Have been at this location 4 times to open a commercial account and havent been able to because there is no manager available or manager is off or manager cant do it. This is ridiculous. As a business owner we need parts and if you cant get your commercial customers helped out then close the commercial side plain and simple.

This is the best Autozone location and the evening shift are the guys very helpful and donated me a pair of jumper cables because i was in a bad spot and couldnt afford to replace my alternator or buy some cables and they always helped me when i needed it.

Cashier was very helpful and quickly told us which size Windshield wipers we needed. He even helped us save money in the future by signing up with their rewards program. It was certainly nice to walk into a car shop and not feel intimated right when you walk in. This AutoZone is also in a nice spot surrounded by other shops and restaurants, so its convenient to stop by when you need parts.

These guys and gals understand that most people who walk into a auto parts store are clueless and they do a great job of explaining your mechanical issue and helping you solve it. They even have a station of tools they will let you use and help with mechanical and emotional support when nervous to work on your own engine. Thanks guys

8:25AM, 10/16/2021….Rude woman manager, hanged up on me after I asked to check if other stores have a 9/16 spark plug socket. Called back and made me wait for a good 20mins. Unprofessional store

After searching around at other auto parts & hardware stores I stopped here hoping someone could assist me in mounting the license plate on my vehicle. I had a problem inserting nylon grommets and explained that there are no online tutorials to guide me thru the process.The first customer service rep who I spoke to, Al Davila, tried his hardest to help me. He even had another service rep named Lyle help. Overall, between the two of them, a lot of time was spent trying to figure out solutions to the problem, but, ultimately, despite the challenges, we managed to insert the grommets.I know I would not have been able to have mounted my license plate without their assistance and am very grateful for the level of customer service they showed me.

Im glad they were able to help find a part my car needed, but because of a new employee not asking before doing something payment wise we ended up paying for one part twice and having to drive between two stores twice. Hopefully our money is reversed in a timely manner....

Had sold me the wrong battery,then ask them to check light issue from battery and they said they didnt have the machine to check and sent us to other store and when we got to that store they said the store we just left from is the only store that was equipped to do the checking of your engine. So we had to go back there again.

Best service I’ve ever had! I went in frantically looking for a windshield wiper for my car while it was pouring outside and the kindest young man was more than willing to help me out! He went above and beyond for me. He had long hair and glasses and he was very polite and professional. He found just the one I needed and even replaced it for me while it was pouring outside. I am forever grateful for the kind customer service I received at this store. Autozone give that guy a raise!!!

Dalton has been doing an amazing job past two months I’ve been coming to get parts. Knows his stuff doesn’t give you wrong parts! Mark on the other hand is completely rude and lazy. Came up to the register and he just walks away along with the manger that smokes outside all the time. Mind you I’m just a customer that lives across the street.

Really preciate the assistance I received yesterday from M Washington at this store. Needed a new engine air filter but at 75, not real skilled at installing it. When I went into the store to get my battery checked the employee Anthony was super helpful. He listened to what I had to say and answered any questions that I had. He helped me find the car battery that I needed and was very helpful when I had to replace the battery in the parking a lot. Being a woman it was nice to show up to a auto parts store and not be treated like I’m incompetent to the workings of my car. 10/10 recommend everyone in the store was really nice and Anthony went above and beyond. Will not go to a different AutoZone .

TLDR: Bought a battery at this location. Had employee install battery. Incorrectly installed and didnt try anything to correct. Had to have my vehicle towed to Honda where they confirmed it was installed incorrectly.Longer Version:Came into AutoZone to get a new battery. I had the employee at AutoZone install my new battery. Once it was installed, we went to turn on my car and the car did not start. He immediately took himself and his cart full of tools back inside. He did not look into what was wrong or try to see why the car wasnt starting. Mind you, my car was running when I arrived at AutoZone. My boyfriend looked at the battery himself (he has installed batteries many times successfully) and noted that the battery wasnt making solid contact and that they should correct what was done. They did no such thing. We didnt have the means to go home and grab our own tools because that was the car we arrived in. We had to have my car towed and sent to Honda to fix the incorrect installation. I have written proof from the techs that the battery was not making solid contact and that the vehicle battery was installed incorrectly. They found the harness was also routed incorrectly and found the positive terminal was not tight. I normally dont feel the need to write bad reviews, but Ive had consistent bad customer service at this AutoZone. I like AutoZone and will return to OTHER locations. I do not recommend a battery installation here mainly because of the lack of competence and even the slightest bit of concern for making sure their service was done correctly. If you offer a service, do it till its right. Makes no sense to me.

AMAZING SERVICE & STAFF ...

The customer service rep there named Shawna was rude. She acted as if she hated her job very much. I purchased a set of snow tires and was told I could bring them back for a full refund if I didn’t end up using them. A week later I came back to return them and encountered Shawna. She immediately seems confrontational with me. I didn’t have a receipt because I lost it but also because no one told me I needed to have one, this is 2020 after all. Then she proceeded to make me feel as though she was doing me a favor and holding up the rest of the store by “having to search through each computer for the receipt”. I’m sorry but this is part of their job is it not? She proceeded to talk down to me the entire time and basically made me feel like I was doing something wrong. If it’s that hard to find a receipt in the system that isn’t my fault. That’s autozones fault. But she some how made me feel like it was mine. She did ultimately get me a refund but only after she treated me horribly. She either has no idea how to be a customer service rep or is just a mean person.

They close at 9:00 not at 10:00 made me drive over an hour because It said it was open on Google

I had a bad fuse and one of the guys went out of there way to help me find it. Autozone doesnt check for bad fuses but this guy really helped me out. Im very satisfied with their customer service.

Made an online order a night before for instore pick up and 15+ hours still not ready for pick up and when I called about my order I was placed on hold. Horrible customer service at this location, plus car air filter are way cheaper for the same brand on amazon taxing for parts that you can find on amazon smh.

Update: from one to three stars. Went back to AutoZone (during the afternoon this time), actually not realizing it was the same one I had gone to before. The gentleman inside was really kind and actually came out of the store to help me with my car. Im happy to say my neighborhood AutoZone seems to be on the up and up.Rude. Demeaning employees. Made fun of me for not knowing how to put a wiper blade on. Then proceeded to yell to the guy in the back about our conversation as I left the store. I wont be going back here. Thank God for good samaritans in the parking lot.

Ive received great service at this AutoZone. I needed to replace an impeller on a motor for a dust collector fan (completely unrelated to cars). I needed a gear puller to remove the old impellar and the manager let me use theirs and even helped me figure it out. They even offered an option for me to check it out with a small deposit. Hard to beat that kind of service.

Had a brake light out and the service was incredible the store manager helped me put new bulbs in even with a packed store! Highly recommend!

Last night I was Scarred because my SC430 was having a major brake malfunction, I did not know what to do, I work on central but live in AJ a 44 mile drive home, my car was chiming to warn me but I did not know what to do, I called the Lexus Dealership in Mesa and even they could not help. So I went into to Autozone and met ANTHONY - Bro I think you saved my LIfe! So ANTHONY went out of his way to help me, he explained to me the issue and even found the leak at night. ( MY rear brake caliper Totally Failed)... Words cannot express how grateful I feel to ANTHONY and to AUTOZONE. I wanted you to know what an AMAZING EMPLOYEE ANTHONY IS and because of him, I will only buy ALL MY FUTURE PARTS FROM AUTOZONE!!! Because of ANTHONY you made a customer for life. Anthony thank you for probably saving my life, I will never forget what you did for me!!!

After working on my car I asked an employee here to run a diagnostic test on my vehicle for the check engine light and to restart it with the scanner too make sure it was resolved and I was informed that it was illegal and not a free service. Last I checked it was always a free service, since I had this service performed at other autozones so after being turned away I will not be returning to this establishment again for neglecting my issues with my vehicle and showing no interest in helping me.

My car left me stranded with a bad battery. I received a jump and found the dealership to be closed. I stopped at AutoZone and was greeted by Henry in the service line. He made the appropriate recommendations for a new battery and even installed it. My car has the battery on lockdown (so to speak); he could of sent us on our way but instead he did exactly what it needed to get us moving again. With small children and beads of sweat on everyone I am ever so thankful for people like Henry. AutoZone-- take notice!

Prices are a bit pricey. Good luck getting someone to assist you. You never know where to pay. I understand there are thieves, but they dont have to treat everyone as a potential thief. It was intimidating.

My brother placed an order I was to pick up at this location. I understand theres a lot of illegal activity that happens when credit cards are used over the phone but it WAS a gift and my brother and I have the same last name. A rare one at that! James, the store manager exclaimed disgustingly, Ill do it this one time but thats it. The order came to slightly over $100 but there was a problem with one item I was picking up that was not on the list. My point: James literally threw a temper tantrum like a little kid when he had to scan each item over again which was a total of 6. I wanted to ask if he knew how much business I do at that store, which is a lot, and that Im partially responsible for him getting a paycheck each week. The guy pissed me off. Little man complex. Ive found a lot of employees dont have a great attitude at any location you go to. Must be overworked and underpaid. Not my problem. The parts, tools etc. are always great and never once have I had to complain but I was disgusted the lack of respect for the customer from James. The store manager!! Im taking the advice of an earlier comment and do my business elsewhere at the 7th street location. This store lost my business. Nonsense.

Worst customer service, the only customer in the store and there are 4 reps and i get the one with the worst people skills. I needed 3 different items and he didnt even recommend, walked, suggested or cared. I left without buying any of the 3 items.
