I had dropped my smartphone and the screen went black. I searched around phoenix for different prices on the repair and these guys were by far the cheapest. I set up an appointment online and they were able to take the phone the same day. Very professional and nice people. They called me within the hour and told me that my screen wasnt actually broken, but rather disconnected. They were able to reconnect it and only charged me their diagnostic fee. They were very honest and informative. Any other place would have replaced the screen and charged the full price. Or even worse, reconnect the original screen and say that it was the new one. I wouldnt have known any different. I am definitely coming back here for any other screen repairs.

I am a super clutz. I dropped my iPod and shattered the screen. I went to a couple of places but they didnt have the equipment to fix the screen. I had passed by HookUp Cellular and decided to go in. The first thing I noticed was how nice it smelled. It smelled like fall in New Jersey; warm, crisp, inviting. The gentlemen working greeted me and seemed totes eager to help. They told me they didnt have a screen in the store, but could order one. They told me the price range and asked if I still wanted to have my iPod fixed. They told me it would take a week and then gave me an estimate on the price. They asked again if I wanted it fixed. They were so courteous and honest and made sure I knew what was going to happen every step of the process.

The staff is very friendly. They replaced my iPhone 8 broken screen in about 20 minutes. They even placed a screen protector on it, which was very thoughtful of them.I recommend this place 100%, they are GREAT!!!

He was super knowledgeable and told me it wasnt the charging port, it was actually just dirty. He cleaned the charging port and within seconds my phone was up and running at no charge! These guys are awesome! Fixed my screen for a great deal. I ran into additional issues with my speaker, that seemed to be a common issue with my phone in particular (LG K20 Plus). They replaced speaker no charge on labor (I purchased the $8 part they ordered it for me). The speaker still not functioning properly so, they went out of their way calling associates to find a rare piece that may have been the solution (no charge on labor or the part). Through the whole process they were very patient and understanding. They followed up with phone calls and worked pretty quickly. Very professional and curtious. They did their best to figure out what was going on with the speaker and after 3 tries they were able to secure the sound! This is an honest company and definitely worth the time. I recently took my phone to get repaired at this location. The guy in the front was amazing he answered all my questions and didn’t make any promises. These guys are absolutely incredible! Top notch customer service, friendly, efficient and most importantly, great service. I had the most unlucky week and cracked my iPhone screen TWICE in less than a week (I have never broken a screen EVER...until then). My first visit was perfect in every way. They quoted me an hour but it was done sooner. Super friendly, everything you could ask for. I left thinking what a great experience it was. Fast forward to a few days later and I’m back there again. They remembered me of course and I could tell that they genuinely felt bad for me. They told me they had an important priority job they had to finish first but they would try their best to get mine done ASAP. They quoted me 2 hours. Just like my last experience, they had it fixed with time to spare and even threw in a complimentary tempered glass protector! I first found hookup cellular on Groupon, since then I drive the 45+ minutes to go there, they are so much less expensive than all the other phone repair places I’ve researched. Great, fast, friendly service. I’ve gone there 5-6 times already. They saved me so much money!

They were very nice! I bought the groupon so I took my cracked glass and LCD phone over there. They were very quick. My camera was malfunctioning so I asked for a quote and they completely replaced my camera, no charge. After they took my phone back, I was offered a bottle of water and sat in the lobby. When I got my phone back, it looked amazing! Hopefully I won’t have to, but if I need my phone fixed again, I will definitely come back.

These guys were awesome! They got me in the same day I called and took only 30 mins to fix my iPhone 6s Plus screen! Great price! New screen was awesome and the put a new screen protector on for 10 bucks. The phone screen is a bit more touchy now when I try to scroll it clicks things very easily. But overall these guys had amazing service and very friendly and smart!

Thanks to Groupons this place was amazingly Helpful really cool. I went there the first trip to get my 6plus fixed they were busy but still got me in. Gave me an hour because they had two orders in front of me. My phone works like new!! Decided to go a2nd time brought my 6plus I had an even better experience. The staff are very nice and helpful. They wont tell you to buy a part that you dont need. In fact, the employee told me to buy a cheaper part for my phone and it would do just the same. The only thing I would complain about is that while Im checking out, his cell phone rang and he answered it. He must take business calls from his cell phone because I stood at the counter waiting for him to finish my transaction while he was on the phone answering questions. He did apologize, but I stood there for about 5 minutes while he was on the phone. Also, he said that the part I was buying was in deed the correct part I needed but the label on the part said different. He clarified that even though the part number on the label didnt match the part number on my invoice that it was the right part. I got home to find out it was not the right part and have to go back to exchange it. When I called to inform them of the inconvenience, they offered to credit my account there $10. Im okay with that. Other than that, Im happy with this business.

We had a really tricky repair that needed done on our iPhone 5C - the earphone jack broke off clean inside the port and was jammed in place. After checking with a couple other places, it seemed no one wanted to touch it so I decided to try HookUp Cellular due to their good reputation, sooo glad I did! They got to work on it right away and told me that if they could remove it they wouldn’t need to replace the part. I could tell it was a little difficult to remove, but sure enough they were able to expertly and perfectly repair the device! I always use a beefy phone case and try to be careful with my phone. Unfortunately, disaster struck and I dropped it perfectly so that the screen cracked along with a brilliant array of tie die colors all over the screen.I took my phone to Hookup Mobile with the expectation of paying over $100 for the screen and LCD repair. 90 minutes was all it took - to make me a raving fan. I had dropped my LG G6 phone too many time to admit to, and the screen had finally cracked - and splintered. I saw Hookup Cellular with high ratings in both Yelp and Google, so gave them a call. They gave me a quote on the phone, told me to drop in and theyd fix it that day. So I did. Couldnt believe I walked out with a new screen 90 minutes later. OK, I did have to wait three hours to let the new screen bond to the phone before I could use it, but paying $82 bucks for a new screen vs. a new or used phone, and the prompt and fast service, well, Im just impressed all around.

Already taken 2 iphones 7plus for a screen repair. The 2nd phone I HAD (because it’s been canceled) repair insurance with my carrier Sprint and they said it wasn’t repairable I had to either replace the phone ($250) or upgrade (of course wasn’t convenient to them for me to pay the $25 they supposedly advertise to repair the screen plus the $15 extra a month for the “protection plan”) but this place here saved my life and my money!!! They are the best, very recommended not to mention the great customer service as well :)

Got the screen replaced on an iPad (3rd Gen), was a very easy and smooth process. Dropped it off around 5pm, picked up next day before noon. My boyfriend came here to get his screen fixed and they replaced it in 30 minutes but the quality of a replacement screen and digitizer for his iPhone 6 Plus was horrible and they didn’t even put it on right. You can see the screen was lifted and then the touch on it wouldn’t work. Came in for a simple replacement of a cracked screen and went back two days later to get it fixed. Unfortunately the screen cracked again from falling off my bed. I asked if I can get it fixed or at least inform on why the touch isn’t working and they couldn’t diagnose it. I asked if I could see the warranty that should inform me on it and they wouldn’t even give me copy. This place is a great example of you pay for what you get. $64 flat and $17 was for the replacement screen/digitizer that ruined my phone that I need for work. The rest of the money goes to labor that wasn’t even done right. Thanks hookup cellular for the poor customer service and btw fix your parking lot. It’s horrible and ruins cars. Do not recommend to anybody!
