Great service and experience today. Went in to buy a battery. I heard they would take out the old one and put in the new one for free with battery purchase. I went in and asked for a battery and was given a few options. I chose one and paid for it and asked if they could install and they said it would be no problem. They were able to take out my battery and put in the new one quickly with no problems. They were very professional and friendly. I will go back for more auto needs.

Just great service! You need a vehicle part, but dont know much bout repairing vehicles. This place is spectacular when it comes to getting parts for a vehicle or if you are just trying to get some general knowledge. This particular Advance Auto is a great store!

They flat out lied to me about a defective battery I bought from them to avoid replacing it. Dishonest scammers. Beware!

I needed a battery for my car and I found the best price on the best battery for the money at an Advance Auto Parts by Dunlap and 7th Street. Getting there and pulling out the battery ran after business hours that night and the manager on duty was still as helpful as possible without giving me an attitude like you would encounter from most places these days. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of anything for their vehicle. Also, one of the largest auto parts chain stores in no more than a few blocks from my house and I chose to go out of my way to this A.A.P store. The pricing and service was that good. Thank you

They had an odd ball coolant reservoir that I needed in stock on a Saturday night (9/12). Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. 10/10

One of the best customer service in auto part stores, part that I was looking for it was a bit pricey than oreilly and AutoZone but it was available.

After visiting many other parts stores around town looking for miscellaneous parts, we easily and quickly found everything we were looking for thanks to Mario and his coworker. This location has a huge inventory and always has more of a selection than other stores-even other Advance locations.

Joke! Save your time and money. None of the children working know anything about cars or parts or anything. Zero customer service skills. Just hanging out, collecting a check.

I was there with my husband he needed something for the car so I went in to have a look around. There was one employee her name was Rhonda very helpful and attentive, she really knew her stuff! Actually she seemed like the only person there that did anyting as I observed while waiting for my husband to complete his transaction. There were other shoppers but the other employees seem to not acknowledge your presence as they waited for my husband to finish so that poor Rhonda could wait on yet all of them! I dont know if the boss was there, but I would say he needs to observe what goes on in that building!

I have gone to multiple Advance Auto locations for everyday items and car specific items like windsheild wipers and control arms/tire rods. Im a petite female and everytime I go into these stores the employees are so accomodating, very respectful, helpful and well informed.The Prices and items are either similar to OReillys and Autozone or sometimes even cheaper.I would recommend this company to people looking for auto maintenance items

I was actually lost trying to find the Napa in that area when I saw this store, I thought since I was already there maybe they would have what I was headed to Napa to get.Super glad I did, not only did they have the items in stock but they were substantially cheaper than Napa and the young man at the counter was so helpful and pleasant. He even carried my purchase out to my truck for me.This is my new go-to auto parts store.

Id like to thank the employee who was sweeping and locked the door when he saw me pull up at 7:53pm. I just needed to return a $150 alternator that had the wrong connector for my vehicle. Funny, I wouldnt have been there had your store given me the correct part to begin with.Sorry ass work ethic and customer service...if your store hours are 7:30am to 8:00pm guess what? The doors remain open until closing time. That doesnt mean you shut down so you can leave on the dot at 8, especially if you have customers who arrived prior to the posted closing time. Its not about you. Its about the customer.After you yuk it up telling your boys how cool you were to lock up and hide behind the counter when you saw me, call your boss and corporate and tell them too. See how funny they think it is. Autozone and Napa are both within a quarter mile so buh bye now.

RIP OFF ALERT I ORDERED THE WRONG PART ON THE INTERNET BECAUSE IT DOESNT SPECIFY WHICH SIDE YOU NEED I GO IN AND TRY TO EXCHANGE IT AND THEY TRY TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN DOLLARS FOR THE SAME PART BUT A DIFFERENT SIDE I SEE WHY ALL THESE RETAIL CHAINS ARE FOLDING HELP THEM OUT AND SAVE YOUR MONEY
