Shawn initially came out for an on-site survey/estimate when I was trying to determine between a pool or spa. His attitude, professionalism, and enthusiasm of his product sold me on he spot - I had seen 7 other pool/spa companies at this point. It took 8 weeks for my spa to be hand made but worth every second - this thing is exactly what I wanted. The first crew showed up about 4 days before the spa was installed - they killed themselves building out the hard structure that encases the hot tub (they had to dig out an oleander bush by hand to put this where I wanted it, in 110 degree weather) and were done in two days. They were very respectful and professional. When the install day came the team showed up at 8am and I was up and running by 0930. Very impressive. Id recommend them to anyone that is thinking of putting in a resort like spa into their back yard. Very happy camper here 😁

I dont write reviews but these guys deserve it.I have a steep hillside lot. It was no problem for them. They set a beautiful in ground spa. They did what they said they would, had a can do attitude, and provided a great quality spa for a great value!!!!Save yourself time go to the BEST, you wont be disappointed. Great experience, great above ground spa. We have had our spa for a while now and enjoy the ease of the above ground spa. It is definitely one of our favorite parts of our backyard! Ross was wonderful to work with! Thank you Sedona Spas!

We bought a above ground hot tub aug 2013 and the service sucks big time, one the the headrest went all bubbly and we called the company for replacement and was told cant get it so we are without one headrest. Had a lifter installed by his people and the lifter came off the one side feb 2015 and broke the panels on both sides. the lifter wasnt even attached to anything solid and we had to pay someone to fix it. It should have been the company that paid to fix it since it was there poor quality service in making the hot tub that caused the damage to the hot tub. Dont buy from them if you want good service and a good product.
