I went for a front end alignment.was fine except that it pulled to the left and the steering wheel was not straight it was slightly turn to the right. So I took it back to the mechanic and ask him if he could adjust the toe because it pulls to the left.the mechanic tells me he cant guarantee my front end alignment because my suspensions is no good. And I have bad tires. It needs bushings and tie rod ends.I told him no way youre wrong.I just had tie rod ends installed last weekend and the bushings were put in last summer. I just bought those tire 4 months ago brand spanking new.It pulls to the left. Can you adjust that? Everything else is fine. The mechanic said no he will not. So I left quite upset that he tried to work me and refused to adjust the toe on my truck.I do not recommend any mechanical services except for their tire replacement

Came here for an alignment was told the “mechanic” was going to be there at 10:00 got there 5 minutes early and was told he wasn’t going to be in until 10:20 i come back still not there, and for some reason i cant just hand the keys to anyone or make an appointment so i leave and come back in 30 min and he’s there but its a 2 hour wait time, it’s impossible to get in early because the way this business is ran is by the convenience of the mechanic who shows up randomly and no one else who works there wants to help you unless your working directly with them

I Always get the best service here, no lies.. $50 front wheel alignment.. I’ve gotten my tires changed here.. many nails in the dang tires.. the dudes do real good. And price.. always surprises me.. in a good way.. they don’t break your pocket.. don’t forget to tip them for their speedy services .

Rear brakes and a alignment done under a hour. Like, I think it was only 30 minutes. All for $140. They do other work too. Definitely go here. Or pay big time money at another ship. I was qouted $360 for my rear brakes from another auto shop. Rotors and pads and alignment for $140. Yep $140. I will always got up Amigos Tires for work on my car.

This place is very affordable. The guys are good at what they do and do provide fast service. So far got my wheel alignment done, oil changes, and change brake shoes and pads.

Another great place to go to have ur car worked on. They did my lower control arms and bushings in my car. And the price was very reasonable. Will go there again and recommend them to every one.

Went in for a wheel alignment and tire patch, waited 2 Hrs got nothing done. I had also called prior to that and they said it was fine to come in, no communication unless you approach them.

Worst experience ever came to do my Alignments done on my car and was charge for it for a week later my cars front tires were waisted !!! Which means the alignments were never DONE BUT I WAS CHARGE DO NOT COME HERE WACK MANAGEMENT AND WACK WOKERS

Solid tire shop, friendly and honest people. I went in to get two tires patched, and they let me know they didnt feel comfortable patching one of them as it needed replacing and just patching it up wouldnt be safe. They also only charged me for the tire they did patch, not for the work that went into checking the other one.Ill be recommending and using them from now on for sure

They were very quick and knowledgeable of the tires he said that he ordered them it was going to take an hour and a half to come back and hell put them on and what he told me was exactly what he said and he was very courteous very customer service oriented he answered all my questions I recommend anybody to get tires there.

They put two tires on my car and it sounded funny, so I asked them if I could bring it in to have it looked at. They were going to charge me just to take a look at them, let me know that there was no kind of guarantee on the tires and they charge 20 bucks for even just a small tire rotation. 😕

Correction Made at No Charge!..and No Arguments :)My boyfriend initially told me to switch out all for tires, back to regular tires, from 20 Rims. The request was to put the larger tires in the back. They put them on incorrectly. I coudnt tell. My boyfriend said to go back (truck driver, Never home) and have them switch it (he goes here often). They tried to charge me $20.I said, I came in last week and yall made the mistake.It was noticable at high speeds...They corrected it.Its great now! No charge! Thanks! ...They really are Amigos!

Got a set of used tires as an emergency. The place is small but has huge selection of tires. The service was okay. Was very quick and they suggested that the rear tires are good and doesnt need any replacement. They charged $5 extra to check a nail which was not too deep and the air was not leaking.

Went a different shop that sent my car here for an alignment. Picked up the car, drove it a half mile and turned around because the car is worse now than it was before. Returned to Amigo’s Tire Shop and the manager said he did align the car but it needs another part to do it properly. I asked why he didn’t call and tell anyone that because I would’ve had them do the job. He replied, “Because it’s that shop’s problem not mine.” Don’t go here.

Spoke with the gentleman on the phone told us to bring it in before 5 you would be able to have it done arrive there at 2 was explained hes not the one in charge and when they are all booked its up to the gentleman that is doing alignments so dont waste your time trying to get in if theres no need to bring it down before the time its up to the gentleman thats doing the alignment

Been coming here for years and when I first started going the owner he was super friendly and approachable would always be outside helping out the guys. The guys working outside are the same however the lady that took over the front office seems to have zero customer service skills not a hello or even a thank you for your business just “hmmm” if that. I would say the place would be much better if they got a better person at the front desk. I also see their sign in the office says the bathroom is only for girl customers... not even sure of the legality of that but definitely doesn’t make me feel any more welcome with the already poor customer service you get at the front desk. I’ve nothing bad to say about the workers though.

TL;DR - Nope.After several experiences at Amigos Tires I have decided to write a review. I came here to get my tires balanced and after leaving, the whole car was shaking worse than before I paid them to balance them. One smart mechanic guy decided to rotate my tires without asking me and then proceeds to tell me hes doing me a favour and I should tip him because of this extremely extravagant gesture. I suppose hes never heard of TMPS and how theyre registered for each individual corner of the car and what happens if you try to switch wheels around.I put the wheels back where they belong when I got home and some days later I went back to get the balance on the wheels repaired because it was terrible. My last experience with them was the final straw. When I got there there one of the technicians was extremely reluctant to re-balance the tires, giving excuses that the tires arent new, the car is front wheel drive [what that has to do with tire balancing beats me], and that I had a nail in one tire. you want me to balance AAALLLLLL FOUURRR tires?! was his response. I said yes. Another technician decided it would be best to start yelling and swearing in Spanish at me when I said I want the wheels to go where they were from and not to be rotated.Needless to say the tires are no better than before. No one at Amigos Tires knows what a torque wrench is...they impact your wheel bolts until kingdom come. I have NEVER had them balance tires correctly the first try even brand new tires [never had them install used tires]...EVER. You always have to come back and everyone makes a stink about having to correct their work because they find that inconvenient. The lady in the office is on the phone 25 hours a day and completely ignores you; shes even literally walked out of the office when I came in to ask to pay...if I had no morals I would have left right then and there.

I took my car in for a wheel alignment. The service tech wanted to inspect the front wheel suspension before starting the alignment. He proceeded with his inspection that by the way took 5 minutes tops. He then told me that I needed to replace a series of parts: 2 front shocks, 2 cv shafts and, the rack & pinion with a labor cost only of $500? I was really disappointed with his dishonest assessment. I had just replaced the rack & pinion just a few months ago that cost me $400 that included parts & labor by a reputable company. He said that they never replaced any parts? He was able to affirm that with only 5 minutes of inspection. At this point, I was not giving them my business. Shortly after, I was charged a $15 fee for the inspection, which in all fairness is reasonable however; I believe they lacked professionalism by not disclosing charges for there services up front. I would recommend going with a company that has built there brand on quality, honesty and, integrity that really pride themselves in being customer driven.

They had me in & out fast. They treated me well & were reasonably priced for a flat fix.

Called ahead to verify tire size.. as soon as I arrived they were ready to get to work. I planned on replacing one tire but they were vigilant and noticed that another tire was split, so two tires got replaced and all four got balanced & rotated in under 15 mins. Great experience!!

These mechanic technician will work with you. I take my 2014 Nissan Maxima SV every time I need service has done such as an oil change. Super affordable all you got to do is bring parts and pay for labor which again is super affordable

Ive used this place 3 times now first one being on my dodge charger TWICE and my nissan versa once. First time taking the charger came out worse than before with steering wheel angled to the left still so I decided to take it back for a follow up since I was charged 80.00. The Guy simply lifted up the car without connecting the actual sensors this time and eye balled the alignment since he seemed bothered i had returned for some corrections. Even then the alignment still ended up more to the right this time. Giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking it could just be my charger, I decided to take my nissan this time and SAME OUTCOME. have not been able to take it in for the 2nd time but at this time i can pretty much rule out that they need to get rid of that ONE GUY that does the alignment. Not a regular costumer bashing anybody, I actually hold certification on VALVOLINE, FORD MOTORS & AAA. You would think he would come to near perfection having thousands of dollars worth of equipment onsite .

The mechanic are not honest . I brought a break pads to put in my car .I discovered that the pad wasnt bad but still put it after let me know about it .# He could let me know of the router and I will get refund for pads and fix the router.I am disappointed.

As a business owner it is a pleasure doing business with these gentlemen. They are a little light on the English but they do a quick, reasonably priced job. I do a lot of business here for rims and tires. The larger establishments just dont have the sense of urgency and quality.

Went to get a tire for my car, they came right out asked what I was looking for, gave me a price and went down on the price also searched thru a stack of tires to find me the best one then even found me a matching one somewhere else in the shop so I had two matching ones! excellent customer service excellent work!! I work on cars just dont have a tire machine and send all my customers here for tires!! if you need tires used or new this is the place!

Drove straight before coming . go to jacks or network

Not only did she give me a great price on the tires but by they stayed open past closing time on a friday just to help me out. Horrible service the tire starting shredding 5 hours after having on my car the one I had switched out would of been safer to drive on and they charged 30 bucks for it without even putting the rim and tire back on my car for me. The only time I will ever go back to that place is to get my 30 dollars and give them their s*** tire back
