Called and talked to Dave. He checked on the window glass I was needing. The had it at a different location. He told me that they could have it to his location by noon the next day because of them being busy and having to pull it off the vehicle. I checked with him the next day around noon for an update and he said they had it pulled off but was waiting for it to be shipped to his location. He would call me as soon as it came in and expected it to be around 2 hours. It was only a hour later and Dave called. I went there and picked it up and they had it ready, had my name on it. Was very happy with the service that they gave. Times and prices are exactly what was quoted. Need used parts? Id try them before any other place.

An auto salvage yard 1000+ miles away from my home helped me like another local store couldnt. Ryan was great in helping me get the parts to convert my 2018 Honda Civic Type R from a 4seater car to a 5seater car so I could fit all my little-ones (and three car seats) in my car. Would like to give the complete details of my interactions with this company, I ordered a transmission for my truck, was shipped on time, I was happy, however for 3 days my transmission sat in a warehouse, I was already struggling to make it back and forth to work, got transmission to to shop was installed. Bad transmission... Not Happy, contacted customer service and of course it was on the weekend, so I had to wait until Monday yo speak with someone. To my rescue this awesome guy Named Ryan with no hesitation and a few text and emails exchanged between he and I I had a replacement transmission on the way the following morning I cant say enough about the and accuracy this situation was taken care of. Once again thank you for your patience and time.

Place seems to have everything! Been looking for a discontinued gas tank for my 07 mega cab Laramie. Found out there was only 2 available in the entire state of Arizona! And guess who had both of them?! Yup! Arizona Auto did. Will be coming back again and again!

L purchased the front seat assembly from a 2015 Ram here. The seats and console / jump seat were in very good condition, as promised and at a fair price for the condition. However, when I went to install them in my 2004 Ram, two brackets that attach to the passenger seat and support the right side of the console, were missing. I went back to Arizona Auto Parts and spoke to Juan, who I had purchased the front seat assembly from. I brought along the passenger seat and the console and showed him and explained to him where the missing brackets go and, and also provided him a picture of what they probably look like. Juan said he would try to find them. The seats and the console matched but had come from two different trucks and that is what had caused the confusion. A few days later, Juan had the correct brackets for me, I picked them up and installed the front seat assembly in my truck. I would definitely buy from Arizona Auto Parts again. They seem to have a lot of parts, customer service was good, and prices were fair. I attached a pic of the 2015 seats installed in my 2004 Ram

Drove out a bit to this shop to get rim for a spare for my 2018 Kia Soul and Tony, the guy that helped me, found one for me for like $89 and they run like $140 online and he also threw in a used tire for $25. He was super nice and even loaded it into my car for me. Was not expecting this good of service. I dont know if its because Im a woman, but regardless I was very grateful. Would definitely come out here for more economical parts. Thanks Tony!

I got a flat and just so happened to stop in front of this business. Even though their tire guy wasn’t in, they still helped me remove the flat tire, tried to fix it for me, sold me a single replacement tire for an amazing deal, and put it on my car for me. Their service was beyond exceptional!

Parts are ok from good to bad but went it’s time for refunds they act like thief give you run around from sales man to another con sales man .make sure you buy with credit card so, can dispute charges make sure save your receipts this salvage yard give bad names to other hard working Sal-yards

Shopping online for the missing part wasn’t too bad. Dave was great I feel as if Dave should handle all the calls. I’m not mechanically inclined and am self teaching the person I dealt with there before hand was not the most patient and that’s was almost enough to look elsewhere the felt frustration made me not want to ask questions which likely would’ve been a mistake but Dave reached out and made the experience great.

I have been trying to find a pair of front seats for my 2005 Ford E-250 handicap van.I have looked on all different sites local and national. I Called Arizona Auto Parts for a bumper for my Ford 150. I was helped by Chris. He quickly located the part I needed, and advised me a time I could pick it up. The part was exactly what I needed and in the condition he described it to be in and at the price he quoted me on the phone and he had the part waiting for me when I arrived a little early. I found it to be a very good experience and would recommend Arizona Auto Parts and sales rep to any one.

Drove to buy a $960 transmission for my Avalon that they had in stock supposedly lol when I got there they said they had one in Wyoming for $1,800 and they can get it shipped lol. Waste of time I’m glad I didn’t buy anything from them because it would’ve been a waste of money too.

We have an AAMCO auto repair facility and occasionally have to get used parts. I have dealt with many recyclers over the years. Vanessa is always our first call (and usually the only one). She is very professional and Knowledgeable, a real pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for someone who is a cut above then this is the place for you.

Call Arizona Auto Parts, better pricing for the same stuff you are looking for at LKQ without charging you an arm and a leg in the process, without putting you on hold for 15 minutes to assist you. Call and ask for Vanessa, she can help you with any and all of your parts needs and genuinely cares and sees you as a human being not just a $. Customer service is top notch, if you are into that sort of thing! Would give 7-8 star rating if google would allow it.

Ordered a transmission that was delivered to AllState Transmission (another 5 star company). Baught the 1 year warranty. Worked out perfectly. Recommend both of these companies if you need a transmission and someone to do swap it for you.

So my wife purchase a mirror for her car and when she went to get it and it wasn’t ready after waiting almost 2 days. I come in the next day to get it and the sales guy Eddie ask me for an invoice. I told him I do not have it that my wife bought it, I’m just trying to pick it up. After giving me a lecture on how he can’t reprint invoices and really needs that invoice I had enough and asked to speak with a manager. An older gentleman walked out from around the wall, I explain I don’t have my invoice and just wanted to pick up my part but he can’t reprint the invoice. The manager said just go ahead and reprint it and told me again why they need the original. So after wasting my time Eddie could have reprinted it that whole time and avoided me getting upset and leaving this bad review. I will not be back or refer this buisness anymore if they can no longer take care of the customer. I bought a part, just give me the invoice. It’s not my fault u can’t see if I picked it up or not that should all be done internal and if a customer spends money and need a new invoice they shouldn’t have to get a manager involved to get 1. Maybe Eddie was just having a bad day and didn’t really wanna be bother or help me a that time, he was involved on his cell phone when I walked up so maybe he had more important things he was tending to personally idk. But I was not happy with mine or my wife’s experience so I felt I had to let other know what to expect when they come in.

Been here twice and have been disappointed each time... Just went in not too long ago and was quoted $100.00 minimum for a $50.00 max part and a day wait time. I could of had this part out in 10 seconds (it is just a piece of trim with a couple of tabs that require a little pressure to pullout) as it an easily accessible part that does not require tools to remove. I will not be back, which is unfortunate because they have a good diverse selection of cars and parts... Service lacking.

Called and placed me on the longest wait. I had to hang up and call again to get someone. The person that answered was very rude and the prices are more expensive than new.

Talk To Vanessa. If she Doesnt have it she can find it! She is good at what she does.

Great Service. Ordered brand new headlights from them. Worked with Chris F., he was extremely helpful and laid out all of my options. Very professional.

I called and ordered a ABS pumpon Monday, was told they would call me with a tracking number the next day. 2 days go by and still no phone call, call back and one of the salesman says its on a work order for someone else, again the saleman was going to check and call me back. Now I have called 4 times for this part and now they say it was damaged. Terrible service.

The example of an inefficient businessGuy answering phone was as somewhat rude. Regardless I purchased parts on the phone using a credit card. Got a call the next day parts are ready. once you get to the store you wait in line to get to the front desk. Then you are handed a paper to take with you to drive around the back and get to wait a second time after you ring the bell. In my case wrong part pulled. If you have patience and can deal with waiting this may work for you

This is the best company. I had problems with my transmission on Kia Optima. They helped me to find transmission in good condition. I got the 6 months warranty for used transmission. Unfortunately after 3 moths this transmission broke down. I sent a copy of diagnostic report about the problem. They refunded me all money I paid. I worked with Ryan. All time he tried to help me. He provided me the best customer service that I had before.
