Can’t say enough good things about this place. They do have limited stock due to covid but it’s worth a visit.Kraig is a great employee who is knowledgeable and honest about products.

Craig is amazing!! Are far as the prices, not a brick and morter store in metro area that are any cheaper, yep you can always order online. Ebay doesnt back up their items and they sure dont have Craig. We gotta keep this places in business so we have a place to go to get those items needed for next day.

In today’s politically divided environment, I would think major companies would effect policy for the sales associates that remains neutral. Neutrality keeps confrontations at a minimum and customers feeling the business is a friendly place to shop. This was not he case when I visited the store today. Sales associate Kraig had the opportunity to diffuse a one sided political rant by 2 other customers but instead he created the spark that lit the rants fire. “I guess I should not say that out loud” Kraig said after his initial response. He didn’t even act on his own warning and continued and added to the one sided political rant. I not being a publicly political engaging shopper was made to feel extremely uncomfortable. I hope West Marine adopts better policy and training for its associates. If not they will displace many of their customers who just need boat parts.

Terrible experience..took over a month to recieve kayak with no communication from west marine. It had damage when i recieved it and was told nothing we can do about it..Transported in a plastic bag from Canada. I asked for an % dicount and that turned into a hassle. Just wanted to be done with it. I will not use them again..

Ok. They have what you need most of the time. Not much on the shelves. This is our 3rd time we ordered. Craig was most informative. Tracey helped get my order together. My dog got a treat!🤗

This was my first time in there. They seem to have some good inventory. Nice well organized store. The lady with the blue hair was very helpful. She said if they didnt have it in store for me to go to their website and it can be shipped there. Was a great experience there. Ill be going back there for sure.

After getting the wrong part from another company I decided to try West Marine where I met Ivan. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable in regards to boats and all the products in the store in which I was curious about. Most of his information seemed to be first hand experience which was suprising being that we live in a era that severely lacks product knowledge in the retail work environment. I ended up buying much more than I had anticipated with no remorse do to his extraordinary product details and customer service skills. I think I found a boat store I can trust. Thank you Ivan for going over and above the rest in service and product information.

Yes prices may be more then online but that’s how they pay for a store that’s stocked with products. The staff is super friendly and they have lots of hard to find stuff in stock! I have gone there for over 15 years and highly recommend it!

Very disappointing visiting West Marine. Very poorly stocked shelves looked like a flea market. Their prices are outrageous. Ill never go back.

I figured I’d stop by this little place over yonder and Id say I’m really impressed! I liked a lot of their fishing hats and I bought one for trout fishin over by Payson! Good store!

Classic marine supply chain store with a really friendly staff. their selection of marine supplies blows away pretty much everybody else in town. The prices are a little high, but their match guarantee is solid. If you see something that looks pricey, check it against Amazon and other competitors, and these guys will match it.

Need hard to find 12 volt accessories without wanting to go on Amazon and waiting for delivery they have the knowledge and parts.

Most arrogant jerk works here, only reason they got one star, because of salesman attitude. We will never come back here.

We came on a Friday mid morning. The guy that helped us out was kind of a jerk with an attitude. captain something or other... I would not recommend this place based on that. He made our visit actually uncomfortable and seemed not so knowledgeable either.

The merchandise is expensive and they hassle you on returns... even though the receipt says no hassle returns ... avoid if possible

I called at 4:45 on Friday 1/27/2017, asking about a stainless steel turnbuckle. I had to spell it out for the clerk:: t.u.r.n. ... She asked me to hold a moment. After 3 minutes I put the phone on speaker; after a further 5 minutes I hung up. Ill look elsewhere. Probably online; likely not West Marine.
