My Favorite Part of this purchase was the knowledge from whoever answered my initial call to them. Every other place needed 8 different measurements. This guy was like, “how many sides? How long? What Brand.?” He says I know which one it is. Email those answers with a picture. 2.5 weeks later I got a voice mail come pick-up your Lid.. amazing 😻

I got a beautiful new spa cover last fall from Aqua Spa&Patio Covers. The ordering process was really smooth and the cover was delivered as promised. Excellent service and product quality.Last week I found two straps have gotten chewed off by our resident rat!! I emailed them to ask about ordering replacements and received four new straps within a few days at no charge!!Gotta love such fantastic customer service!!! I highly recommend.

Just want to let you know that I received the cover and lift . . . both are installed. I love the cover, fits great and is very easy to lift. I appreciate the way you wedge the shape, sloped so the water runs off. The lift went on easy and works wonderfully. Thanks again for the prompt response - one week from order to delivery is stellar. I am very impressed by the quality of my new spa cover. It came very fast, approximately one week from order to delivery, fit perfect and super easy to install. I especially like the way they wedge the top, slope it so the water runs off after a rain. Great product.

I been going to John from way back in the early 2000 when his dad was there never once had any problem with a cover they know their covers. I worked for Diamond back spas,Price Busters, spa by design and they all go to John for covers and many other products.

Just got my second cover from them. The first one lasted a whopping 7 years in the fierce Arizona sun. I did use some duct tape on the hinges for the last 6 months or so. New one is a perfect match, and delivery guy brought it right to the spa and took the old one for a small tip. (I hope Im not getting him in trouble.) Price was just a few bucks over what I paid 7 years, ago, too!
