Worst experience from a locksmith----- Ive been doing facilities mgmt for 15+ years and dealt w/ tons of vendors. Needed to rekey my site, and required to use this locksmith as landlords preferred vendor. Took 50+ days to get the account manager to respond, would not survey the site, added doors and hardware I flat out did not need on the proposal. Weeks of back and forth before the PM would come out. The actual locksmiths that did the work performed well, but had a painful experience w/ their PM. Do not recommend for any commercial work and would not use for any of my facilities in the future.

They were so helpful with the training for the Sargent lock system.

Friendly associates with great customer service. Was well taken care of. Will be back.

If you need commercial door hardware this is the spot!!! The staff is unbelievably knowledgable. It was a pleasure to find this hardware gem!!!
