Ive taken my car here several times for various repairs and oil/fluid changes. The employees are always friendly and professional. I feel that the prices are more than fair for the work and the mechanics are honest people.I had an issue with a part that goes to my tire and they told me while they could fix it, it would cost much more than a tire repair shop. They gave me the address and number of another place to fix my tire part and even called that place to make sure they could help me out making the repair that day. They have told me on more than one occasion that I dont really need an expensive repair, but they make sure that I stay safe and take care of the real stuff. Went in because my air conditioning wasnt blowing as cold and air flow through the vents wasnt as strong as it should be, Kyle diagnosed it right away with great attitude and service especially with the heat we deal with in AZ. Also got an oil change and noticed a stripped bolt that walmart used loctite to get to seal instead of actually fixing it and he fixed it no problem. I will definitely keep coming back.

Honestly, with me being a FEMALE most mechanical shops tend to take advantage because of the possibility of the lack of knowledge on vehicles with some of us women, but NOT at Bays Auto they really are the only repair shop in town that will ever get to work on any of my vehicles. They transformed my car back to showroom state and made some repairs at a very reasonable rate. I appreciate the honesty and the friendly and helpful attitude of Kevin.

Kyle is a very personable front end coordinator and the place is very clean and modern. I took my car in for front end noise and they replaced an engine mount. It did not solve the noise and when I went back in to confront them, Kyle didn’t offer any solutions to fix the problem. I asked about the cost/labor for such an easy job. He told me a $110 markup on parts is cheap and it took them 3.5 hrs to replace the mount that could’ve been changed in 10min. I read reviews before I went there and I wish I would’ve believed the negative reviews. I lost $500 and still have the same problem I did when I went in. I won’t be back.

I called Bays auto and spoke with Kyle about an issue I was having with my car brakes and not being able to remove a brake caliper bolt. Kyle advised that he was glad to help me at my home. Kyle and chad came to my house and helped me remove the bolt behind the caliper and I was able to finish my brakes. I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism that both gentlemen showed. Update 10/2020: I originally went here because of a cylinder 3 misfire. And they did fix that. He also said my spark plug wires need to be changed (even though they were just changed a few months prior with my tune up). I agreed to pay to have this shop replace the spark plug wires. 2 months later my check engine light is back on and now it says cylinder 2 misfire. I take it back and they said the wires were loose and he secured them for me. In reality all he did was clear the check engine light because I drove away sputtering. I go get a second opinion and my cylinder 2 spark plug wire was torn/broken. (The same wire this shop replaced in August). I am grateful they fix the original problem but they caused additional problems to keep me coming back and spending money. I feel completely lied to and taken advantage of, I spent $500!!The owner is knowledgeable but his staff is not. When I was there 2 weeks ago, a mechanic came and asked the owner what type of antifreeze belongings in the car hes working on. Aka the mechanic didnt know!!! During that same visit an older women was picking up her car and the owner asked is it running better, is the air cold? Your total is $715.00 Women beware!! You will be overcharged or given more problems than when you started. Not a trust worthy shop at all!!!08/2020: I had a great experience at Bays Complete Auto. They did work on both my 2013 camaro and 2006 chevy 3500. They gave me a really deal on parts for my diesel even though theyre not primarily a diesel shop. Even with kyle having personal stuff going on he still took care of me professionally.

So I went for a quick oil change, using their drive thru bay as they are close to my home, and did not have time to drive to the dealer I always use. Have to say, it was super quick and the staff was friendly, courteous, and polite.As I am aware of my vehicle, and surrounding, I noticed oil puddles underneath my vehicle over three days. I scheduled an appointment with my dealer and they inspected my vehicle.As they dealership had it up on the rack, the technician was able to manipulate the drain plug without any tools. Bays forgot to tighten the oil pan drain plug bolt!If this happened to anyone else, they might ran out of oil and sustained severe engine failure!Very unhappy with my first visit!

This auto shop has been consistent with me. Its consistently flaky and unresponsive. They dont want my business. Why? Two separate events with the same theme. A month ago I scheduled a vehicle inspection for a car I was looking to buy. The seller was gracious enough to accommodate the inspection. We arrived at the time of appointment only to be told that they made a mistake and the mechanic is on his lunch break. The owner brought in lunch.... and you have to wait 1 hour. How am I supposed to do that? After much negotiation and since I had no option, we waited for 30 minutes and their mechanic swiftly and half heartedly did the inspection. and of course... no apology. I thought it was human error. It happens. I will give them another chance. Yesterday I called to schedule the work on my newly purchased truck and oil service on my land rover. The operator told me he will call me back. After not hearing back for 3 hours I called him again. Again he told me he will get on his computer and call me before the end of the day. No call. So I called today and told him I would like to cancel the appointment for the truck and that I am no interested in doing the maintenance on my Range. I asked the same operator to have the manager call me. Im not holding my breath.

My wife crashed her car and I brought it here. The referral was amazing and got the frame straitened, but still needed fixing the exterior. They literally applied the wrong parts and those literally fell off the car as I was driving down the highway the next morning! Very professional staff were able to quickly diagnose and fix a long standing fuel injection issue that has been causing engine power sputtering that several other shops including the dealer were not able to find or fix; it ended up being a frayed electrical wire between the coil and a sparkplug that needed to be replaced for a minimal fee. This is not your typical mechanic. They offer free 35 point inspections, and are extremely honest with what needs to be attended to, starting with top priority. My husband and I didnt realize just how bad our breaks were, turns out, had we drove just ten more miles, we would have had a much more costly repair, the caliber! This is our only car, we just bought it from a private owner a month prior, and my husband uses it to get to far distance for work, every day. So in other words, its our LIFE LINE. These guys were more concerned about our safety more than another buck in the pocket. They went above and beyond to ensure that we made it home safely, since we had to unexpectedly leave it over night, then went even further than that to ensure we had the right size rotors, since apparently the person who owned it before, had the wrong size on there. In addition, they really truly gave us the best price they could, and I know this for a fact, due to I called around to SEVERAL places, and everyone else was going to charge more than twice the amount these guys charged us. They are a small ma & pa shop, and they truly care about people. Not only do I recommend these guys over any other mechanic I have ever come in contact with, but you can bet I will be going back for routine maintenance and anything else that may come up. When it comes to car repairs, for most women its a pretty scare thing. You are not sure if you are getting a honest deal or what. Recently I was in an accident and my car was considered totalled. Everywhere I went, I was told it would be between $3,000 and $4,500 to get it fix and the parts were hard to find. I went to Bay and the gentleman took the time to give me a list of websites where I could get the parts. He even told me to save money, I could look on YouTube how to fix my own car. I was floored that someone would be so honest and helpful. The whole time, he was offering other suggestions as to how I could shop for a better price on insurance through a broker. Unlike many service stations these guys put a capital S in Service. Not only are they great diagnosticians (they fix what needs fixing) their charges are based on their time and parts. (Not some time dictate by a book). Integrity and excellence are my keywords for them!

I was looking for an alignment shop nearby. I typically go to Network Alignment, where I have always had an excellent experience, but since it was a last minute before needing to go out of town, I decided to try somewhere else for a shorter wait time.When I first called in, I must say, Dean was great on the phone. Excellent customer service skills, very kind, very polite -- a very nice person. Dean and I discussed dropping my vehicle off later on in the day. He asked I give him a call in a few hours to make sure they had time to work on the vehicle. I called back in a few hours and made sure we still had time to drop off the vehicle. Everything was great.I mentioned to Dean I had the vehicle aligned one week prior, after having a top strut mount replaced. The strut mount didnt solve the clunking issue, so I ended up having two new complete strut assemblies installed and hence needed to get the front aligned again. We discussed that I only needed a front end / 2 wheel alignment done. I knew the rear wheels were already aligned properly as I had the alignment spec sheet.Dean called me back a few hours later and told me the vehicle was ready. I asked if his technician took it for a test drive. He said yes. I specifically asked him if it pulled, or if the steering wheel was crooked. He said everything was good and it was ready to go.Upon picking up the vehicle, I was told it needed a 4 wheel alignment, versus just 2 wheel. I told him that was not correct as I handed him the previous alignment sheet when I dropped off the vehicle. I asked to see a print out of the alignment sheet so I could compare the numbers. He told me they did not provide alignment sheet print outs in year and no one ever asked for one. I told him every alignment shop Ive ever been to provided a before/after print out. I asked if I could speak to his technician that worked on the vehicle. I spoke to the technician and asked if I could take a screenshot of the alignment machine screen on my phone to compare the results. He told me they did not save the results.I ended up paying for the alignment any ways and left their shop. First drive down 7th street and the vehicle pulled to the left and the steering wheel was crooked. I called in and spoke to Dean. He told me if there were pulling issues, I need a new set of tires. I told him I just got new tires two weeks before. I know how these situations go. I chose to take care of the issues elsewhere.Needless to say I took the vehicle to Network Alignment and the issues were resolved. I have no doubt Bays is a nice looking shop and Dean genuinely seemed like a nice guy, but I will not be returning for alignment work any time soon.

I’ve been using Bays for my auto repairs for close to 2 years. I’ve finally found an auto shop that I can trust and feel comfortable going to. I completely trust any recommendation Troy or Dean make regarding my vehicle and any work that needs to be done. If you’re looking for an honest and friendly auto shop, look no further than Bays.

I have a new friend in the Auto Repair business. We were planning another out of state trip and chose to try Bays Complete Auto Repair to get an oil change which comes with a safety check. I had felt a little give in the suspension of the wifes van on the way there and sure enough motor mounts had gone out since the last amount of significant work was done on the van over a year ago. Troy and his crew took great care of us and our trip went without a hitch. Toyota Sienna 160,000 miles and still going.

Just moved in the area and have had my eye on trying this shop out. I went in for an oil change and was literally out in 8 minutes and all of the staff was very professional and friendly. Definitely will be back!

Bays does a great job love coming here for any repairs or basic maintenance the oil change is quick and easy I get to stay in my car the whole time and I’m in and out in 10 mins great place and a great staff as well

Update July 2020: it’s Now been 8 years of taking my cars here. I am still overly pleased with the customer service and integrity they Provide to customers.———————————————————-I have been taking my car to Bays for the last 3 years. Everyone that I have worked with in Bays has been very helpful. They always explain to me the parts that need immediate attention and the parts that will need attention (with a time frame of when I may need them). They are always patient with all of my questions and knowledgeable with the answers. My car has a lot of miles on it and I have had to replace brakes, motor mounts, spark plugs, fluids and routine oil changes. They have replaced all of this and I have noticed a huge difference in the way my car drives. My friends who drive my car even tell me its driving better.

Very pleased. Took a vehicle into have checked out when experiencing issues with it. The guys Bays checked it out and recommended a very inexpensive way to repair what was needed. and explained what we could wait to have done. Honest, nice guys.

By far this is the Best Repair shop in town I have an Acura TL that has been having some issues with my engine and V-Tec sensor and a couple of other internal issues with my valves. Ive went to several other repair shops before, and at Bays Auto I must say this is definitely the friendliest and best shop in town. After they completed the work to my vehicle they had asked me if I wanted to get a detail done with a paint correction and ceramic car coating to protect my clear-coat layer. I have gotten details done many times and LET ME TELL YOU! This is totally worth it I had never seen such great and fantastic work done before between there auto repair and detailing this place is unbeatable!!! Keep up the great work that you all do and I shall see you soon for my next oil change and reload spray for my ceramic coating.

Troy and Dean are amazing to work with! Without in-depth knowledge of auto repair its easy to worry that you are being taken advantage of and being told you need services you dont actually need. There are no concerns with this here and they will always tell you your best option, even if it means less money for them. They truly do look our for their customers and are very trustworthy.

I have been going to the dealer for my oil changes for years and decided to try Bays Complete Auto Repair because a friend of mine recommended them to me. My expectations were exceeded. This place has changed......for the worse. My wife and I had been going here for years. Dean was FAIR AND HONEST! Always. This new owner (?) Has no time for customers. This kid (I have a degree and am educated) who works the front tried to blatantly scam my wife and charge her $650 for a transmission filter kit. This bright little fella must have forgotten my wifes car has an Fing MANUAL TRANS! Then, he wanted to charge her for work that was already done.We will never be going here again! If you do, be watchful of price gauging and false repairs. These folks need to be investigated.

Completely ripped off. Charged for things I never accepted to buy. Who charges $100 for a gallon of coolant when I specifically said I just put a brand new gallon of coolant in my car. Good people, but bad experience. Stop ripping people off. There is an autozone right next store. I told you I bought coolant. Still got ripped off. Bad business.

I have found that it has been very difficult to find an auto repair shop that you can trust. It took nearly 30 years to find one that I can trust like that of Bays Complete Auto Repair. I have been going there for a few years now. They are always courteous and explain exactly what to expect in servicing my vehicles. I have recommended several family members and friends to this business over the years and have not heard anything negative from their experience at Bays Complete Auto Repair. I have always been told hire an old attorney, a young doctor, and a mechanic you can trust. Bays has established itself as the latter of those. I recommend them for any and all of your auto repair needs. I have never had a bad experience. In addition, they have a nice relaxing area, air conditioned might I add, to wait while your vehicle is being serviced.

Staff is friendly and honest. Had the best experience. Staff is patient and kind. They have a customer for life.

DEAN 1000% CUSTOMER SERVICE . My car turned out to be a total loss but ... Dean just made you feel like a person not a number. Suggestion of other options. SUPER HELPFUL. REALLY WANT TO MAKE SURE DEAN GETS RECOGNIZED FOR MAKING THAT PLACE AMAZING.
