I had the lovely experience of working with Ed and Ilan with the purchase of my vehicle. Its not a huge dealership and I understand why! They are so meticulous in the vehicles that they choose to keep on their lot. All used, but literally almost in mint condition! The car I bought is 4 years old and it looks and smells like a brand new car! They were so attentive, but NOT AT ALL pushy! I would say their customer service is second to none! Here is a car buying experience without the aggravation one must deal with at the typical car dealer. I went round to Certified Auto Imports in reply to their cars.com advertisement (the car, a 2019 Nissan Frontier, was just as advertised). They are a small used car dealership but the operation provided several benefits. First, let me say that it was an extremely low key, low pressure sales effort. I was invited to peruse the vehicle without a sales rep (or anyone) hanging over my shoulder. Nice car, low miles, extremely clean. Second, when I asked to drive the vehicle, they requested a copy of my license and then sent me off for the test drive...again without a sales rep. Third, the vehicle was missing a few items (spare tire, bed extender, SD card). These were specifically included in the contract (and all were provided within the week). I can truly recommend this facility for a pleasurable car buying experience.

I purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport a few months ago and it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had in my 50 years of buying cars. I went back today and was asking about getting extra sets of keys made. They took the time and gave me names of two people who are less expensive than going to a dealership. I highly recommend you to consider talking to them before going anywhere else. I know I will never go to a dealership again.

It was a nice experience. I like that Zoe and Karen (the people who worked there) helped me through alot. Funny moment, Karen had to drive me to my bank to get the document fees and we were looking for my ID thinking it was lost when actually I had it placed inside my phone case. It was nice of them to help me go to my bank, look for my Id, and ordered me a new carpet as well.One thing to improve on is maybe to take customers around the cars and give a little info about them. Lots to write, but will try to keep brief. Purchased a 2020 Armada from them and they took my trade in...even giving me the price I asked for with no questions asked. They stayed firm on the price of the Armada but to complete the sale they purchased brand new floor mats and an extra key. I told them I would write a review later in time, so long as the new car held up and I was reminded that they didnt MAKE the car, but SOLD the car! Which is obviously true. The experience of buying and trading in can be terrible but this was a very positive/pleasurable experience. Ill be back in a few years to trade up. Also thanks for the bagel!

I looked at a few of cars from other dealerships and ended up buying a 2014 Passat from here. Eric helped me out throughout the experience and there was no pressure to buy. He was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. There was not much room to negotiate a lower deal because it was already somewhere around 1,500 under market value, yet he still managed to throw in a few extra perks at no extra cost. We had test driven a couple of their vehicles on a sunday evening, which they stayed late to accommodate. Then decided Tuesday evening 30 minutes before their closing time that we did want one of their vehicles but, we were in Queen Creek. I waited a couple days to drive down to see this beautiful white charger that I been seeing online. She was efficient, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. The Lincoln Navigator I bought was in great condition and it still drives great! The owner is a straight forward man that went above and beyond. My car came with only one car key. After the purchase, he sent out a locksmith to get another key made with no cost. The negotiation process was typical car dealers and I was very satisfied with the results. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to look here first for a quality used vehicle!!

Edward & Co were friendly and reasonable in negotiating a price for our first van, a 2014 Honda Odyssey, and in taking a trade in of our old car. We couldnt find anything else priced comparably with as low of miles that didn’t have a salvage title. Were glad we decided to stop by before going to a traditional dealership. After we left with the van, we noticed some things we hadnt during our test drive. We contacted them about repairs and they were accommodating in making sure we were happy with our purchase.
