The guy i had was really slow and didnt explain how old my battery was. Didnt say how much it was prorated only how much I owed to replace it. I think it was less than 2 yes old. Have yo check my receipt later in my glove box

The store is nice. Make sure that you have your mask on. The staff when I went in was against using them. I will be using the 7th street and Hatcher location. They seem to care.

Thanks to Rhonda for the easy return on my tire chains today. It was a little extra hassle because I bought them from Oregon where they don’t have sales tax, but she was able to give me a refund no problem!

I was looking for a Air Conditioning Door blend Actuator for a clients SUV, they had the part on hand so I didn’t have to special order it. They stayed open late for me to get the part because I was stuck in traffic driving there. It was over an hour away from where I was but worth the drive. I was able to fix the clients SUV and get them on the road and everyone was happy.

After my last visit to jiffy lube they really messed up on my drain plug . After visiting 3 other shops that couldnt remove it I came here and they took it off fast and easy . Definitely gonna come back here again

First auto parts store I have been to in 11 years that doesn’t price match a brick and mortar competitor. Sad they probably won’t last long just like the competitor across the street who couldn’t stay in business through the current situation going on in the country

Great store for all of your automotive needs. I always need things last minute cor clients and this is my go-to store. Prices are fair and staff is friendly and helpful. If they do not have the item I need theyre always willing to order it or call another location to see if it is available.

The drivers for this Napa shop are absolutely crazy tail gating brake checking And speeding over 20 miles over the speed limit. Once you can find out what store they are from I talk to the manager and told them what was going on after the driver was screaming the dispatcher also came out to scream and be insulting. Even if you remain calm the drivers and the dispatchers will be very aggressive towards you. After talking with the manager he said he would contact the owner and talk with them but Im finding this hard to believe after an employee came out when I was leaving the tell me to leave a review to make sure the owner got in contact because the managers dont do anything.

Staff went above and beyond to help me locate a part. Needed the drive belt urgently but it’s not a common length and I had no part #. Jesse went out of his way to find the # and locate a belt. Great customer service.

Poor customer service, no name tags but I asked and the name was Pam. I needed to return 1 quart of Napa brand transmission fluid but I couldnt find the receipt in my car. Was told nothing they could do, And that was it, no offer to let me exchange it or to get store credit? Just no receipt no return, have a nice day. Ill be buying my parts from a store that tracks my purchases by my phone number from now on.

Very helpful knowledgeable friendly staff! We have a Napa commercial account across town and had to use it while we were heading out of town for a personal trip. Had to replace the radiator on the spot! Thank you all for the help!

NAPA saved my day the 5th auto store I went to happened to see them when driving almost forgot they existed. Only place to stock a brake caliper bolt for Wrangler. Who would have though every other store would take 3 days to get. Kind of a thing you need asap when your forget to tighten one and lose it on the road. I will now go to napa first

It is rare that someone posts a review when things are consistently good. I am all about no surprises. I thought that Orielly and Autozone was the discount brand, almost always my purchases at Napa are close or cheaper. I think the Napa Brand is great quality! It is 10 minutes further down the road but well worth it.These guys will go to the end of the earth to help me find a solution, they take there time with me which may upset the next guy inline but I leave with what I need to make it a single trip. I dont have time to take two trips to the store, one and done for me at Napa on Bell.
