We just finished our backyard renovation and could not be happier! Bob and crew do phenomenal work and are extremely professional. They finished on time and kept communication wide open. We thank them for their incredibly amazing job!

I am a bit late in getting this review completed but I could not be happier with the way our yard turned out. Bob and team were so great to work with and he had some excellent suggestions for getting the look we wanted. First and foremost, he is very honest and forthright. He is on the job checking in with his team every singe day they are working. His team transformed our yard in about 2 1/2 weeks and his guys showed up on time, were courteous and excellent at what they did. Bobs communication as the project progressed was nothing short of outstanding. I would highly recommend him and his company. So very pleased with the results.

Long overdue review for Bob. I have had the pleasure of working with Bob for the last 4-5 years. First worked together on a custom fireplace/ramada at my old house. Had gotten several bids prior to meeting with Bob, but new instantly after our initial meeting that he was our guy. Bob is very honest, up front, professional, and ethical. He took our ideas and made them come to life. He was on the job site himself every day and met or talked with myself or my wife every day to make sure everything was to our liking. If I had to leave for work by 7:00 AM, he would be there at 6:30 AM so we could talk about the days goals. A few times we wanted to make some modifications to the fireplace design and again, he made it happen with ease. Of course the finished product was beautiful! When it came time to further landscape our backyard we knew who to call! Almost two years ago, we moved into a new home. My only regret is that we werent able to have Bob do the landscaping of our front yard from the start. He has made our backyard into a paradise for us and our children! His crew was always respectful of our home and space and always made sure to keep things as clean as possible. He has always been responsive to any issues that may have come up along the way and personally takes care of them. If you want a landscaper who takes pride in what he does, knows his stuff, and is always involved every step of the way, look no further than Pryors Better Yards!

I would have given them 10 stars! We hired Bulldog Bob and his crew after getting estimates from two other vendors. It was Bobs expertise and suggestions that impressed us the most - until we met the crew and saw how they worked. Everyday for a week, they were on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. They paid attention to every detail and were in constant communication with us and Bob, to make sure that we were happy with the progress. We had an unexpected modification mid-project and Bob stepped right in to make sure that the crew made the changes. They are a pleasure to work with and a rarity in todays business climate where most people dont focus on the customer service and quality. Pryors Better Yards rocks!

Extremely unprofessional. I was driving in front of one of his work trucks in 6 p.m. traffic. They proceeded to rudely honk at me and then cut me off. My windows were down and when he was passing he was yelling obsenities at me. I’m not sure which employee this was, but his conduct clearly shows the integrity of the business.
