Very helpful associate answered all my questions, but its out of the budget at this time. Hoping to come back and buy by end of summer this year. They offered me some financing, but i prefer to pay cash whenever i can. Good store.

We bought our Hot Springs hot tub here about three years ago. We absolutely love our hot tub. We found that we are using it more in the summer than winter. After a hot day, we get in our hot tub and, if there is a slight breeze, it makes for a lovely, cool evening. We leave our temperature at about 98 or 99° in the summer. We built our backyard oasis around this hot tub. Mike Hartman is our go to guy when we have questions and he is very helpful.

It seems to be a very pleasant business to visit and browse.. Mike, our salesperson was a helpful, no pressure kind of guy. We visited twice before making our purchase for a new Grandee hot tub. Worked out a fair deal for both sides and paid 50% down as it needed to be ordered. Delivery time 3 weeks. I called and spoke with Desert Springs hot tubs the other day, and it now appears to be 5 weeks. I WILL KEEP YOUPOSTED AS TO WHEN IT ACTUALLY ARRIVES.I called Hot Springs Hot Tub July 3 and its due in on July 12. Now I have to call their installation people and find out when they might be available after that date.The Hot Tub came in early and was installed today by Ron, Johnny and Charles. These guys were professional, friendly, on time and through.BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE WITH DESERT HOT TUBS, MIKE THE SALES PERSON, AND THE INSTALLERS, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AS A PLACE YOU CAN TRUST FROM BEGINNING TO END. A VERY EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

I believe this is the same company selling Hot Springs out of a Surprise, Az location. Be careful of salesman claims about Hot Springs Spas quality and warranty. I have had the absolutely worst experience with this purchase and service after the sale. Warranty not worth the paper it’s written on and peeling finish in less than 6 months. Dealer was rude and would do nothing to help. Couldn’t get off the phone fast enough, refused to give me owners name or number.Hot Springs used to have a good name and this is my second Hot Springs spa. Would not recommend them any longer and would not buy another. Not worth the money.How disappointing that this company can’t understand the concerns listed in my review that indicates they, the company and Hot Springs Spas are the problem. Instead of taking any responsibility for themselves the get rid of the middleman (service company) that tried to help. The company was horrid! I contacted Hot Springs directly and was completely ignored. Blaming this on the service company is so wrong and shows their poor moral decisions!

The people at Desert Hot Tubs were awesome and everyone who came out to install the tub were great They have continued to be helpful and I enjoy seeing Everyone when I stop by for supplies .. we all love our Hot Tub at the Ranch ! It’s a favorite place to be for sure !
