Their cars are nice and easy to get into but they are just like the rest of these used car lots, miss a payment and theyre quick to repo. They took my car after I paid on it for over four years with less than $2000 left on my loan. I actually made a payment but I was $130 short! Financially it was a rough time for me but I still managed to pay and they sent the tow truck to my house, they came late at night opened my garage and took the car while I was sleep, he actually opened my garage and took the car! I paid thousands into that car. My advice to people is to save, buy a car outright and work on your credit until you can go to a real dealership get a lower interest rate and real banks that will work with you.

I had made an appointment online for the Central Phoenix location, when I hadnt arrived at the time I had scheduled, Zack called and left a message to make another appointment. When I returned the call, I spoke with Gregg who then took some of my information and got things verified before I even showed up. When I arrived, I dealt with Gregg as Zack was with a customer. Although they are helpful prior to getting your car, all the way up to driving off the lot, do not be fooled . The lack of compassion during these hard times and their ability to be able to turn their head and not do the right thing for the safety of the customer, speaks volumes . I advise anyone going here to take a mechanic or someone knowledgeable with you . I unfortunately was not aware of a oversight of tires that needed replaced — 10 days later I reach out to them in hopes they would replace, at no charge, and in good faith, and got refused . Bad call on my part in rushing to get into a car... I do not recommend this company

Zach was amazing. Made the process very fast and convenient. Gave us lots of options within our budget. Test driving was a breeze. However a few weeks after driving 75mph out of town we realized car shaking really bad.. Rotors bad, 2 tires & shocks needed to be replaced. Spark plugs and oil had to be changed out. They dont do maintenance on the vehicle and couldnt tell us when was the last oil change. So if getting used vehicle you should check out the mechanics not just the outside 🤔 spent almost $1,000 in maintenance.

I went to drive time in desperate need of a vehicle the vehicle I did have was on its last leg.so i went to drive time meet a lovely lady named Emily and she ran me through the process of getting a vehicle and at first it was a long drawn out process and that day i didnt get a vehicle.due to a budget issues And the down payment being high. But about to shoot after about a week past. A my vehicle that was on its last leg. Finally gave up. I was getting ready to start renting a vehicle to get back to work in daily life. Emily gave me a call. And said she was working on. On my application But some things have changed since the last time I appear. the down payment was lower than the first so Emily put everything together before I even got there. Her and her lovely manager. And that night. I drove off my brand new 2017. Ford Fusion They were very courteous. Concerned about my well-being I give you the best deal possible. So I would like to say, thank you. To Emily her manager and the DriveTime stuff for being there for me. When I really needed it. Emily thank you. And I recommend that if you need a car. Go talk to Emily.

Went in a little nervous and Luis was just very calm and helpful. He let me test drive a few cars until I found the right one. I didnt get that dealership pressure to just buy from him. It took maybe 2 hours, would recommend Luis. Bought a 2018 Chevy and LOVE it!

I have had terrible luck with cars in the last 3 years, which means Ive been in an out of a lot of car dealerships. And its always a nightmare. I went into drive time absolutely dreading going through the process again, expecting to be jumping through hoops, for an outcome Id be less than pleased with. Luis and Faith are great! Luis didn’t have that “used car salesman” vibe. Luis made us feel comfortable and played no games. He was extremely helpful since it took us about a week to purchase the car. We needed to get the money and our needed documents together. After my divorce and separation from the military my credit took a MAJOR hit. Becoming a single mom with two kids, one with special needs was major stress to say the least. With my poor credit and little income I felt HOPELESS. Luis and everyone at DriveTime made me feel welcomed, no pressure, and not judged. They were able to help me find a car that was in my price range both downpayment and monthly. I always have concerns about used cars with all the negativity surrounding it. They offered me a warranty, gap coverage, and car tracking. I would go back 100% and recommend any family or friend to them.
