Usually there is an extremely long wait. Doesnt matter if you have an appointment youll be waiting. Today I waited about an hour to get 2 tires checked out. Luis got everything taken care of fairly quickly. He showed me the damage to my tire and got the warranty to cover most of the cost for a new tire. Overall good experience.
Worst place EVER! I made an appointment for an oil change. Showed up and they said 1-2 hours. BUT, it took 4 hours. They had no concern for their customers or quality of work. There was a whole lobby of upset people with worse situations than mine. One guy got the wrong tires put on his car. Another lady waited 6 hours only to find out that they didn’t even change her tires. DO NOT GO HERE! The service is terrible and I’m worried about the quality of work they did. Hopefully my oil was changed???
We switched thinking we would have better service. WRONG!! Big O tires did not have our ready the same day as promised. They even called to ask if we were picking up as it was almost closing time. We arrive and they said it would be an hour wait. Okay! Were already here so well wait we said. After 45 minutes they said they didnt have 2 tires. We left the truck overnight promised it would be ready at 8am. We had also brought in 3 extra rim & tire that we wanted to salvage 3 that were going to be taken off and put on those 3 we brought in. I gave special instructions and repeated several times. We lost the tires we wanted to Salvage for spares. FIRST AND LAST TIME I COME TO THIS PLACE!!
If you want cheap quality tires, and bad service then this is the place for you. The manager Terrance should definitely not be running this place. Worst customer service, and not even going by the warranty. Dont waste your time on this place worst decision Ive ever made!!
Service is good. Nice environment. Best to go middle of week in the morning if you want the fastest turnaround time.
Yesterday was my very first visit for oil change. The job was completed within an hour, but I noticed a leak after arriving home, and went back immediately to get it fixed. Both the tech and his boss looked at it immediately upon my arrival, communicated every details about what they are doing, and they completed the job again within 10-15 minutes. Human errors are possible, but their willingness to quickly resolve problems is commendable.
Horrible experience never go to this big girl management charged me $300 for an oil change and alignment and a tire and they didn’t even put on the tire do the alignment they will need the oil change then proceeded to have me pay and walk out of the store getting my car drive down the road and realize nothing had been done I take my car back and then they proceeded to tell me that there’s more wrong with it and that they can’t release the car to me. Manager then proceeds to argue with me horrible horrible horrible store
Too bad I cant put zero stars because that is what this location deserves. They will tell you to trust them, they will tell you that they are transparent, they will tell you that they can do alignments which discount tire cannot do, they will tell you that you should do your oil changes there instead of at your dealer, they will tell you a lot but as soon as anything goes wrong, they will tell you it is your fault for whatever reason. I gave this location a change and one year later I regret it. I will never use ANY Big O Tire location in the future and my business will be going 100% to any Discount Tire location. I suggest you evaluate any deal you get from any Big O Tire and decide if saving $50 today is worth the stress in the future. You get what you pay for.
(Update)09/15 I came in again for the 3rd time this week because in reality they did not rotate and or fix my tire. I asked the guy the day before (09/14) if they rotated and patched my tire and he said yes. I was lied to because the light went off in my car and today I came in and the guy that patched my tire showed me the nail that was in there. So they just let me drive my car without doing anything. Very unprofessionalI brought in my car 2 separate times the first (09/13)time they said it would take 2 hours and 4 hours passed and they still havent worked on my car. The second time I came to rotate my tires and have them look at the right rear tire and they said it would take a few hours. They never reached out to at least let me know that they wont be able to finish that day or something. I use my car for work and thats something that I NEED to know. They could of at least added air to the tires that needed it. Also no one had masks on.
Great customer service. I always bring my vehicles here for routine maintenance. Always a fair price and they usually have a shuttle that can take you home if you live in the neighborhood.
The new standard of service for all industries clean, great working vehicle, fresh fruit and water bottles tv in waiting area courtesy shuttle. Literally shocked at how professional and polite these employees were…. What’s a discount tire?
Honestly is a big thing for me. So when I make an appointment at 10:30 I want my car to be looked at around that time maybe a grace period of 1/2 an hour but you telling me my car is next at 12 then at 2 pm tell me my tire is not even in the shop is not ok. I am a diabetic I had to leave to get something to eat and came back and still waiting. 10:30- 2:55 still here.
Went in for an oil change. I made an appointment for 9am. They implied it might take around an hour so I said I would wait. After three hours my car hasn’t even been moved to the garage. This was a complete waste of my time. Go to Cobblestone instead for this kind of thing.
Worst experience ever. They sold me some new tires at an inflated price. Four days after getting them, two blew out on the way back from Mexico. I got the road hazard coverage, but they never showed up to help me out. In fact, they called the next morning at 4am to see if I still needed help. Which, of course, I didnt. I was helped by an elderly couple passing by. I went to get my tires replaced because, you know, warranty. They had the nerve to charge me 79 dollars to mount ONE freaking tire. If you refuse it, it voids your warranty. They are thieves and should not be in business. If you can avoid going to Big O Tires on Baseline and 7th Street, definitely do so.
I have been coming to this store on and off for 6 years. Sometimes the wait can be long, but they are always pleasant and helpful. Today especially! I got a flat tire on The 60 and Dobson. When I got back on the road it was 5:48p. I called Discount Tire and their phones were already rolling over to voicemail. I called Big Os and spoke to Terrence. I told him my I’d could reach there by 6pm and he said come on down. Travis assisted me and I not only had a tire that could not be repaired, it was time for a new set. I know with the amount I drive and locations it was time. This came at the worst financial time. While Eric worked on my tires and stayed late to do so, I applied for the 90 days same as cash. All three of these guys we friendly and helpful. Because they stayed late, I am able to go to work at 6:45a rather spend the morning dealing with this and missing out on pay. Thanks guys for staying late. You are appreciated!
Stopped by for air. Very good customer service! Took the time out of a very busy day to give me a hand. The technician was friendly and curtiois!
Had an appointment and staff was standing around Had me wait for about 2 hours then I asked how much time it would take guy answered very rude “we have a lot of cars” all I asked was for a time frame. Absolutely rude staff and if they have a lot of work what are you doing standing around chit chatting.
Made a appointment for 10am the evening prior for 2 tires and sat for an hour and a half waiting the day of. Car still hadnt been touched! This place is a JOKE, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Unless you enjoy dealing with incompetent management I would advise you stay away from this place. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.
Good experience trusted local business I will be coming back
Lets start off by saying that my car my truck my 2002 trailblazer has been at that location at 7th Street and baseline for the last two and a half months I am still waiting for it to be properly taken care of I will and I want to say more but Im going to wait come back next week on this site and I will have provide you with pictures and all the info on whats going on with my car its not a good site
They were helpful, but nobody can find the Toyo tires I need...say they on back order
**If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD! **My husband and I took our car to this location in December 2020.The employees were very helpful at first. We bought 4 brands new tires for our vehicle and had them installed.I was told the car would be ready at 4pm. I went up there around 5pm and the car wasnt ready. While we were waiting for the car, one of the employees dropped the new rim on the ground and now its scratched. I waited until 8pm to get my car.. My husband spoke with a manager and didnt get a resolution. The next morning we went out to our car and the back tire had lost air. My husband put air in it and drove it back to the store. They said the valve stem was installed incorrectly. So they corrected their error. The next day the same tire was all the way flat. I called the store and they told me to get a tow to their shop. I refused because it wasnt our fault. They called a tow truck and we waited about 3 hours for them to show up. We went to the shop to get the car the next day, the manager was really rude to me, until my husband walked into the door. He explained the issue with the tire. And we left with our car. My husband missed 2 days of work dealing with these issues. I called corporate and I have NOT gotten a return call. Please be careful if you are going to choose this location.*We checked another location and the manager said they sold him the wrong brand of tires for his vehicle. now were stuck with these tires that do not belong on his vehicle plus any warranty work.. I have to visit this location which is not fair..
I have been waiting for over 3 and a half hours for an oil change. Guess its getting better, last time it was 5 hours. I will not be coming here again.
Customer service was excellent. All questions were answered well and I left a happy customer. Would recommended them. 7th St. and baseline.
Waited almost two hours for simple oil change. They brought the car in after an hour I checked in. Unbellivable. One thing for sure is that I am not going to come back this business ever again.
Horrible Business.Bought 4 new tires with Warranty since then have been to Big O tires 8 times to get new tires with warranty to be charged every time. If I could give no Stars I would. Terrance is a great Sales man and pry should learn the tires they sell are junk along with warranties before selling people dangerous tires.
Of recent, the quality has been going down. Tires are good there and people are friendly. Communication is scanty and you have to pry information out of them.
DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I should’ve read the reviews before taking car to this shop. They said they could do an alignment would take a short wait, the short wait was 6 hours and they didn’t get to my car. I had to call them because it was getting close to closing, that’s when they told me to pick up my car and that they could get to it today! Extremely annoying. I had the time earlier to take my car somewhere else if they had been honest and upfront!
Shop was super busy, yet my truck was on lift for alignment in just a few minutes. Everyone was nice and seemed knowledgeable. Alignment was super fast! Ive only driven a couple miles but so far it seems to be driving straight.
Travis was very helpful and full of knowledge. It was a great experience and I would recommend this place to all family and friends.
Very friendly, prompt, and professional. They are far better then the big O Im San TanI want to change my opinion of this store. Lets start with my experience. Last Friday I had a flat on the way to work. I changed the tire and took the tire to the store since I bought the tires from a Big O store. They call me up stating the tire is unrepairable (which it was repairable) I told them to take care of it since I have warranty on the tires. They tell me I have to call the store in San Tan and tell them to call this store. Im pretty sure that should be their job. Then I go to pick the tire up, they charge me $43 to replace warranty tire. They charge me $24 for labor. They charged me for a tpsm rebuild kit, (which they didnt do nor did it need fixed), they charged me for nitrogen(didnt have it before why would they put it in there). The manager was very rude and standoffish acting like they are the only place to get tires.
My first time buying tires from this place in 2017. I come back to buy new tires in 2021 and i had the worst customer service ever. I come in about 11:30am, they tell me the job will be done in 3 hours. I call them at 3:30pm and they gave me another time frame which is an hour. I get a ride to the shop at 5:30pm and they havent even started on my truck and now i have too wait another 1 and 30 minutes. Their excuse was “sorry, we got backed up”. They completely wasted my time since i had appointments starting at 4pm which i had to cancel because of them promising and not delivering. I always loved doing business with them but after today i will be taking my business else where. In addition they add other stuff to your invoice without your consent.
This place is a joke!!! No parking not very helpful will never go there again!!!
Terrence and his crew made it happen good job.
It took 5 hours to do 4 new tires and alignment.
Not only do they take forever (over an hour with an appointment) they overfilled my car with oil, so I had to come back in. They dont enforce masks for employees, let alone customers. They say its against the law, despite there being a mask mandate.Edit to add: I did file a complaint through the Big O website. We spoke on the phone. Dont you remember? You said the other customer had forgotten her mask in her car and you wouldnt have turned her away, I suggested ways of handling customers without masks, like over the phone, and you really didnt seem to be listening. Remember? You even mentioned this was a franchise, so corporate didnt make you obey the mask mandates.
Very good service and fast.
I will never come back to this place! They take forever and there is never any parking. Also, they replaced a tire which BTW I had warranty on and still had to pay for it, and they gave me the wrong size so then I had to go back in and wait forever for them to put the right size on. I will definitely be going to discount from now on!
Had a blow out close to them. Gave a good deal on a tire. I just didnt like waiting over 4 1/2 to fix.
I had a good experience at this shop today, and the staff was very accommodating about the issue i was having. The mechanic even stayed overtime so I could have my vehicle ready ASAP. I will definitely become a customer at this shop for regular maintenance of my vehicle! Thank you! ❤🤗
Please don’t come here unless you don’t have anything else to do. I got here at 8:50a and didn’t leave until 12:51p. The guy told me it was gonna take an hour to an hour and half. Took me nearly 4 hours
Waited more than two hours. Needs improvement
Waited for 5 hours for an oil change and wasn’t the only person that day that waited that long. At least 3 other people waited for that long or longer that day. I asked for an estimate on how long it was going to be and they didn’t really give me a straight answer so I couldn’t figure out if I should just come back. If you want a place that can do an oil change for a decent time, don’t go here.
I am a 51 yr old female who took my car in due to what I thought was the front end needing repaired. I also asked brakes to be inspected as they were starting to squeak. Upon their inspection which took 6 hours I was told that I had a oil leak that was causing damage to all the parts that oil had gotten on. but nothing was noted on the brakes. The tech said there was probably oil on them but they were fine. But this was not on the inspection sheet they gave me. $3000.00 was the estimate I was given. My family friend said that he didn’t believe it sounded correct.I took car in to another shop. The oil leak was fixed along with oil change. $140.00 was repair cost. I took in the sheet from Big O and they laughed. Literally laughed out loud. Nothing else was wrong with front end. Gasket was replaced oil change done. But the brakes need work this is so completely different the Big O repair estimate. I would have wasted 3000$ which is my savings as I’m laid off due to the covid19. I’m very disappointed and will never take my car back. You should be ashamed. Brakes I’m sure where never looked at as there was an issue with them. Text they said they were fine. The tech even said they were safe. Wrong again big O
When I called to book the appointment and then when I dropped off my car, I was told my car would be ready in 2 hours. When I came back in 2 hours it ended up being 45 more minutes. This place should give more accurate time frames.
They didnt do the job they said they would. I left my vehicle over the weekend so they could work on it. Nothing done as of today.
If I could give this place half a star I would. My grandmother took her car in for her brakes in November of 2019. They where squeaking. Not a lot but where you could tell they needed attention. I dropped the car off at 7am and picked it up before they closed and paid over $1,000 for the brakes. When I left, as I was driving it sounded like the brakes where grinding a noise they did not make before. Before they had just squeaked. I called Big O Tires and told them about the grinding noise and was told it would make that noise for a few days and I told them I had never heard of that before. A few weeks later it was still making that grinding noise but even worse and constantly. My grandmother took the car back to have it checked out and was told nothing was wrong with the brakes. In January I took the car back to have the brakes checked yet again for the grinding noise and was told again it was nothing. Every person that got into the car asked why where the brakes making the grinding noise when we had them fixed. In March I called Big O Tires and asked to speak with manager and explained to him what was going on with the brakes he told me to bring in the car. That week I took the car in and they had the car there all day. When I went to pick it up he tells me that the grinding noise it not from the brakes but from some other stuff going on with the car, he gives me a list of work the car needs close to $3,000 worth of work. Come July the brakes are still grinding I take the car to two different places and have it looked at and get invoices and what do you know it’s the brakes. Finally I take it to the dealership and have them look at it and they tell me the same thing. I just have them end up fixing and the grinding stops, there is no noise. I go back to Big O Tires and speak with the manager and he tells me that there was nothing wrong with the brakes that the dealership did not need to change the brakes that they probably just tweaked something and it stopped it. I told him I brought the car back to you three different times and you couldn’t fix the problem. I went to different places and got invoices and they all say it’s the brakes. Worst experience ever. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
They are unprofessional I sent over $2,000 for my Vehicle to be done right. I had other problems to my vehicle and What my oil pan still Leaking
Great service! Always busy. Parking can be a problem, though.
The customer service is completely low quality, they do not acknowledge corporate specials and then make you pay upward of $600 for mediocre tires. I scheduled and appointment because of the Labor Day sale Buy 3, get one free. Online the price came to $250. When I get there it $476. I don’t understand what they did. I clearly should have gone to my regular tire place. The salesman was SUPER pushy, not to mention rude. I promise I won’t pay nearly $475 for rude people and lackluster customer service. I didn’t even get the special that I came there for! I will NEVER return and will NEVER recommend them to anyone.Challenging there management for my refund!
I have been a Big O customer for more than 8 years. I generally have no complaints regarding vehicle or customer service. This was not the case in regards to my last visit.Since my vehicle was running hot, we took it in for service/repair. The vehicle was assessed and I authorized the repair. Within 10 minutes, I called the tech back to let him know that I had an extended warranty on my vehicle and wanted to use it. He wanted me to call the warranty company but I told him that that was generally the job of the repair shop. I spoke to him later that day and he told me he had called and that the copy would be getting back to him.Much to my surprise on Sunday, the following day, I received a call from BigO saying my vehicle was finished. I asked about my warranty and he repeated the same regarding the email. I called back on Monday only to find that this person was not working on that day. I had to give all of the information to another gentleman who in fact filed a claim on November 2. The claim was denied because of no prior authorization. The warranty company adhered to its policy. The manager spoke to them but at the end of the day, I paid over $800 when the water pump and labor, the bulk of the bill was covered by the warranty.I have been working with the warranty company to use the emergency clause (company closed at time request was being made) but staff at Big O will not cooperate by supplying an invoice dated the day car was brought in.I have requested invoice twice verbally and once through email. I have also made two complaints to corporate because the owner/franchisee failed to contact me.I am very disappointed in all of this but I will not rest until this issue is resolved.
Fasr service. Nice service
They had me waiting for over 3 hours and then after letting me know I was next an hour after told me there was 1 more customer ahead of me, so I told them to give me my keys and I left.
Came in last minute to get breaks and rotors and an oil change. And was help as soon as i got their. Amazing staff, Thanks Big O Tires staff you guys went above and beyond for me today!
I took my car for a full service, when I went to pickup my car, I noticed that they forgot to rotate my tires. Also they always leave my car dirty with grease inside.
Great car service, but need to inform customers about delays during the service
Went to purchase 4 set if tires and sales said he would include alignment for free if I purchased, so I agreed at the time of paying he said it would cost me extra ..
This place is terrible. Called the day before and set a 9am appointment for an Oil change and an alignment. It took almost 10 hrs! Called around the 5 hr mark and was told “45 more mins” called again an hr and a half later and was told the delay was for “parts that needed to be ordered” confused as to what parts I asked and the person on the phone stumbled and said “uuhh oil, we ran out of oil” I’m sure that was BS. This place closes at 6pm so decided to just come in. It is currently 6pm and my truck is still not done. I paid for yearly alignment on a previous visit, they can keep my money because I will never be returning. Maybe they did run out of oil..either way terrible management. Also looking over their “courtesy check list” the technician suggested my spark plugs be changed...it’s a diesel, it doesn’t have plugs. Idiots.
The first time I waited an hour for my oil change(by appointment). They offered me a discount because I didnt get my oil change. Then when I came back I waited 2 hours on an appointment and still no oil change. Just how many hours does it take to get an oil change with an appointment?
Every one there so helpful and listens to you about your problem. Even if you are a girl.
Today was my second time I used Big O Tires on Baseline. The last time I had an oil change and tire rotation and it took 3.5 hours. Today I got there before 7:00am and I was the second person waiting. Again I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. I also told Terrence that I have a slow leak on the passenger rear tire. My final request was for the technician to put my new hub caps on since someone had stolen two of mine. Well after about 2 hours, Terrence showed me a proposal for over $5,000 of items my car needed to have repaired. I did 2 of the items and it took another 1.5 hours to complete that. In the meantime, most of the customers that came after me, came and left. I don’t understand why it always seems that I am waiting the longest. I used Big o Tires on Hunt Highway in San Tan Valley and I never had to wait that long.Well after I completed the transaction and went to my car, guess what? No new hubcaps on my car. Terrence told me to bring the car around again, but by then I was so frustrated that I told him to forget it. I didn’t see any mention of the slow leak on my tire, so I have no idea if it was checked. I guess I find out in a few days when my tire pressure light goes on. This location is very convenient for me, but I am seriously considering finding a new location.
They were FLIPPING AWESOME 👌🏿👍🏿💯✊🏿!I WAS REFERRED BY A FRIEND, SO HERES MY REFERRAL...No if they can purchase that lot next door to create more space! It would expand their business. Otherwise they were great! But thats my opinion, youll have to get your own opinion space..#3thousand seems to be my numberThx Google
Slow af. Guys who work there didnt have their mask on, so unsafe af. Customers in the waiting room didnt have their mask on. I was there for 15 minutes and I didnt feel comfortable at all. Plus it was a slow Thursday morning at 7:15 am and they told me it would take an hour and a half to mount and balance 2 rear tires on my vette. I can go to the janky green ugly tire shop on 7th ave and Southern and get 4 tires mounted in the time I sat in their waiting room. Bro stop moping and move with some purpose! People have other things to do. It was like a total of 7 guys working and only 2 customers and we were still just sitting there waiting lol
Very long waiting times. Courteous and friendly staff.
Bro get if you can get the keys back do it right now. This place is not good man. If you wan to wait 4 hrs for the car to not even hit the bay this is the place for you. Go to discount right down the block they price match and actually work on the car like idk a tire shop or something.
CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. PRICE WAS EVEN BETTER.TERANCE. THE MANAGER WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH..THEY HAVE MY BUSINESS FOR OIL CHANGES ON MY 4 CARS
Disgusting service, I made an appointment for an oil change and waited over two hours.
This is a place that gives 150%, they charge 150% of their quotes and keep you for an extra two hours on a three hour job.
I love Big O Tire they gave me all the information they help me a lot. So I give them 5 star🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The price was more than advertised and the excuse I received was bogus but I researched and found I was charged fair for the oil change. The extra features and care they gave was really great!
If I could post no stars I would this place is a joke! Long story short they damage your car it comes out worst unprofessional over priced they dont know what theyre doing dont come here theyre disrespectful dont waste your time
I went in for an oil change and spark plugs on my Toyota Tundra. I ended up deciding to do my spark plugs myself and let them handle the oil change. I bought my plugs and went home to install them. I went to open the hood and found the latch that opens it was broken and the connecting. I’ve had issues before that I let slide like forgetting to reset my check engine light after service or not addressing a tpms after I asked them to. but now I’m completely fed up with the poor level of Service. They are nice to talk to but I simply don’t trust them to work on any of my vehicles for anything. I’ve already left a complaint at corporate. If the owner tony or whatever wants me to contact him, save it. Go call corporate and reference case number 493232.
I called up last minute yesterday looking new tires and rims. Terrance was the first gentlemen I spoke with. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He was also able to locate and have shipped in from a local warehouse the rims and tires for my vehicle. Getting checked in was fast and easy, they even accommodated my tight timeline to get everything done quickly for me since I traveled there from Tucson. The other guys I spoke with were also very knowledgable and friendly. Finally, loading up my old tires and rims into my car, the guy (I didnt get his name) took precautions and care loading them into my vehicle to prevent damage as if it were his vehicle. Overall, I was more than impressed with the time, quality and friendliness of all the staff here. They set the standard for excellent customer service and Ill gladly return there for future needs.
A few weeks ago after work (4 pm), my tire light came on. I called Big O and spoke to Jerry who advised me to stop in to get it checked out. Once I arrived, Jerry went out and spotted a nail in one of my tires. I asked how long the wait would be for the repair since I had to pick up my children by 5:30 pm. He said he would personally take care of my tire himself. My tire was fixed and ready to go just in time for me to pick up my children. Jerry provided the best customer service I have received in a long time. Thank you again!
Decent place for tires if you want new with warranty. Oil/filter change probably safe if you can drop it off and come back later but not if you have to wait. Wouldnt recommend for any other services.
Super great wonderful customer service got my car done before 3 like I asked absolutely wonderful tires only complaint parking is a little difficult
I went in for a simple oil change looking to spend around forty dollars by the time I picked up my vehicle it was closer to three hundred dollars!! I explained to the gentleman at the counter that all I wanted was an oil change and to have the fluid topped off. When I returned to pick my vehicle I was more the shocked to hear the price. Hopefully if you go here make sure you ask for a new quote. We have been long time customers and have never been let down like this.
I made an online appointment for 3 pm and they told me that they were extremely busy. I waited until they closed. They should have advised me that it would be a long wait I usually wait 1.5 hrs for an oil change service. I saw a couple of displeased customers due to the long wait even when they were called that their car was ready.
Got new tires and an alignment done simple easy and affordable.
I came in with a flat tire and they were able to help me and get me a new tire within 30 minutes. Super friendly and helpful
Terrence and Colby are both lairs! On 6/14 I brought my car in for a tire check, they had my car for an hour. Colby said he would warranty the tires. When I can back on 6/17 he said he never said that. I asked for my invoice from 6/14 and they print one from 6/16. They never had my car that day and completely falsified an invoice. I reported it to corporate but they didn’t do anything. Terrence said he would throw in a free alignment for my trouble. I already get them for free, so their weren’t do me any favors. I wouldn’t recommend taking your car here. They will just lie to your face. Also they claim the owner would call me, never heard from Tony
Do NOT go to this location for an oil change. I made an appointment for their early bird special at noon. I was then hussled into a $125 “fuel saver” package (that part is my fault) but it took 4 hours!! And when I was checking out, the guy told me he was going to print out any other work that needed to be done so I could “take it home and talk to my husband.” Actually, even if you need tires just do yourself a favor and go an extra block to Discount Tire.
Bought 4 brand new tires and windshield wipers from this store. Left the shop at closing. Back tires were making screeching noises and driver tire was making clanking noises. Only one windshield wiper blade was replaced and installed improperly, it fell off. Brought it in the next day, they adjusted the weights in the rear, screeching stopped. Brushed off the front clanking noise as rocks getting caught in the tread. Still installed the wiper improperly, it fell off the next day and had to be replaced elsewhere. Took the truck to a different shop and they found a weight inside of the front tire causing the clanking noise. It had eaten through and the wires were showing. Now, at a big o in Minnesota and being taken care of PROPERLY. The people were polite, but the work itself was lazy and very poor. Dont recommend if you want it done right.
Great service. I would use them again.
Very tiny parking lot. Unable to handle large volumes of customers
I went to Big O for the first time about six months ago for 2 new tires and had outstanding customer service from Terrance. I knew I would go back. I went back in the summer when it was really hot outside because I had a nail in the tire. Even though they were extremely busy they took care of my tire right away. I was in and out. Customer service an A+. A couple of weeks ago I was planning a trip out of state and wanted to get my car serviced and tires rotated. I knew I wanted to go back because of the excellent customer service from the service guys and especially because of Terrance. He is awesome. A keeper! I will definitely be back!
I feel like this place is a hit or miss. The first couple of times my husband and I went here, the service was great. This last time I went by myself I had to have a tire fixed because it had a nail. I have warranty on my tires so its free for repairs. I was surprised when I arrived the gentleman brought to my attention that I also get tire rotations and balancing free of charge. It wasnt until I received a phone call asking if I wanted my air cabin filter changed that I felt things changed. I told them no and I was told to come get my car it was finished. I get to the shop and my windows were left down and there was dirt all over my floors from the air filter and the tree my car was left by. As Im leaving I noticed my PSI was still the same as when I brought it in. I always make sure to ask for the paper that lets you know about the details of what they found out about the car. Apparently both of my rear tires had nails in them. I had to call to make sure both were changed and I was then reassured they were. After the next couple of hours my tire I initially went in to fix was going low again. It is extremely upsetting. Just a couple days ago I went to another tire shop and had them check how many patches the tire had and sure enough it was never repaired. I really lik ed big o tires at first but Im not too sure now. I even talked my husband into getting their credit card because I hoped on purchasing tires from them in the future. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. I wont be returning to this location again...
Good location great service and theyll check your tires anytime just drive in there
Colby was the gentleman that helped me and he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and did try to sale me on anything I did not. We have been loyal customers for years and this is why we continue to come back.
When I called to make sure they had availability for the morning they said itd be about an hour. Once I get here 10 minutes later they say it would be about 3 hours. Lack of communication. The gentleman didnt even know who I spoke with. If they cant communicate correct wait times then only one person should be in charge of the phone.
My visit was terrible. On June 27th, 2020 I dropped my vehicle off around 11:45am for four new tires and two sensors to be replaced. It is now 7:20pm and I’m still waiting. They were suppose to close at 6pm. It’s myself and 3 other customers still waiting. This is unacceptable to still be here. I will never come back or recommend anyone to bring business here....
Helpful staff. Sometimes has long wait times. Scheduling an appointment in advance is advised for anything other than quick low tire top offs. For those, go directly to the bays in the back. No need to check in at the front office.
Ok to get an answer. But their labor and parts costs are very high. Nearly as high as a local car deslership.
Terrence Griffin is an exceptional Manager and is the perfect example of what customer service should be all about. He went out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction for me in December of 2018 and was able to turn around, what was a poor experience for me in February 2019, back into a positive experience. As long as he remains a valued employee, I will remain a Big O Tires customer. I sincerely hope Big O Tires does more than give him an At a boy for his dedicated and professional service.
