I have a specialty door handle/set sold by these guys (unknown location of purchase, was a part of a renovation done 5 years ago). An internal hardware piece broke recently. I tried Home Depot 1st, but not luck. I went online to attempt purchasing a replacement, but the website directed me to this local dealer. I decided to walk in, unannounced, to attempt purchasing a replacement. The owner (or someone in charge in the back), decided to 1st check random spare parts in the back prior to my purchase. They indeed had an exact spare I needed and gave it to me free of charge. They did not have to show me this generosity, they could have made me repurchase the entire handle set. Thank you! I will definitely use these guys for any door or window needs in the future.

Due to a combination of issues, my 5 window, two day installation job took an inordinate amount of time to complete. There is a third party involved, and they have agreed to step up to assist.My problems seemed to revolve around issues at the factory, things that Lasting Impressions had little to no control over. The reservations I had were addressed directly by the owner, Mark Jacobsen, and the factory representative. This matter has now been resolved.On the plus side, Lori and Karen in the office were enjoyable to work with and Karens knowledge of fenestration answered many of my questions right away without having to wait for answers from the field. Mike was my on the job point man throughout the process and I cant say enough good things about his knowledge and concern when we ran into challenges during the Rand R.

Horrible customer service unless you want to spend a lot of money. I’m in Surprise and hey basically didn’t want to replace one window. Took 20 plus days to get a quote of $363for a window and $750 to install. I had to chase them for the quote. So not really valley wide

When I went to lasting impressions David was the first on-site to help me through this process. I knew I would be spending a good chunk of change but overall I felt confident this company was not taking advantage of me. The overall business done with lasting impressions has been an outstanding process from start to finish.

Everyone is wonderful at Lasting Impressions. We moved into a house where the screens were missing from both sliding doors. We found out the doors were not standard sizes so we contacted Lasting Impressions. Karen was quick to get someone out to measure and order the correct doors for us. Mike was great and even helped me install them properly. Amazing company and people would recommend them to anyone.

I’m from NY and recently purchased a condo in Scottsdale to use in the winter. While doing some interior renovations I decided to replace all the windows & sliding doors. Lasting Impressions was recommended to me by a neighbor and I couldn’t be happier with the job that they performed. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me pick out the product while Karen helped me through the ordering process. The entire job was seamless - they are a great team and I would highly recommend them!

The window install is finished and the final results are satisfactory. The installation went OK, but Lasting Impressions ran short of workers during the process and a few days there were not enough people to perform some of the heavy lifting. Removal of the old windows left more of gap in the old stucco on the outside that I was hoping, but the old windows were installed in a manner may have contributed to that. The crew did an OK job repairing the stucco and sealing the gap, though ... so all is well in the end.There was more dust raised than I hoped. The crew did place plastic around the window opening during the phase where they made some cuts, but still a lot of dust. On the inside wood floors, the crew did not place enough protective coverings down and some minor scratches and foot traffic with caulking compound were evident on the wood floors ... but, we were able to clean it up OK. But the crew could have done a better job placing protective covering down.Overall, Lasting Impressions provided a good price for the windows and with the exception of taking longer to do the install than originally estimated (due to manpower shortages), the experience was good. With a bit more care protecting flooring, I would raise the rating a notch.

Disappointed. They installed windows that dont stay up, and dont stand behind or service the products they sell! The installers pointed this out over a month ago...and still no resolution.Stay away - they take your money upfront so you have nothing to leverage back when they install a defective product.

We could not be any happier with our experience at Lasting Impressions. We just had our new door and sidelight installed today, and it is beautiful. The installers did a fantastic job! The service we received from day one was professional and courteous. We initially had to put a temporary hold on our order given an unforeseen circumstance, and Mark was incredibly accommodating. We feel very fortunate that we made the initial stop into this store when we started looking for a new door. They were thorough, detailed, honest, and there were no last minute add ons or surprises. We highly recommend them, and will definitely use them in the future. Thank you Lasting Impressions!

Great service with awesome staff. Now that they moved to their new location, I think its even better with more displays.Ive had an install of a sliding door and window, purchased another window awaiting install, and I cant wait.They sure did leave a great lasting impression on me.

My order was not what I expected. The two larger windows were not openable. The locksets were passage handles only. No locks. Doors were excellent but when all was delivered I was shocked that there was no installation. Had to get an independent contractor in to do that. Also got proper locks from Home Depot and we installed those ourselves. I prefer to work with local small businesses but things like this are making it difficult.

Referred by Milgard for a missing door track. Quick response and call back, easy pickup. Total out the door was $22 for the piece that another local Milgard affiliate quoted $118!

The customer service at this place is appalling. I had one broken Anderson window that I needed replaced. The guy who was supposed to come out to measure (Britt) never showed. When I called, he acted as if he didnt know who I was or that we had even had a conversation. He basically played dumb instead of owning up to the fact he made a mistake. We shared some words and he told me to get my window someplace else. The landscapers (they were paying for the window) called Lasting Impressions and Britt basically hung up on her. She (the person from the landscape company) filed a complaint with the BBB. Needless to say we got our window from R&K Building Supplies in Gilbert. The service was 1000% better.

They came out to give us ideas on a custom barn door at the bottom of my stairway. They provided a design, 2 estimates and hardware options. The project was installed and we couldnt be happier.

Met Brian the owner and had Britt (one of the employees there) help us with setting up for a project. I spent a lot of time working with Britt on deciding on the options, estimate, etc. At the 11th hour, Britt jacked up the estimate by 20% and refused to explain why. Brian would not return our calls. If this is how the business deals with you before they get your money, don’t walk, run away!

Took measurements and never heard from again even after several phone calls.

I had one of the salesman come out and do some measurements for a quote on two entry doors. I was told i would have a quote in a couple days. Nearly a month went by with no word! Called again and was told i would see a quote the next day. Waited a couple more days still nothing, second quote ended up going into my junk mail. I wish they would have made a follow up call saying the quote was sent and to see if i had any questions. Anyways, called again and spoke to Britt and he came out and remeasured and got me into the schedule for install. After a couple months the door needed to be adjusted because it was hitting the door frame in one area. I made an appointment for that to be fixed. 9am appointment comes and goes with no call, no show. I had to call again and ask where they were? Turns out my appointment was forgotten about. No good in my book. Britt was helpful, the installer was nice but based on my experience i cant recommend them.

Should be zero stars. Dishonest company. 3 estimates that kept increasing the price. No communication. Didnt deliver when promised. Warning. Do not use this company.

Great showroom! All products displayed and very professional staff.

Attempted multiple times to contact and schedule a quote for 2 weeks with no answer/call-back. No indication on their website or voicemail that they are either out for the holidays or closed, or providing some other reasoning. I would not trust any work be completed by this company if they cant even return a simple phone call.
