I had an excellent experience at Jaguar North Scottsdale. Their service was on point! My advisor Cheryl was amazing. She was able to help me with numerous things and was able to answer all of my questions. On top of that they detailed my car as well! What service! Every time I’ve gone into Jaguar North Scottsdale I’ve always had a positive experience and nothing negative from the advisors or staff. The day after my service I received an email from the service director. He was very appreciative of my business. Out of all the dealerships I’ve been to, Jaguar North Scottsdale is by far the best of the best.

Dealership was great, but expected more. At such a high end dealership with expensive cars, high end employees. I needed keys, my Jaguar keys had been stolen, contacted the dealership week prior, for now due to tight financial, I need one key. I rent a trailer to take my car down about a 4 hour drive, paid for my key, key code and ready to pay for the programming to only find out that I have to pay for a 2nd key because their system doesnt apparently program 1 key?! Really. If Id known that I would postpone for a week and be fully ready to pay for extra costs... just ridiculous. Great car, great dealership just lacked some important details to help a customer.

Excellent diagnostics done here on a 1997 Jag XK8 convertible I have had a long time.An outside Jag mechanic was unable to correct the problem but when I brought my car here we had an expert with years in the service of older Jags and figured it out at North Scottsdale. 😎I’ve been coming to The North Scottsdale Dealership since 2008 and they have fixed every issue.Fortunately, the 2013 XJ I purchase here has not had issues and have enjoyed it the past eight years and just can’t give it up.Recommend both the service department and sales. The are exceptional.

We had a great experience with Jake while purchasing an Elantra. In fact, weve never had a better experience with a dealership. From sales to service to finance, it was a breeze. Their people are personable and we really felt like they were working for us during the purchase. We came in at 9:00 and were finished and pulling out of the parking lot by 11:30.We even stuck up a conversation with a couple who were purchasing a Cadillac and we both had the same sales rep. This is the biggest scam ever!! People take pictures of your motor before.I spent 10,000 dollars only to find they are Vin scammers.And when busted he offered to wait for investigations.I was blocked from registering for ownership.

I brought my 07 XK-Series in earlier this month for an issue where the dome light would stay on and drain the battery when the passenger door was open then closed. I was charged $190 for diagnostic which was fine. It’s a dealership I get it.I was told there would be collateral damage to the stereo/head unit if I decided proceed and at a minimum I’d be looking at $1200 for the head unit and there may be other issues. I have other “high end” vehicles and have never brought then to a dealer and been told they would cause collateral damage. I denied the suggested remedy and picked up the car. I then brought the jag to a audio electronic shop who fixed the issue for $124.99. ($74.99 was a diagnostic charge). I’ve had better service at jaguar of chandler. It’s a longer drive for me but they don’t try to up charge me like jaguar of Scottsdale. Be careful with this dealership.

Service appmt 1/11 at 8am because sim card doesnt respond, told that the allotted free time must have run-in just the 2 weeks the 1st owner had the car? I asked about having tcu firmwire updated from 16.2 to 19.2 and was told they wont do it (even though it can be OTA by allowing same in TOPIX) unless there is a problem. Also told I need the sim plan to update the maps- not true, I had to go online to determine that the incontrol software and SIM card werent switched over to me. I noted the jag air pressure guage I just opened is faulty-told it has no warranty so they wont swap for a working one. Why would I return to this dealer? $80k car and they cant even give me a working air gauge?Follow up: two weeks later, the manager wrote as noted but has failed to respond to me after l provided my contact information two times! My sense is that he is obligated to respond to make it look like theyre concerned. Again, its astounding to me that Ford has provided far better service in my experience than Jaguar when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Worst customer service from a high end car dealership I have experienced.I when in on Saturday afternoon to look at a Range Rover at the Jaguar Dealership there was only one sales person on the lot and sheTold me to go next door to the other building and get somebody if I wanted help.Needles to say if that the way your treated when you walk on the lot what does that tellYou about there service. Great vehicles, but I like to be sold on a car. After sitting in the F-Pace and being really impressed with it, I started walking around it and checking it out closer. After 15-20 minutes, I finally went and searched out a sale rep. Chatted with him for 15 minutes or more throwing out every buying signal I had, even asking if he could give me an estimate on my Audi for a trade. He was interested in talking, but not too interested in selling.

After working with the service manager Robert I must say they take good care of their clients. There were some hiccups with the Jaguar warranty, but Robert did a good job of explaining everything and trying to offer solutions. Overall I would recommend this service department.

I needed to replace my key fob quickly and have it programmed to my car. Thankfully, the key fob was in stock and I didnt have to wait for it to be ordered. Luckily I was also able to make a same day appointment, as it was not a busy day, (most likely due to the COVID-19 situation). My service advisor Cheryl Wolfe, is thorough and amazing! She has been my service advisor for several years and I highly recommend her for excellent service!

Revised PostingAfter the original posting and contacting the regional VP, I had a call from the NEW GM of North Scottsdale who was NOT aware of the non-transaction that took place. He was as confused as I as how this business transaction could have taken place. He did sound sincere and did want to get to the heart of this matter. In short, I was convinced this was NOT going to be the way the new GM was going to run this dealership and my wife and I came back and purchased the car. Funny thing was that middle manager between our sales woman and the GM was still a pain in the neck in finishing this transaction !Original Posting Dec 2017After negotiating a sales contract in good faith with the sales manager blessing, I wrote out a check for the deposit, as instructed by my sales person, until my money could be wired in to the company. I had the contract in front of me and when the sales person brought that agreement and my check to the sales manager, he rejected it and now wouldnt sell me the car for that price. He thought he might get a few more bucks leaving it on the street.In Penskes own words from their 2016 annual report: We offer outstanding brands in premium facilities and believe offering our customers a superior customer serviceexperience will generate repeat and referral business and will help to foster a loyal and dedicated customer base. I dropped my Jag off for diagnosis, they had it for 2 days. I was shocked when I picked it up...they did not wash it, it was really dirty because it was rained on in dirt before I dropped it off. That was a first, I was really disappointed! But, I would like to say this is my 3rd Jaguar I have bought there and have always received nothing but FABULOUS Service, I highly recommend Jaguar North Scottsdale! Dave Johnson is my salesman and is awesome, too!

Received the most excellent service from this dealership service department a few weeks ago. Made an online appointment for the next day and had several options for drop off times. When I arrived I was greeted promptly by the service team. They processed my service need and had a rental immediately available. Time spent for review of service need, drop off and rental was no longer than 20 mins. Carlos called me the next day to review in detail the service provided. I felt confident great care was taken to ensure my vehicle was in top working order. Picked up my vehicle and dropped off rental, again took no more than 15 mins. My experience with Jaguar is always amazing. I love my service advisor Mel Charles. Hes so helpful and explains everything so clearly. I also love the service from the reps when I call in to schedule service but the overall friendliness from everyone who works there. When I pull up for service, Im greeted with a smile right away and asked if I would like a bottle of water. They are talkative and you can tell everyone is happy to be there. Whenever you arrive at a Jaguar dealership for a service or to fix a problem, you always feel at home, especially if youve had the unfortunate experience of having a non-Jaguar technician try to perform any work on your car, which I had to do, but will never do again.My wife and I moved from Southern California to Arizona last year and always had our cars serviced at the Jaguar dealerships (apart from once) and have received excellent service, but the Jaguar North Scottsdale dealership is the best one weve encountered, from being greeted by a friendly porter who took us to our service adviser (Michael Wagner) and (Savannah) who took care of our transportation needs. We will be returning to this dealership for all of our service needs.

I had a flat tire, actually a blow out really cause my tire split apart while I was driving home and Mel from the Service Dept helped me with who to call to have someone come out and change that tire to a spare then I was able to drive my car into Jaguar and had both front tires replaced, he made sure everything was taken care of quickly and was available to me every time I called during this process and I appreciate that.

Lee is the best service adviser I have ever had. Been down the road with MB, BMW, Audi and Infinity; and the service at N. Scottsdale Jag is the friendliest and easiest for a busy professional such as myself. Highly recommended.
