I highly recommend using Spa World for your future hot tub purchase. I had the privilege of working with Luke who was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. It very much felt like a friend doing business with a friend. More importantly, you’re buying a very high quality product. It was certainly worth the wait. You won’t be disappointed once it arrives.
This is the message I emailed the manager Toni after being disappointed before final payment:I put down a down payment several months ago to reserve an Artesian Spa. I was working with Luke and he assured me that he could find a spa within my price point. Before I put down the down payment, I had asked Luke if there were any other fees I needed to be aware of. He said the only other fee would be paid to the electrician and there were no delivery fees considering the spa would fit through any standard sized gate. He recommended an electrician and provided me Jim’s contact information. Luke said it would be between $200-$300. Once Jim arrived, he was halfway through the job and quoted me $960. This was a complete shock considering the estimate Luke provided. Luke also asked me what year my house was built to confirm that the spa would fit through our gate. Now I was told I need to pay an additional $200+ for crane services. I know Luke has been with Spa World for a long time and trusted the information he provided was accurate. As you can see, I’m now way over my original price point and am requesting a 15% discount on the total cost of the spa. Kayla requested the final payment before 5pm tomorrow so I need this resolved as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing back soon.Toni, the manager, then responded defending Luke’s “integrity” saying that he would never quote me $200 for the electrician, Jim. Because they have been recommending him for years and they know his base price is “$550” then $6 per additional foot. Which is also NOT TRUE. Jim’s base price was $750 then $7/ additional foot.Toni proceeded to tell me it was my responsibility to measure the gate to make sure I wouldn’t need to pay for crane services.. after Luke had reassured me that it was unnecessary because of the year my house was built so she did not honor any type of discount.Then when my spa was finally delivered. The delivery team was talking poorly about the manager Toni. They proceeded to tell me that she was terribly unorganized and actually lost the cover to my spa and the delivery team had to call around to retrieve it which caused a minor set back in the timeline for delivery and created more work for her employees without a thank you for something NOT even in their job description. I told the delivery team about the gate/crane service situation and they explained they have been trying to tell the sales team and Toni to stop making promises “that any spa will fit through a standard size gate” her own employees called Toni a liar.Also I had attempted to call Luke prior to reaching out to his manager Toni to see if things could be resolved before escalating it. He sounded like he had his tail between his legs…Ultimately I read through all of the reviews and all of the 1 star reviews seemed like crazy, angry people. I hope this helps you make an educated decision. I ended up over budget, with a spa that jets weren’t working. They tried to send me to customer service for a simple fix that would have waisted hours if not days of my time.. after stressing me out and refusing to hang up they gave me the most simple recommendation to resolve the issue.. which it did.I hope you don’t waste your time to get lied too and end up overspending like I did.
Chuck was very familiar with the product. However when I asked him what the cost of the spa was and why it was so much higher his response was “ because we can sue to COVID”He continued to say that there were no other spots available so they can charge whatever they want for their spas. Needless to say I did not purchase my spa there and will never go back there as I felt that was just rude.

Great place to buy a spa. They have so many models to look see. They are very good at explaining everything. Veteran friendly - they offer veteran discounts. Oh and if you pay cash they offer 2% discount. Ask for Chuck - he will take good care of you.
My wife purchased me a Hot tub for Fathers Day and to help me with my PTSD. I enjoy a 98 degree soak. Chuck was helpful, informed, and non-pressured approach. We had questions and he gave us answers.
I walked into spa world looking for a hot tub that would alleviate my wife’s back pain. Luke was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as you could want for this type of product and service. They also recommended an electrician - Jim from Badger, who we have now used a couple of times. Highly recommend Spa World and Luke. The hot tub is nice as well !!
I had such a wonderful experience at spa world and I can’t say enough great things about Luke, one of the salesmen there. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great experience and he is one of the best salesmen that I have ever met. As a single woman who looks a lot younger than I really am, I often have a hard time with people taking me seriously. Luke made me feel comfortable immediately, he was very knowledgeable in the spas and took the time to tell me everything that I will need to know. He even sat in an empty tub with me for 20 min while I debated back and forth between The spa we were sitting in and one from another store! He never made me feel pressured to buy, which helped me to feel even more confident in my decision to buy my spa from Spa World. My spa was supposed to be arriving in mid-December but it actually came in a whole month and a half early and it was installed in the first week of November!Once my spa arrived, it leaked for the first week. It was a little challenging to get a hold of someone in the service dept as they do not return calls very quickly. I had to leave multiple messages but I eventually got a hold of someone and they were able to come fix the leak and took care of everything I needed.I went to every spa store in the greater Phoenix area and Spa World had the best prices for a great quality spa.

I bought a spa they delivered it to morenci az did a great job then. Then the circulation pump went out still under warranty so they sent me a new pump not the same as the other its bigger so they say pull the rubber mounts it will fit but its still to tall now none of the pipes lineup I now wish I would never had bought this big piece of junk. SO beware of buying one You to can have a spa that doesnt work an cant get the parts that fit

Great place if you are looking to invest in an awesome hot tub! Everyone from Luke to the delivery guys were amazing! All were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the differences in each tub. We are so happy with our hot tub, its truly a blessing for my husband and I, its been so therapeutic and has almost alleviated my feet pain and my husbands back pain! I would definitely stop in if you are looking for a quality hot tub!

In my opinion, this could have have gone any smoother. From the time we walked in the door to order our spa, to delivery and set up, to follow up and care after installation. Spa Wold did a great job.
I bought a tub from them 3.5 years ago. After looking at tubs in a number locations SpaWorld not only had the best selection but their prices were about $2000 less than competitors pricing. Ours holds 5 but rarely is it more than 2. Literally a week before the 3 year warranty was to expire 1 of the 5 hp. pumps started making a lot of noise. This was April of 2020, right in the start of covid-19. The service dept. said they werent sure how long it would take to get the pump because the parts department in Vegas was operating at less than half capacity. It wound taking about a month but as soon as they got it they sent out Matt. He had it replaced in about an hour and its worked great since. I thought I had the heater quit about 6 months later. Called service and after a few questions they told me I had it in sleep mode. A few quick instructions from them over the phone and problem resolved. Think maybe I should read the manual? To sum it up. If you want quality, great prices and great customer service then SpaWorld is the place to be.
I am very pleased with the excellent service I received at Spa World in getting a new spa pump ordered and installed. Zach who works in the service department was courteous and extremely helpful in getting the pump ordered. He then created a service order for a technician to come out and install it. Zach was also helpful in providing me valuable information as it relates to spa chemicals. The spa technician (Matt) called almost immediately after receiving the service order and setup a timely appointment. He did an excellent job installing and verifying all was good before leaving. Definitely a very good customer service experience and loving the hot tub!
We went in without very much spa knowledge and Luke patiently explained spas and what to look for. After about a week of research we realized what a great spa that Spa World sells we were back in to buy one. The delivery and setup was very fast and efficient and now that weve had it about a week now our only regret is that we didnt get it a long time ago.
Its impossible that I am the only one that has experienced TERRIBLE customer service - where are all of the other very bad experiences?? I ordered my SPA on Sept 7th - I ordered one that was already on the LIST to arrive on Oct 15th - nothing special ordered. I was told that there may be a delay due to Covid-19. I understand that. I called Spa World close to Oct 15th to ask if they had heard anything about the upcoming delivery. I was very excited... The person I spoke could not get off the phone fast enough - he went on and on about it could be February or March etc. I was told when I ordered the spa that if I ordered a Special order spa it could arrive next year but explained to him again that I ordered a spa that was already on your list - nothing special ordered. He then said Oh ok well we wont know anything until we get an email that the order has arrived...etc. I called again about a week later asking how things were going and to let them know we would be interested in anything that may have come in or even if someone cancelled their order...it was my birthday on Oct 16th and this was my gift to myself. His answer to me was well Oct 15th has come and gone gosh - kinda rude. All the air was taken completely out of the balloon. If I could have cancelled my order I would have right then and there!! I started reading the Google reviews and people were talking about the communication from Spa World - how they kept them in the loop about their spa. Really - Its now 12-03-2020 and I have NEVER EVER received a call from Spa World. In fact I called two weeks ago and without any emotion just asked again about the status of my spa. The person put me on hold and came back with good news...he said we never do this but we will schedule your delivery We never do what?... he went on to say your spa will be delivered on 12-3-2020 I stayed very monotone thinking - Yah right - like that is going to happen. I hung up marked my calendar and waited. Well today is 12-3-2020 - I just called Spa World thinking huh - you are delivering today but I havent heard a word from anyone - the person looked up my order and came back saying - oh your delivery date is 12-15-2020 - Really - huh - interesting - now we cant get the delivery date to stick. Maybe someone could have called me about the change in delivery? The person asked me if the 15th is okay - sure its okay but in the back of my mind I am thinking - this isnt really going to happen and I bet the spa wont even be the right spa!!! No confidence in this place - the people have not been apologetic AT ALL - Zero communication!! All they talk about is how busy they are - well obviously too busy collecting deposits on Spas that they cant deliver. Sorry that was snarky but come on!! I would love to hear from anyone that has experienced anything similar to my situation. I have been nothing but polite and patient - I have gone from such excitement to now feeling like I have spent so much money preparing the area for the spa and buying the spa back in September 2020 to feeling I have made such a huge mistake. This situation and how it is being handled is unacceptable. I bought a brand new spa and I had an issue with it immediately. Your company agreed to honor the warranty. I was patient...but nobody ever called me. In 9 months, I have not received one phone call from your company offering me any kind of explanation.Mr Black, the owner of the company, is blaming this all on COVID and his supply line. However, when I had to escalate this situation to the supplier I had the parts at my house the next day. This is unacceptable behavior from a business professional! And furthermore, sir, your clients should never have to take any abuse from your staff, regardless of their relations to you...under any circumstances. Escalate this one more time and I will be taking this to the BBB.
The salespeople at Spa World were very informative and respectful. They spent a lot of time with us, helped us pick out a great spa, gave us a complete quote, and then let us decide. There was no pressure. We left and came back several months later when the time was right for us.We couldnt be happier with our spa and the great service we got from our installer. My salesman Kelly did an excellent job of explaining all features and functionality of the spas. I went there with the intention of purchasing a smaller spa but given the fact that I’m 6‘7“ tall Kelly directed me towards a larger model which is more suitable for my size. Kelly pointed out that he did not want me to have buyers remorse when I get the spa home and it feels too small. Thank you for the helpful insight.

I would recommend Spa World Lance met with us showed us all the different Spas and explained everything. Found the Spa I wanted that day and ordered it it was delivered the following week when said it would be. The delivery personnel were excellent got it set up and then explained everything and went over everything.

I purchased a 48 jet spa and it is so relaxing and is like a massage. Minimal care required. Staff were so wonderful. Delivery men were so helpful in setting it up and reviewing all the components. So very happy.

Good experience & value on the sale of the SPA, but the issue began with the delivery. Branden did the delivery and installed the cover clips way off. They were crooked and the straps were not even tight. The screws were crooked and also stripped. The ELECTRICIAN they refer for the WHIP Line is BADGER ELECTRIC.....NOT NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They charged me $300 for 5 minutes work. Total rip off and SW should not be referring them ever!

Terrible management and follow up service. Had a 6 Month old spa from them and the skirting had warped and discolored badly. They admitted that the manufacturer was having trouble with the spas. They said they would order new parts. After over 16 weeks of wrong parts ordered - wrong parts shipped - it was just repaired yesterday. The owner said oh well . Terrible attitude by someone in charge. I will never have any dealings with them again and would recommend that everyone shop elsewhere! Good luck and they should be rated zero

I purchased the Nevis model spa from Spa World in November. They were helpful during the buying process, offering a variety of configuration options to get to the price and features that worked for me. The spa was delivered on time. For me, as a first time spa owner, it has been a little tricky learning how to manage the spa/chemical, etc, but they have been patient and helpful in taking phone calls and talking me through how to do it. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Spa World.

I came into Spa World Looking to buy a Hot Tub. They had a Great selection of Sizes, Shapes, and Features. The sales woman was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She really worked hard to address every aspect of what I was going to use the spa for. Ultimately I chose to go with and Island Spa it had the power and sanitation system I was looking for. She Walked me threw installation step by step so when the spa got delivered I knew exactly what to expect. They have a great White Glove delivery, they brought it into my back yard, hooked up the electrical and filled the spa for me. They even did a orientation on how to use the spa as well. By the time they left I felt like I had made a great decision. Have had the spa for a month now and I love it. Would definitely recommend Spa World to anyone.

Today I had delivery of my Iris, Garden Spa. I’m writing to offer my input on how great the delivery process and service was from Shawn Keller.Although I had measured all my doors for access, on the first attempt of delivery on 8/30/2017, Shawn advised the spa would not make a turn between my front door and through my living room to the back patio. He was very kind and understanding and immediately made arrangements for the spa to be delivered the next day in conjunction with scheduling a crane service to lift the crane over my house to the back patio.The next day, Shawn arrived at the scheduled time and proceeded to make the necessary operation to have the spa craned in, set up, filled and provided information on maintaining the spa.Spa World could not have a better individual than Shawn to represent your company. He is professional, courteous and did not rush through the process with me.I look forward to enjoying my Spa World spa and referring friends if they ask where I purchased it.
We have had our spa for three months now and love it.Toni in the sales department was very informative.Once we ordered the spa we wanted, it was delivered in the amount of time specified and the delivery process went very smooth. When it was delivered it had a small blemish in the surface but the service department got us scheduled and it was repaired quickly and with no issues. We would recommend Spa World to our friends and family.

We checked out many of the competitors and both of these men were very patient with our many questions and we never felt pressured to buy. I love that their tubs are made in the USA and that the service dept is in house and not contracted out. Today we finally made the decision to buy the Grand Bahama Elite after spending all afternoon sitting in almost every tub they have. Never felt rushed and in fact Kelly stayed beyond closing and we were able to come to the right decision for us...he even took a little more time to show us more features on our new purchase. In search of a Spa, I had visited about 5 other places in the valley and none were even remotely close to the personalized service and education I received at Spa World! They listened to what I wanted and showed me some of the numerous spas they had on site. They didnt try to upsell me into something I didnt need. The experience was one of the best I have had purchasing a major item and if I ever have to replace the spa, I will surely use them again. Also, they are always very patient after the sale when you have a question about something. GREAT PEOPLE!!
We Love Our Spa--Chuck is terrific to work with!! We shopped for spas for what seemed like forever. We hit the home shows, asked friends, etc. Everybody has their own opinion and none are the same. Argh. We finally decided to buy from Spa World and Chuck because he was patient with us, and actually talked us into spending LESS than we were planning. We have had the spa for 6 months and LOVE it. We even needed some minor service and the company was out here within a couple days, were extremely professional and polite, and didnt charge us a dime. Amazing! Make sure you ask for the wet test. Sounds weird and gross at first, but you will be glad you did it later.
Bought my Spa at this business over a year ago. Got exactly what I was looking for and delivered at the time promised. The Installation people, were quick, helpful and very polite.Any time that I have had a problem, remembering the name of a chemical or how I should clean the spa, they have always been helpful.I can thoroughly recommend Spa World.

We couldnt be happier with our spa! It looks great and feels great after a big workout or even just a stressful day. Staff was really helpful in training us to keep the spa in top notch working condition. I really like the Natural product (water conditioner) to keep the spa on an even keel.
Its always nice to have a local shop that is owned and run by locals to go to for your needs. The owners have always been very helpful in helping me diagnose issues I have had with my spa (should read, self induced issues) as I try and learn how to use the spa.

I was shopping for a spa and was at several spa shows which ended up being a complete waste of time. Went to several other retailers in the Phoenix area and was not impressed either with the lack of knowledge about the product they were selling or sales gimmicks just to get you in the door and then attempt to up sell you something else or just not a personable sale person. Accidentally found Spa World and was quite impressed with the knowledge of the products they were selling, did not attempt to up sell, very personable and pleasant to deal with, delivered as promised and set up was a breeze with that team as well. Have had some follow up questions and they have continued to provide great customer service even after the sale. Would most definitely recommend this business.

Everything about the purchase experience was positive starting with my first call to Luke to ask some general questions. We then visited the store and decided to purchase the Tidalfit EP-14 swim spa. The contractor recommendations for excavation, electrical and crane delivery were all fantastic in terms of service. The ballpark prices that Luke provided were very accurate so we had no unexpected surprises.Installation was smooth and the performance of the spa has been terrific. Our experience with Spa World and the Tidalfit brand has been positive and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for a spa.
I usually dont write bad reviews, but I felt it was with reporting my interactions with Chuck. The first time I went in to ask about the difference in specific chemicals and purchase test strips. I received a very short, curt, and non-descriptive answer. Lacking a decent answer, I purchased a filter and test strips anyways and went on my way. When I got home, I noticed that I grabbed chlorine test strips, vice bromine, so I went back to exchange them for bromine strips. I received another curt response from Chuck stating no exchanges, its on the bottom of the receipt! It did state it on the receipt and I missed it, but what a jacka$$! It is the owners prerogative not to exchange goods and it was my fault for not being attentive enough. However, I did not feel like I was welcome to come back based on how Chuck responded to me on the matter. Additionally, the chemicals and accessories section is slim and somewhat overpriced. Chuck is out of his element and obviously does not enjoy his job or interacting with customers. As a business owner, I would never have tolerated this kind of response, so I contacted one of the business owners regarding this issue. Ralph promptly responded to my call, listened to my complaint, stated he would deal with the customer service issue with Chuck and offered to refund my purchase. I have modified this review and changed my rating from 1 to 3 based on Ralphs response. However, I did not delete the review because the damage had already been done and if this is a continuous problem, it needs to be documented.
I purchased a top of line spa and the filters didnt last a month, so either the filters were bad of the spa was fifthly. After another 70 dollars for new filters because they would not work after cleaning them 5-6 times according to manufacture specs I guess they are throw away. this spa has been a disappointment since I first signed the paperwork for purchase.Ive used the spa 10 to15 times since purchase so the filters should have a better shelf life than a month.
