Quick call to these guys and I was taken care of professionally and at a discount. Granted Honda parts are not cheap but again they arent cheaply made either. That is the reason I recommend them. Ive been a customer of Honda Parts Unlimited since 2009, and theyve always treated me well and have provided exceptional customer service. I have placed many orders throughout the years and, each order has always been a pain-free and smooth transaction.If theres a delay with an order, I always receive an e-mail notification so, Im not left in the dark. And, if there is a delay due to a part having to be ordered from American Honda, Honda Parts Unlimited usually ships it Priority Mail once they receive it, and it arrives to me in California in about two days. Fantastic service!

Parts Unlimited cant answer a phone call. During a half hour of trying during posted business hours, no answer. The it got answered and was slammed down instantly. 4:38pm, Friday 7/21/2017. Go screw yourself. Majestic Honda has your prices bet by 10% and they are helpful.

I have been using HPU for almost 2 years now. No issues so far. Orders and parts have been accurate. Have not had any issues with defective parts (knock on wood). They have called me back to answer a parts question. Pricing seems to be competitive for the most part. Love that they are local in my area and I can inspect parts on site. Always get an email fairly quickly when order is ready for pick-up. I can log on and see my order history records. They have been helpful answering general parts questions that I could not obtain on their website such as quantity required, etc... My go to parts department and will keep shopping here. Keep up the good work HPU, you guys have been great to me!

I ordered wiper blade inserts for a Fit, which arrived on time. However, there was a packing error and one insert was incorrect. So I called and Steve told me that they would send out the correct insert. It arrived the next morning by FED EX overnight! I call that excellent service!!

Bought a shift-control solenoid online since they came up on the top on google search. Called them up since the resistance is not in spec. Guy on the line was very arrogant and started asking questions like where on the car it supposed to go. Reminded him that the issue is resistance being not under spec and I am not trying to find where to install it. I asked him I received the package today and just opened it; what are my options. Only option he gave me was to have a Honda dealer call him and confirm the part is defective and he will process warranty replacement immediately. May be this the norm with Honda but dont have to be so rude.To their credit; shipping was pretty quick and competitively priced. If there was no issue with the part it would have been a happy transaction.

Guy on the phone is simply waste for the organization. I seriously doubt his credibility. Dont waste time calling them

I needed a part ASAP before I left for a long trip, and Honda Parts Unlimited was the only company that confirmed they could get it to me on time. On top of that, when FedEx dropped the ball and there were shipping problems, Honda Parts Unlimited immediately did everything it could to, and, in fact did, resolve the problem. I highly recommend this company.

WARNING! They hide the fact that they will charge a 20% restocking fee on an unopened part! Anywhere else would have been better!

Everytime I call they hang up. Its impossible to get a hold of someone. When I spoke to someone Thursday they had no clue how their site works. One again calling Friday and Saturday and they hang up before answering.I have been going to this dealer for parts for years, I was sad to see new employees working here for my last transaction. But I was wrong, they took care of me and my boyfriend better than the last! I have yet to purchase a car from this dealer but will definitely make them top of my list when we decide to add another car to our collection. Currently driving a 13 Fit, 06 Ridgeline, 99 civic and 94 Del Sol. Thanks guys!

Ive dealt with Honda Parts Unlimited a few times now with great experiences. At first I was real hesitant buying genuine Honda parts from a website Ive never seen or heard from before, but given that HPU is Google verified (which I found out upon initially entering the site) made me extremely comfortable.However, this recent transaction was amazing. Ive never had a company keep me so informed throughout the whole shipping/ordering process. My parts were not in stock at HPU (they informed me a day later and said that they had to order the part directly from Honda themselves and said that it was going to take a couple more days until my part arrived at HPUs warehouse) and said that once they received my part, they were going to repackage it (which was extremely well packaged) and ship it right to me..Every other day, HPU kept me informed (via email) saying that the item was being delivered, the item was shipped, the item is going to take 2 more days getting to us, we received your item, ETC. The whole nine! Just keeping me in the loop THE WHOLE TIME. Never had a company take so much initiative. It was never a guessing game where my package was.All in all, upon ordering my item and for my item to arrive at my door, took exactly 12 days (my last orders took less than 5 days). Not one complaint surfaced. It wasnt something I needed right away. And for them informing me every step of the way, made waiting so much easier and relaxed.Thank you HPU -- will definitely do business again.A++ Shipping - A++ Pricing - and most importantly, A+++ customer service!
