This is an awesome dealership! I have been a BMW owner for the last 9 years and their service Dept doesn’t compare to how well I have been treated at Scottsdale Acura! They are polite, professional and extremely efficient! Great customer service!

I was able to get an inspection appointment next-day for my 2006 Acura TL. The staff is very friendly and professional. Prices are a bit higher than what you’d find at an independent shop but the service comes with complete peace of mind knowing certified Acura techs are working on your car. No cheap parts or fluids used here. All in all, I paid $480 for a multi-point inspection, brake fluid flush and refill, and transmission fluid flush and refill.

My agent Stefan was friendly, professional, and kept me informed through the process of my car repairs. The dealership is clean and professional as well. My car is running great after the maintenance was completed.

I had the worst experience ever. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please stay away the management and sales person Don are very disrespectful.

We walked into the dealership with high expectations, and they were exceeded. We worked closely with Don Fisher, and we walked out with not one, but two new Acuras. Feeling blessed and happy, we left knowing we had made the best choice.

Dropped off our vehicle last night right before closing and Ian set us up with a loaner until our vehicle is repaired. He was very efficient and got us checked out and ready to go home in the loaner in just a matter of minutes. Thanks Ian!
