 9am, but in fact it was 10am. Waited a full hour to get in and look around. Not very much to choose from. I think the company should revisit this concept and consider carrying some of their new flagship products at lower prices in addition to the leftovers that they are trying to sell.

Returned a shirt I had purchased as a gift for my wife. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but they did not have the shirt in a larger size, so i cashed out. Pretty nice store. Only wish they carried TALL sizes.

I went for outlet pricing, not so much. There was a random rack, with colors that no one would wear that was outlet priced(kinda). I didnt see a single associate on the sales floor, which I thought was weird, maybe they were busy at the register.

Didn’t run into any special deals this time. Usually do tho.

I get lots of good deals on my favorite clothing brand here. They are the only outdoor brand that carries clothing sizes for heavier fellows.

I love North Face products but they have nothing here except t-shirts and womens jackets. Do not waste your time. I have checked back 3 times and it never changes. Staff unfriendly and NOT knowledgeable of products.
