This is a long post but gives you an accurate description of the character working at Scottsdale Ferrari/MaseratiFerrari Maserati of Scottsdale turned nasty lemons into delicious lemonade.My husband and I purchased a used Maserati from Carvana. After we purchased the car, we were notified it would be delivered almost exactly two weeks out. Two nights before delivery we were notified it was delayed and that it would be an additional two weeks without any explanations. We were unhappy but had no options. All communication was electronic and we had no one to answer any of our questions. After four weeks, 48 hours before delivery (and we came home early from vacation to meet the timetable for the car delivery) we got another notification 48 hours before delivery that it will be delayed again. Super upset, we spent several days trying to contact a human for answers and car location because we were ready to fly in and pick up the car. When we finally did reach a human she sounded about 16 years old and told us she had no idea of the location of the car or why it was delayed but that we could expect it in an additional two weeks and that she was super sorry. Same response every time, no answers just notified it would be delayed 2 weeks and that they were sorry.We started to look into the Phoenix area for a used Maserati. We found one online located at a small dealer in phoenix. So excited, we took an airport shuttle to Sky Harbor airport. The dealer met us at the airport and drove us to the car. The car was in terrible condition, (electric seats didn’t even work). We were crushed. It looked nothing like the photos. This was supposed to be my husbands dream car purchase. We were told to take it “as is”, because he had 3 other buyers lined up. While standing in the lot, I remembered that Ferrari/Maserati Scottsdale had a newer version of the same car. It was 5:30pm in the evening and the Maserati dealer closed at 6. We were at least 30 minutes away. I called the Ferrari/Maserati of Scottsdale and Petros answered the phone. I asked him if he could please accommodate our late hour, also realizing we are NOT buying a new expensive car but a used vehicle. He happily said “Please come on over, I wait for you” in his heavy Greek accent . We took an Uber to Maserati and met Petros waiting for us at the front door with a huge smile and he already had the car cleaned and pulled around to the main entrance. Petros immediately offered to put us in a hotel next door where we stayed the night. The next morning he had his finance people draft all the paperwork while we stayed comfortable in the hotel. We still needed to get a new cashiers check with Maserati of Scottsdale as the payee. Our Phoenix branch location bank was an hours drive away. Petros picked us up in his personal vehicle on his DAY OFF from the hotel and drove us to the bank as we waited over an hour for a teller to confirm with the California bank that our cashiers check had not been cashed electronically by the previous dealer. We finally made it back to Maserati and another buyer was interested in our car. We had yet to sign our paperwork. Petros took us straight in to see Megan, the lovely finance officer (who did not pressure us with anything) and we signed our paperwork (about 7 minutes) The time was 10:50 and we realized my husband had to teach an online class in 10 minutes and not enough time to get back to the hotel. Petros set my husband up in his office with wifi so he could teach his class. I was astounded. When my husband finished we drove home to Tucson still a bit dazed over the last 24 hour’s events. I just canceled the phantom Carvana car deal that was AGAIN delayed another two weeks. Never again. We will drive to your dealership when this car needs anything. Thank you Petros!

Mick was nice in service BUT my 2020 Pista had a dead battery for the third time which means I had to tow it to the dealers f or the 3 rd time. the car has 392 miles on it has been started every month since I have owned it And been on a Ferrari Charger. when picking up my car I received a bill for apex $486.00 For tow and a battery charge which apparently says the charger isn’t working Then I was told that if I didn’t drive it 2000 miles a year there was no warranty on the battery I got the message you don’t want me to buy expensive cars from your dealership I’ll pass the word on

If there was a negative star, these people would deserve it.We recently purchased a corvette at this dealership. Lonny, the sales person ignored me completely when my husband and I were purchasing the car. He never acknowledged me as the co buyer or even asked if I wanted to test drive. It was like I was invisible.Also, they made comments that they were going to replace the tires and then said we got the story wrong.I guess if you dont spend a million dollars here, you are just treated like nothing.We will never recommend this dealership to anyone- and believe me we own and buy alot of vehicles.

We bought and traded few cars there and constantly come for service here. The entire team is terrific and the definition of professional. Chad Morgan - the general manager is absolutely amazing person, he provided 6-star customer experience . Damian is also always helpful and they both go out of their way to make sure their customers get the best service in the industry!We wanted to get some custom work done ( put starlight, custom interior and transform the car to the wide-body) they recommended us to visit Creative Bespoke aka CB Auto Salon. I worked with Patrick OHara on buying my wife a new car. He was the man!!! First class from the phone call, to showing the car, agreeing on terms, and delivery of the car. Patrick is not your typical salesman, he is straightforward and honest. Made our 5 month car buying process simple with him having the exact car we wanted. I would have give a zero star if there is one. Customer Service is ridiculous. There is no guarantee to your vehicle even if you paid the advance amount to hold the vehicle. I had a situation where my bank came back to me and said the dealer is quoting more price than it should be and I called Mr. David Mase to talk about it. As a customer service agent, he should have explained it to me as to why it was so, he was so rude on the phone and as it took 3 days for my bank to mail the check they did not even bother to check with me and sold the vehicle to someone else. Tim probably the Manager over there calls me to tell the the vehicle is sold to someone else after the fact that the check was mailed by my bank. This is ridiculous and very disappointing. Dont waste your time going to this dealer. They will just sell the vehicle to others if they get a better price. Im sure they will get this review removed as well as they seem to have all 5 star reviews and they would not want this. but, I will go legally to take whatever action i could take on them.

I wish there was an option to list PHENOMENAL service. Scottsdale Ferrari sets the bar for how customers should be treated. NOT just at a car dealership, but in ANY customer service driven industry. Pulled up by the front doors, walked out and started looking at the used Ferraris out by Scottsdale road To my surprise no salesman came out to see me. Went inside to look at the new cars,walked around for ten minutes, and was never greeted by anyone. I was the only customer in the building. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called to get info on an 2017 R8 priced at $150k, couldnt leave msg because inbox was full, guy calls back and tells me I have the wrong number and hangs up on me smfh. After realizing that I am a potential customer he says sorry and asking how he can help. Unbelievable and unacceptable customer service especially since youre asking someone to give you 150k.. No call back either, just a text. Stay away from horrible rude people especially when it comes to giving them so much money.

We purchased a previously owned vehicle from Scottsdale Ferrari, expecting nothing but top service. Overall the experience during purchasing supported the belief that this is a high end shop accustomed to dealing with customers with high expectations.The car was delivered and, unfortunately, had a transmission failure almost immediately after the delivery truck completed the drop off. Scottsdale agreed to cover the cost of repairs, but has given us the runaround for months. I am resigned to the fact that they just hope we will go away.There are other details that furthered our concerns regarding service support, but in the end, it is clear they are prepared to discontinue pursuing our customer relationship satisfied with the sale in hand. We have no intention of having any further business with Scottsdale Ferrari.This is an example of shortsightedness and poor business acumen. We could easily have been a steady repeat customer providing 5-star ratings. Instead, we find ourselves rating this shop at the lowest level.

Purchasing a car can either be a painful experience or an incredible one, Pamela Sassi at Scottsdale Ferrari made my experience the latter. She took exceptional care of me and made me comfortable purchasing a preowned vehicle while being out of state (I came from California due to her efforts). She always made herself available to answer my questions and took care of a good portion of the necessary paperwork ahead of time to make it a fast process once I got to the dealership. Very nice people. I miss the location on Acoma drive back in the 1990s. I wasnt able to find a gift shop when i was here in 2014. At the old Scottsdale location, i was able to buy a beautiful smooth cotton black turtleneck long sleeve shirt with the Ferrari logo embroidered in the collar, and it smelled like high performance engine gasoline haha because the gift shop was close to the garage at that previous location.
